This was not an easy job, and they did exceptional work on my one bedroom and one bath apartment. Kate and her husband went above and beyond to make this place as clean as I first moved in. Speaking about above and beyond, I only requested to do a few loads of laundry, but Kate wasn't satisfied with that and did at least three more loads! My place was in pretty bad shape, but they never denied any of my requests. Kate's husband is also a focused and hard worker. They are a class act and anyone who hires them will be more than pleased with their work. The quote they gave was so reasonable I tipped about 50%. I will be hiring them in the future for sure.

John was responsive and was able to come same day I reached out for quote and measurements. I had a tight budget and timeframe and John was able to meet both. He was able to get installed in a few days. I was impressed by John's knowledge of all the other flooring companies and was confident that they could not beat his price. It was true after receiving multiple quotes. Alfredo and his crew were efficient and did great work. The one thing I noticed is they used an automatic stretcher which gives a tighter install than others who use the knee kick method. The install was tight and clean. If you're ready to pull the trigger and get quality carpet/flooring installed, I highly recommend John and United Flooring. He makes things happen and very responsive and really appreciated that he was able to get my carpet installed for my wife's bday.
