The front of the show room boasts a beautiful island, kitchen cabinets, and an oven range to die for. It's a great spot for mingling and enjoying examples of what Liam Brex has to offer. In the back is another kitchen set up with yet another gorgeous island, oven range, built in drawers, and surprise refrigerators. I loved the wine cellar cabinet and fridge space in the island! I have to say, it's pretty genius to utilize their space after hours for local events. Not only is it the perfect place for gathering , cooking, or baking, but a wonderful opportunity for Liam Brex to introduce their work. I've lived in Naperville most of my life and had no idea this was here despite them being founded back in 2007. I know down the line a kitchen and bath remodel will be in our future, so I will for sure be keeping this business in mind for guidance.

So perfect, you can't see a seam?…read more Five stars is not enough! A friend referred me to this local countertop shop. I had lived with new marble top installed by previous homeowner in my kitchen since I moved in 8 years ago. But.. the pattern was very busy, never had a nice sheen, and when I placed a clear drinking glass on it, you easily missed it? (You can't miss it in one of the pictures below.) First visit was to their Batavia facility to take home samples and discuss approximate costs with a very knowledgeable and personable staff. Second visit was to my home to measure. Third was at their site with templates of my layout on the actual slab so I could see the grain and seam alignment as it would appear in finished countertop. This was fantastic because as much as I loved the pattern I had selected, I did not like the way it would appear completed. With NO pressure at all, I was encouraged to choose from similar patterns on their many other slabs of quartz so I could get the look I wanted. Templates were placed on another choice and the veins looked like they would match close at the seam. Three professionals arrived promptly at 8am and departed at 11am (perfectly as promised) and the finished job was more than I ever imagined. I had to really search for the seam but could only feel it as it is perfect... can you find it in the picture? (HINT: blue post-its align on seam in second image.)

They keep up on the showroom with the latest trends and the pricing is very competitive. I work with both Latti from flooring and kitchens and Kelley from furniture and I have had continuous help from the other associates that work at that store who are friendly and helpful. If a problem occurs, which it has, a cabinet came in wrong from being ordered. I let Latti know and she puts in the new request and processes it within 2 days or the day of. Within 2 weeks the new cabinet will come and the project will be finished. They also check the furniture when it arrives to make sure nothing was damaged during shipping. They will not send broken pieces to my clients or anyone's home In any business company anything can happen especially during shipment. Expected. We have used FCA for our entire 40 year marriage whenever we need new flooring. They have always…read morebeen good until now. We are getting our very large basement covered with new vinyl flooring, quite an expense and in preparation we put all loose objects in bins and boxes so the installers could move to one side of the basement while they install. There is plenty of room to do half at a time. We had the current carpeting installed with no problem but this time they informed us we hade to move all that stuff out of basement , even mentioning the bedding as if that makes a difference on moving furniture. After using FCA for everything we needed, that ends now.
