I would rate this about a 2.5. I was woth my 2 kids. They loved the spaghetti and pizza. I had the lasagna, and it was ok. Breadsticks were great. My main issue was cleanliness of the restaurant. I recently visited this location to pick up takeout pasta through the drive-thru, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The employee taking our order seemed uninterested and had difficulty listening to what we were ordering. Our order was taken incorrectly the first time, and when we politely corrected it, her response was noticeably rude and dismissive. We were then given a total of about $50 for three pasta dishes, which didn't seem accurate. When we later reviewed the receipt, we discovered we had been charged for four pastas despite correcting the order. After taking payment, we were told to pull forward and wait for the food to be brought out to us. During this wait, we saw the employee leave the building to go to her car for a smoke break. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and still not prepared correctly. It's unclear whether it was cold from sitting or from being made incorrectly again, but either way, the quality was not acceptable. Overall, the service was unprofessional, the order was repeatedly incorrect, and the food quality suffered as a result. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won't be returning. I hope management takes these concerns seriously, as simple improvements in customer service and attention to detail would make a significant difference. read more

My roommate and I had never been to a Fazoli's location, and we wouldn't recommend it. Basically, you get what you pay for, cheap Italian food. Not only was the chicken in my chicken Alfredo very dry, but there also was not enough sauce or chicken (only about 5 small pieces). On top of that, although my roommate ordered right after I did, and there were only about 3 other customers in the restaurant, she waited about 20 minutes for her food. After a server noticed that we still had one of those numbered signs on our table and asked what we were missing, it only took about 3 minutes for her food to arrive. Actually, I just went through the drive thru two days ago and left a good review about this place, but went back earlier this evening and had my worst experience there. This young black girl was very rude and messed my order up, so I just asked for my money back and talk to the manager. The female manager was not professional either. When I was talking with the manager, the black girl that was rude and unprofessional was laughing because I was complaining about her behavior. Actually laughing. Unbelievable and very unprofessional as an employee in any business and unprofessional of the manager not saying anything about this young disrespectful jerk laughing. One more thing. The overall experience experience of the restaurant was awful. The employees were friendly and nice, but the restaurant was terrible. It was dirty, we had to literally clean the tables ourselves with our cups of water, no employee came over to wipe down the table after seeing us clean the tables. The floors were not vacuumed. The worst part was the bathrooms. There was fecal matter and it was awful and completely ruined my appetite. The other people in our party had to go across the street to McDonalds and use the restroom there. The management needs to step up. read more

Always craving their breadsticks! I love to go their whenever I'm in the area. They have great service, helpful staff, and amazing food. You are always greeted with a smile. My favorite food their is the fettucini Alfredo with penne noodles. You get a breadstick or two with your meal, but if you are still hungry for more (which you will be, trust me :) ), they are always willing to give you EVEN MORE breadsticks! All you have to do is go up to the counter and ask for however many you want. Of course, make sure you can eat whatever you take because it would be such a shame to waste those delicious breadsticks. If your in the mood for Italian and you are in the area, this is definitely the place to go. ;) read more

When we take a trip to Saint Joe we always stop at Fazoli's as our town doesn't have one there. On this trip the food was good as usual but the service and the cleanliness of the restaurant was subpar. There were tables that had not been cleared during the entire length of our stay. The floors looked like they had not been swept all day. Nobody brought our breadsticks and cheesecake out and we had to ask for them. So, I'm a sucker for Italian food. Ever since I was little, I've always been exposed to different types of foods. However, one of my favorites is Italian. Fazoli's is probably one of the best "fast food" restaurants out there. If you want something to eat at home, the drive-thru is speedy and gets the order right [most of the time], with breadsticks hot and ready. In the restaurant, the service is very good. Albeit, the tables can be a bit unclean at times, but that's mostly only on busy nights, in which they'll clean it as quickly possible. Your meals get brought out quickly, and it's nice and warm. If you ever run out of breadsticks, you can get more, free of charge. And the majority of the employees are quite pleasant! The food itself has great quality. They're certainly not stingy when it comes to sauce, although sometimes you aren't given many veggies [at least for broccoli on the side]. However, it's a good amount of food otherwise. If you purchase a full meal rather than just an entree, you get a drink and either a slice of pizza or a salad. To me, this is a good deal. Overall, like any restaurant, Fazoli's has its occasional flaws, such as the tables being unclean when it's really busy or cutting you short on the sides sometimes, but most of the time, it's quite spectacular for a fast food restaurant, and has some of the best pasta I've ever had. read more

I went for my first time with about 10 other people. We were the only ones there besides about 3 people who had already gotten their food. I was one of the first people who ordered. I ordered a simple bowl of fettuccine Alfredo. I didn't get until 45 minutes later, being told multiple times it would be right out, and going up to the counter to ask about it at least twice. I finally got my food, it was decent, nothing special. I would not recommend going during the day, all of the staff seems to be new with no idea of what to do. I have friends who work at this location and when I told them about my experience, they were shocked. Then I told them I went during the day and they all said that it made sense because all of The day staff has no clue of how to run things and that it is better to go in the evening. I wouldn't choose to go back, but if friends wanted to go I wouldn't be absolutely against it. read more

I have been a frequent patron of Fazoli's for the past 7 years. I have always ordered 2 of the family pasta duos. (I have a family of 8) We do not eat the salad and have always been able to substitute breadsticks. When I went yesterday, Sophia the general manager, informed me that was not an option and never has been. I explained that I have done it 1-2 times a month for the last 7 years. She said "she has been the manager since Feb and no one has ever ordered that. They are not able to keep track of inventory if they do such a thing". I canceled my order and left. I called back to get a number for the corporate office. Sophia was extremely rude on the phone. Told me she knew exactly who I was and she didn't have a number for the corporate office. I can "go to fazolis.com and find a number myself. And to be sure to give them her name, Sophia when I file my complaint", I spend about $100 every couple of months in their facility. I will no longer be back. My husband and I both have worked and continue to work with the public. This is not how customer service should work. read more
