Rectify gives you all you need for a great crossfit experience. At the front area, you'll see an area for free weights, medicine balls, power bands and other equipment along the wall. Towards the back, you'll have a warehouse that have your common crossfit equipment like workout tires, sledge hammers pull up stations, jump boxes and much more. Rectify is not like your other grungy workout gyms, but shares with you a quality facility. The true gem about this place is Dr. Anthony himself. His philosophy is a simple one. As a Physical Therapist/Personal Trainer, he is passionate about correct technique and overall condition of his patients/clients. Dr. Anthony wants to incorporate correct technique, high intensity exercises and qualitative workouts for each individual client. Makes total sense. Where else would you get that? Because of the crossfit boom over the past 10 years, many people are not qualified to train clients and people who jump right in would probably get hurt. I'm sure you either have had an injury, or know someone who has been injured doing crossfit activities. Dr. Anthony put me through a quick 30 minute workout that had me gasping for air. He pushes you to maximize every targeted muscle. I was highly impressed of how efficient the workout was compared to my normal ones. If you want to get your ass kicked from a fanastic crossfit workout, this is the place for you. No cry babies. Give Dr Anthony a try, theres a lot more to crossfit than just doing your stereotypical crossfit workouts. In the meantime, I'm going to rest/stretch my sore muscles.

I liked the idea of having a community atmosphere but was worried about whether that community would be supportive or cult like lol. I am proud to say I go to CrossFit weekly now and I love it! Everyone here is so down to earth and supportive. I'm definitely not on the same level as other members but not once was I made to feel inadequate or a nuisance for needing modifications. I'd highly recommend you at least try it out. Being in a group setting with a common goal definitely motivates you! I can be the biggest so if I can do it, anyone can.

There were repeated scheduling problems, late arrivals, missed sessions, and last-minute cancellations that completely destroyed my confidence in the program. What was even more disappointing was the actual level of coaching provided. Much of the nutrition advice appeared to come directly from Tim Ferriss' "4-Hour Body" concepts rather than a truly individualized nutrition plan. For the amount of money charged, I expected far more personalized guidance, accountability, and professionalism. When I decided I no longer felt comfortable continuing training because of the ongoing issues, I requested a refund for the large unused portion of the prepaid sessions. Despite there being no signed contract or written refund policy provided when I paid, I was still denied a fair repayment. At this point, I personally feel completely taken advantage of financially. In my opinion, this experience felt far more about collecting money upfront than actually providing reliable long-term client care and service. In my opinion, Brice Remaley is one of the worst personal trainers I have ever dealt with, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from doing business with him entirely. Based on my experience, I felt deceived financially and extremely disappointed by the lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability throughout the entire process. I personally would never trust him with another dollar and would caution others to be very careful before considering any training arrangement with him.
