This was my first visit to Fazoli's. I was expecting a hotdog joint with some great Italian sausage. Instead, I found a tasty Italian meal. The Loaded Baked Spaghetti was delicious! Was clean. The counter service was friendly and helpful as they explained some of their meals. I'll look forward to my return visit. By the way, the breadsticks are wonderful! read more

Omg where do I start . Walked in one time and left asap . While me and my wife could not wait to try fazolis it was an issue immediately. While I told wife to wait by the front I needed to go the bathroom and pee and while in there the bathrooms has urine everywhere and watch one of the cooking employees come in and walk thru the urine and not wash his hands and he came out of bathroom and directly back into the food prep area and track urine into the food area and immediately started making food and no gloves and was horrified and told wife that's that and said come on and told her in the car . Family friendly environment and delicious menu choices! The staff was beyond nice. They seemed to genuinely be happy to be there. They were patient and courteous to my kids. We were just passing through the area and hungry. We went to Applebee's first since we were on that side of the road but instantly regretted it and headed over to Fazoli's. I'm so happy we did! We were pleasantly satisfied with all of our dishes and look forward to returning one day! read more

I come here alot for a quick bite to eat while shopping, and the food is always delicious! (the pizza and chicken alfredo is what i've gotten) The workers are usually pretty friendly and the store is usually clean, If you plan on coming, remember your clean your own table (your plate and tray) I'd come back! read more

The food is alright at this location. It has never been anything special, but for the price I guess it could be worse. This location needs to work on their customer service and cashiers badly. Every single time I've been here, the cashiers were either extremely inattentive or rude and sometimes both. My order has never been right one single time I've gone here. Thankfully, I don't have any food allergies or diet restrictions because who knows what I'm actually going to get for my order. I would suggest checking that the cashier has taken your order correctly many times before leaving the counter. Also, keep your receipt because apparently they like to say that you "haven't paid for your meal". Maybe if I go here again, I'll just tell the cashier "surprise me". My family enjoys eating at the Ontario Fazoli's. The food is great and the staff is always super friendly and accommodating, which is especially helpful with my picky eaters. DIdn't even get food. Was here for a delivery service order. Cook in back had mask below chin, not covering mouth or nose and then when the manager came back to the line, the cook (with his only gloved hand) pulls his mask up and continues on without changing his glove after touching his face. From a food safety standpoint, that is not ok. read more

Fazoli's is located next to Sam's Club in Ontario, right next to the exit for Rt. 30 and ever since they opened I've been a customer, eating here over a dozen times. No other place around here offers drive thru style Italian dishes so that's something different they can hold over everyone else's heads. I've always got the spaghetti and meat sauce here. It's great, you get a huge bowl portion with unlimited garlic bread so it's more than enough and costs around $5.79 if you dont get a drink or salad with it. Sauce is thick and isnt too sweet or tart. I've also had the salad though and it's good, ask for croutons or tomatoes if you like them on salads because they aren't included. Another good dish is the chicken penne. Alfredo sauce is tasty, and there's added mozzarella. Recommended. If you're eating for two, expect to pay around $17-$20 which in my opinion is pricey for "fast food Italian" however you do get a lot of food that will fill you up for the entire day/night. read more

When I walked in it looked like a fast food restaurant. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, I didn't have to wait long but when I tried it the Alfredo was very bland and the chicken was dry. Was there today between 1 and 1:30pm, ordered pepperoni pizza and 6 breadstick, paid 8.73. The wait was not good, very slow. When I got to the pickup window, the young lady was very nice, kept apologizing for the wait, gave me a couple xtra breadsticks. Eating them on the way home, there were only 4 in the bag. I paid for 6, given 2 xtra for the wait. Then only had 4, I live 30 miles away, wasn't going back. Disappointed for sure. read more

I had the Chicken Parmegiano, but usually get the Baked Spaghetti. Great switch! The staff wasn't very helpful, but when somebody finally took care of me, she knew what she was doing. So glad I chose this for my dinner tonight. read more

First, I love Fazolis! It is fast food Italian with all you can eat breadsticks, which may put a lot of people off, but I love their chicken pesto and look forward to it every year on my trek to the Midwest. This year I stopped at the Mansfield location and it was a huge disappointment. Still the good carb loaded Fazoli food, but the service and cleanliness of this location was terrible. The staff was just generally unfriendly. When we asked for more breadsticks the woman plopped them down as she walked by fast and didn't say a word, kind of unfriendly. But, it's fast food, I can handle that. The cleanliness of the place I couldn't handle. It was filthy. Every single surface (except for the floors) was filthy. The windows, walls, table, the backs of the chairs were the worst! I don't not know if you can see it that in the pictures but it looked like everything was splattered with soda and then allowed to dry, and it felt like it too - everything was sticking! And I looked at multiple tables trying to find a clean one and they were all gross. Oddly, the floor was clean, it looked like they just got new carpet and it was nicely vacuumed - yet the windows were filthy on the insides...?! It was odd. Even the bathroom were gross! read more

Celebrating Mothers Day and granddaughters birthday. I ordered chicken parm, it was awful. Chicken had chunks of grizzle thru it and was tasteless. Spaghetti was dried out along the side and the sauce was also tasteless. My husbands lasagna was still frozen and had to be sent back several times. Even tho we had table cards for our orders, the staff clearly had no idea what went where. They brought out the same few dishes several times after we'd gotten what we ordered.
