I love coming here for fettuccine alfredo and breadsticks! (Chicken carbonara is a favorite too) The food is of pretty solid quality, especially for how affordable it is. Always have to recommend dining in so you can get as many breadsticks as you want! The service is usually pretty fast and friendly, cant say I've ever had a bad experience here with the staff! I've been coming to this location for many years now and have never had a bad experience with the food or service or cleanliness of the interior! The breadsticks are always on point and after recently trying the carbonara, I know for sure that will be my new go-to! I wish we had a Fazoli's near me, in the metro Detroit area, but I think the closest is probably this one, in Lansing. We were on our way home from Holland today and we stopped by for dinner. Sign up for the app or for the text club online and you will get $3 off an order of $10 or more, which I used. I got the ziti with meat sauce and my boyfriend got the spicy ziti with sausage. If you're dining in you also get unlimited breadsticks which is pretty great, I went up to the front and got a few more breadsticks for us before we left. The food is like a four out of five for me here but what pushes this review to five out of five is the service. They apologized for the food taking a little long and it took like five minutes to come out, which isn't long at all in my opinion. They were also super friendly and eager to get us more breadsticks when we asked. I got door dash so I can't speak to the ambiance or service inside the restaurant. However, the cheesecake was great. I got the orange dream I Le flavor. The portion I got for the baked sampler was pretty big. I could have shared with two people easily. However the taste of the pasta alone was pretty bland. I put Parmesan on the spaghetti which made it more edible. The sauce is also pretty scarce on all the pastas I tried. I had the Alfredo, spaghetti, and lasagna. The noodles in the Alfredo some were super burned hard as a Rock, and discolored. I wouldn't order from here again. I got a pretty good variety and nothing besides the cheese cake stood out to me to want me To go again. However the cheesecake is from the Cheesecake Factory so that's not even from the actual restaurant. All in all a hard pass for me. Fast casual Italian still with the bottomless breadsticks. This is another good entry for the Fazoli's family. The staff has always been friendly and cheerful whenever I've been to this location. I usually get the spicy baked ziti with sausage, which is spicy for a midwesterner (but more of a light mild). What steals the show are the endless breadsticks. If you've not been to a Fazoli's before, you'll order at the counter and they'll drop it off at your table when it's ready with a whole lot of breadsticks. If you want more breadsticks, you'll go to the front and ask for more. They've got boxes next to the drink station to box up any left over. read more

I am a 29 year old who just got fazoli's for the first time and I have got to say I'm so impressed. For the amount of money they are asking for I thought it was going to suck, no lie but it's cheap food so I figured why not. Boy howdy was I wrong. The baked ziti has a great amount of cheese and is piping hotttt. I also got the breadsticks not realizing they just give you two with an order, which is so nice, so in total I had eight. Turns out I was so happy I ordered more, I would have been so sad with only two breadsticks because I ate like five. I would say these are better than olive gardens breadsticks. I love Fazoli's but we don't have one near our home. My husband and I were passing through Lansing, MI, and decided to stop and enjoy Fazoli's and enjoy we did. The restaurant was busy, but the staff were friendly. The pasta, pizza, and breadsticks were all delicious. Everything we ordered was temperature appropriate. Wish they wouldn't have changed to Pepsi products; we miss Pibb Xtra. Will definitely continue to visit Fazoli's whenever we can, and would return to this location as well. read more

I love the idea of a fast-food italian restaurant. I decided to order the cheese tortellini alfredo with only chicken. It came with unlimited breadsticks and a drink. We got an order number and sat down while we waited for our food. A lady came by and gave us our food. The breadsticks were warm and fresh, and delicious. The food was really great as well. The tortellini was not overcooked, but the sauxe was a bit on the heavier side. It was definetely filling to eat all of it. I did not expect to get so much pasta as I did not pay a lot for the meal. I assumed I would get a much smaller portion. I could not even get more breadsticks, and I was hardly able to finish my pasta. We went here after the state XC meet as a team and it was so fun. We especially loved the never ending breadsticks. We each started with two or four breadsticks each and they were delicious. One of the people on our team asked for more breadsticks and the waitress came back with eight more. I will always remember that, because it was just so funny. It's a pretty average non-authentic Americanized-Italian restaurant. It's good for what it is, I personally like the Fettuccine Alfredo and Never Ending Breadsticks. You get a really decent portion with any dish you order, especially considering the price. Would like to give a review but after over twenty minutes waiting Line and like about a half dozen cars before us, we left. I should have taken a picture of the three employees that all walked out to have a smoke while we and other cars were line. We tried a few times to get some one from the speaker to acknowledge we were there. There was never any communication from those inside or outside. Needless to say, since we were traveling from out of town and no longer have a fazolis near us we can see why the ones we use to go to went out of business. Several friends have sighed longingly at the mention of Fazoli's for a couple years before I got to try it. I know it seems silly to give a fast food place five stars.. but for what you pay, I think it is well-earned. When you are craving Italian-American food, this will hit the spot and there is almost no wait. The menu is streamlined so everything can be almost finished ahead of time. I got the baked spaghetti while my lunchmates got chicken parm and baked ziti. We all loved our food and the price can't be beat. It comes out ripping hot and the pasta isn't overcooked. We live about an hour away so we were tempted to get an order to go, but we managed to contain ourselves. The only downside was that their famous breadsticks, while delicious, were pretty oily. I think they could have used another minute in the oven. We were never offered more but that is just as well since we were stuffed. I'm sure they would have brought some if we'd asked. First of all, they forgot to give me the cheesecake that I ordered after sitting in the drive through for roughly 20 minutes. So I go back and she's wants me to come in even after I told her I didn't have a mask or go through the drive through AGAIN instead of just having one of the associates take 1minute to bring it outside. I didn't have another 20 minutes, plus my food would have been cold by the time I went through the drive through again so I just took the $4 lose. The manager at the Cedar Fazoli's was beyond rude and I'm very disappointed. I'm a frequent Fazoli's customer and I've never had a really negative experience though the food is average. I keep returning to Fazoli's for the desserts. Today, I got a stale tasting brownie. It was as though it was baked days ago. I asked to simply exchange it for a cheesecake. The manager found it more important to be right than provide cursory customer service. "We just cut those brownies," she said. She continued to argue with me about the brownie and insisted that I get out of line so she could "sort out" my refund. I waited for way longer than necessary for her to return my money without so much as an apology for the situation. I understand that managing a restaurant is likely stressful however the way that she spoke to me was unacceptable and I expected better. read more

I had a craving for pasta and wanted to try something new, so we decided to go to Fazoli's. I've driven by this chain multiple times and never stopped until tonight. I ordered a spicy baked chicken penne dish and my boyfriend had an ultimate sampler platter. We both 'made our dinners a meal' so we could get a side and drink. Overall, we thought the portions were great for the price. We loved the breadsticks, and thought our entrees were both good. We would, however, recommend trying the baked options over the regular pasta+sauce recipes. I also want to note that we had great service here as well. The bus boy was polite and quick, and the food runner offered to refund our food because we waited about 15 minutes for our meal. We declined because we were dining at dinner time so it was pretty busy, and we felt like our wait was reasonable. She did give us a slice of cheesecake anyway. We thought it was neat that they have a drive through here, and participating locations also offer rewards through the Fazoli's app. I didn't have any gripes about my visit, and I rate Fazoli's three stars when comparing it to other chain Italian restaurants. read more

Visited on 4/28/19. Food was what you expect from Fazoli's, ok, but could be better. However, the dining room was absolutely filthy. Tables weren't wiped after the last use, pop machine had syrup stuck all over the outside of it, trash receptacles were overflowing, and somebody had spilled their plate on the carpet and was being totally ignored by the staff.
