I drive 2hrs round trip once a month just so I can get my hair cut by Gabe. I've been seeing him for 7 years and will never leave. I have a few cowlicks and he's one of the few people I've ever met who can deal with them. He's also great at beard trims and always gives me tips on how to best trim it on my own. His shop is always sparkling clean and he's always got chill music playing. You'll need to make a reservation but it's definitely worth the wait. Gabriel is an excellent barber. I used to get cut by him when he worked at Fellows. I'm so excited that he has gone out on his own. His shop has a industrial / minimal vibe. It's a very cool space. And it's very close to Powell St station / Westfield Mall. The cut was excellent. He listened to what I wanted to do, and made suggestions based on what would work with my hair & head. I have an odd cowlick on my crown, I have had hair transplants over 15 years ago which left scars and like most men have some receding hairline issues.
