He made many visits over many months to earn our confidence and our business. Work began three weeks ago at the very end of October 2023. Work will finish in 2-3 weeks. After missing several appointments and rescheduling he finally serviced our property. He charged me $170 for trimming the back of my house and the clean up. Not only was the clean up awful but he caved in my stacked stone wall on the back terrace and did not tell me - nor bother to fix it. Terrible!!!!! Also the sprinkler repair that he and Michael did in May was not done with proper parts and a month long water leak to the "fixed leak" ended up costing me a $500 water bill. Use this company at your own risk. As for me - I learned an expensive lesson.

Once the initial work is done the owner does not want to be bothered with follow up phone calls or emails to discuss problems that I was truly concerned about. The guarantee they give for plants and trees is 1 year. Other landscapers also give 1 year and not 90 days as owner, Mike states. I have a Fat Albert tree that is dying and the owner, Mike will not replace it. The customer service is terrible and it is a battle trying to get satisfaction and honesty from this company. I just received 2 quotes for replacement and they are $450. up to $1200. I find this company disgusting.
