Cheese Pizza, Double Slice burnt and hard. I called the restaurant and left a message, but as usual no one answers or calls back.

Consistently bad food. This was my drive- thru order. I can't see how they send something like this out. It was burnt, hard, and disgusting.

My three star rating is based on multiple visits. Sometimes they are a 2, others a 4. The menu, service, and quality are just so unpredictable. Other locations may be better but this has been my experience at the Georgetown location. I will say the lunch special they currently have of "pick 2 for $5" is a great deal and worth a visit.

The best fast food pasta I've ever had. The staff was nice and the place is super clean.

    Four cheese lasagna w/ breadsticks

I stopped by on the way home from Cincinnati, OH. I needed something quick...this accomplished my goal. Atmosphere - Hectic, noisy, messy, dimly lit, McDonalds meets the Olive Garden Service - Friendly teenagers deal with crazy crowd of families and seniors all seeking free breadsticks, which they happily supply. Food - It was Lent for me and I was looking for some nonmeat options. I ended up getting the four cheese lasagna and a slice of cheese pizza. The lasagna was mostly alfredo sauce w/ a slice of stringy mozzarella cheese on top. I was not digging this dish that much as the cheese sauce was a bit runny. The pizza was OK, but on par w/ cafeteria grade. The much sought after breadsticks to me were much softer than that of the breadstick king, the Olive Garden, and thus a little disappointing. The only thing I really liked from my meal was the unsweet tea and the low price. Overall - If you have kids and want a quick meal...Fazoli's will get you there. For me, I will probably drive to the next exit to see what is available.

This place is just alright. If you are looking to load up on the carbs and then have garlic breath the rest of the day, then this is the place for you. The service is semi fast, and the food is very rich. I can't eat here that often. I do like the free bread sticks though. I also like to get their lemon ice with strawberries in the bottom of it. Usually this is all I order when I stop in.

I use to love this place and also this particular location. Still like to get a meal once in a while but this location has been struggling with a lot of issues . We went the other night because of new management change. We had a great meal. Piping hot and a fresh plate of bread delivered with our meal. Let's face it, this is fast Italian. So its not the fancy but it's not a bad meal when done right. I know they say 2 stars on average but it has a new manager and I do think the kinks will get worked out. I will continue to visit as they raise the bar.

Raw dough! And thanks for almost no cheese. This was totally worthy of only a dissection.

This is my experience only which may not reflect on other experiences. House salad, only lettuce and 2 grape tomatoes. What happened to the cheese and onions and anything else in the picture on the menus? Breadsticks, blah and not nearly as good as at other locations. Also cold. Personal pizza? Absolutely awful!! Posted a picture under my tip. The only thing good about it was the mushrooms, period. There was way too much sauce on it and it tasted like bad frozen pizza sauce. Cheese, maybe half a palm full. The mushrooms were terrific and those along with the good counter service are the only things which give this place one star. Very disappointed considering that Fazolis has always been one of my favorite faster food restaurants.

Great food! Great price! Nice, fast service.

Food was bland and tasteless, but service was fast and breadsticks were DELICOUS. Would not reccomend.

Absolutely adorable spot for Italian in Versailles!…read more I met up with some friend here for a girls dinner and luckily it was nice enough to be seated on the patio. We started with the arancini as well as the house bread that's served after you're seated- both super tasty. I'm not a huge pasta fan so I ordered a grilled romaine salad (that may be seasonal because I no longer see it on the menu). I added salmon and it was great! Our service was great and I definitely think Vallozzi's is worth the drive from Lexington!

My wife points out Vallozzi's as we were walking back to the car, and we decided to try. We walked in and immediate love the vibe. The restaurant is gorgeous! And they were busy too. We walked up to see if we could get a table. She asked if we had a reservation and we didn't. She said they were totally booked. We were bummed but said thank you and agreed we'd come back when we did. As we were leaving, the hostess chased us down and asked if we still wanted to grab dinner, of course we said yes ...... and so began our dining journey with Vallozzis! Ashley as was our server and we took her recommendations on just about everything! The menu is varied with plenty of options. We started with the prosciutto plate and recommended wine - Teresa got the Angel Rose and I chose the Hall Chardonnay. Perfect. Our daughter had a Sprite, just to put that out there. Our daughter got the manicotti which looked fab! My wife got the Parma, and I got the special beef filet ravioli. Everything was prepared perfectly and we could not have been better service. Thanks Ashley! The ambiance is quite charming and you'll feel very comfortable being here! We needed to get dessert of course so we chose the banana tiramisu and got two of them to go! No disappointment at all. Really enjoyed our time and dining experience here and we'll definitely be back. There's too much on that fabulous menu to try, not yo come back and back and back. Check out Vallozzis! Make sure to get a reservation just to be safe. We will too!

She was prompt, polite, and didn't interrupt every thirty seconds and genuinely let us vibe. She was phenomenal. The food. I can't even. The fresh baked bread was fluffy and warm. The olive oil was well seasoned. The entrees were so tasty I thought I was in heaven. My husband got a weird named pasta but was very pleased, it was wrapped chicken on creamy rice. And I got the chicken Parmesan, but subbed the marinara for Alfredo, and got fettuccini noodles instead. Best decision EVER. We got dessert and that was a homemade cream puff and some homemade icecream. He got a glass of wine, and I got the peach Bellini. Everything was so good. And it doesn't feel like Olive Garden or a generic place. It's really quaint and well decorated giving real Italy vibes. Or so I would imagine.

Instead of making customers feel appreciated, they made me feel like I needed to rush through my order and get out of the way. Dining out should be an enjoyable experience, not one where you feel like you're inconveniencing the employees. I ordered the chicken piccata after asking the employee for a recommendation. It's a classic Italian dish that's typically served with a light lemon-butter sauce, tender chicken, and thin pasta. What I received was nothing like that. The pasta was made with oversized noodles that completely overwhelmed the dish. Even worse, there were so many thick strips of onion that they looked like more pasta. After digging through the mountain of onions just to find the chicken, I finally took a few bites, and the flavor was incredibly disappointing. The sauce lacked the bright, fresh taste you'd expect from a chicken piccata, and the entire meal was heavy, unbalanced, and simply unpleasant. I couldn't even finish it. After only a few bites, I threw the meal away and walked out. It's extremely rare for me to abandon a meal, but this was one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I've had in a long time. Do yourself a favor and pass on this restaurant. Between the unfriendly service, the rushed atmosphere, and the disappointing food, there's simply no reason to spend your money here when there are so many excellent Italian restaurants to choose from. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend it to anyone.
