The lady at the speaker was really kind to me. Unfortunately I did not look in my bag until I got home. I had ordered a seven dollar box, two potato tacos, and the meal deal for two people which included two soft tacos, two burritos, and two crunch wraps. When I got back to the house, I had everything besides the two crunch wraps. I called back to the restaurant and the phone line cut off a lot so i had to repeat myself louder as she could not hear me. The woman taking the call was patient at first. She asked my name. Proceeded to call me a completely different name and told me she pack my order herself so she "knew" (and spoke to me with full confidence ) that she had gotten my order right. Yet she still had my name wrong. That wasn't my order, then was it? wrong name wrong order. She just didn't want to admit a mistake. It bothers me when people say things because they cannot admit mistakes. I'm very aware that mistakes happen. I'm not here to judge!! That sounds really silly to me because if you don't know my name correctly, how do you know what order I placed and that you packed it correctlt???? I repeated my name again. Then she said my name correctly and stated that she did it right, while completely dismissing the fact that she called me a different name a second ago and said she had that order right for me. She told me I could pick up my "free" crunch wraps and hung up on me. They are not free, I had already paid for them on the app! I did not pick them up, I was visiting a friend and I didn't feel the need to drive all the way back, especially with a customer service that I was given! People make mistakes, and that's OK. To act like you have it all in order when you don't is the ridiculous part for me! Won't be back there and won't recommend it to other people. Also, the food was lukewarm.
