And she offered to clean my windows and told me she was experienced at window cleaning. My home is 2 story, she had been there serveral times. On the day of the window cleaning she did not have a ladder that allowed her to reach the second story windows. She clearly had no experience with exterior window cleaning. The interior service were barely satisfactory but I did continue booking with her because it was good enough. But over all she got about 1/2 of the work done as prior cleaners I have had over the years. She did not appear to know how to manage her time. On one visit she spent almost 1/2 of the time booked in 1 secondary bedroom and even bragged that she washed all the walls in that room which she knew was not regularly occupied, and then rushed through the downstairs with very little time in the kitchen. I always booked for 5 hours and she could not even touch the floors or do any vacuuming during her 5 hour scheduled cleanings. Past cleaners have thoroughly cleaned my entire home, including vacuuming all floors and upholstery and mop all hardwood floors. Then, today, an appointment scheduled for 9:00am, which was booked 2 months ago and confirmed yesterday, she cancelled less than two hours prior to her scheduled arrival. This was in response to my message that I told her I needed to cancel my scheduled OCTOBER appointment then to resume in November. She wrote back and told me it was a waste of her time. That was my experience with this cleaning service.

I found his rates for a small, medium, large room from $45-$80 reasonable. He came to measure the 5 bedrooms and 2 master closets to provide a firm quote. He stated he would put down a plant based solution to help break up any grease and has no odor. Our carriers were not really dirty as they are a few years new. He and Philipe cleaned them in 1.15 minutes. He left behind 2 floor fans to help dry them. I also have ceiling fans. Running in high. Carpets dried in about 6 hours or so. Ash uses a truck mounted vacuum, he also covers the corners of your home so that the hose they use for hot water extraction does not rub against or chip the paint or wood. I got a phone call at 9:20 AM from one of the house cleaners saying that they were on their way and the lady I was talking to sounded stoned or drunk. I almost canceled but I really needed my house cleaned. 10:15 AM two girls show up definitely under the influence of something but again I let it slide. they were young.... They only worked on my 2200 square-foot house for two hours and 45 minutes. I was outside waiting and they both came out and said that they were done so I gave them the check and asked if they did the appliances and they said yes. As soon as I walked inside of course I started looking at things and wanting to admire my nice clean house, and I realized nothing got touched! all of the bedroom furniture in the master bedroom is dark wood and still had layers of dust on it. They did the laundry room but skipped the laundry room sink it was filthy they didn't dust anything in the living room/family room they dusted around things they didn't pick anything up and you can tell. My kitchen counters didn't even get touched. There was still food, smudges and crumbs. The kitchen literally did not get touched at all ! I was so disappointed with all of this and I was also told by the owner that they would do the appliances inside and out I remember that because I said oh good I was going to ask to have that done and she said no you don't have to. We automatically do it on the first cleaning. So, 10 minutes after the girls leave, I text the owner pictures and letting her know that I was disappointed. She said the girls felt rushed, and one of the girls had an emergency and I said OK well, I understand but they really didn't do anything! The owner called me back again, and again with excuse, after excuse, and changing stories three times ! They broke a lightbulb in the spare bedroom and threw it away without telling me they left trash behind from their lunch in my kitchen. The entire experience was unbelievable and very disappointing! As they were cleaning they even made a remark about our windowsills are all tile. They cleaned them all. Broke a antique piece, of 3 pieces. The girls that cleaned denied it. Also messed up my floor. As you can see.. Now Teresa says she will not replace it. It cost 300.00 to fix. I was asking for 150.00. She says he girls deny everything. So she is not making it right. I am going to have my lawyer call her, if she still refuses to make things right, I have no choice but to sure her...... SHE DOES NOT LIVE UP TO HER WORD. NOT A GOOD BUSINESS WOMAN AT ALL
