Our roof failed two inspections by the State inspector. CID has helped us throughout this horrendous mess with this company. BBB has our pictures of the destruction this roofing company did to our home. Paiz has another company started Custom Roofing Consulting and Construction. IT IS NOT a BBB Accredited Business. We do have an Attorney and soon going after them for Fraud. The State inspector who came out last winter took pictures of a big burn on our roof. The roofers didn't replace fire rating coating and actually hammered nails close to the smokestack. Our home could've burnt down if it wasn't for the State inspector finding this. We immediately contacted Robert Paiz, and he said it was caused by our smokestack. We had another roofing company come out and they verified what Paiz unskilled roofers did and fixed our burnt roof area. This cost us $2.400 to fix. Of course, Robert Paiz paid Zero. So much more to this nightmare roofing job. If you do any work with this company, be careful. Document everything and don't trust Kate his office manager we find her very dishonest.

I spoke with a certain Tom who promised he would send his supervisor for the estimate within a couple of days but will confirm a more exact date after speaking to said supervisor. I did not hear back from him at the end of the day. The next morning on 07/17, I called to follow up and a guy again by the name of Tom answered it. He was kind of irate and asked me "who are you?" I told him we spoke yesterday regarding a repair estimate. His response was "How could I have spoken to you? In the first place, I am in Germany? What is the name of my company?" I could sense that he was thinking I was just making a story of that phone call. The reception from the start of the call and the way the conversation was proceeding was very un-friendly to the point of being rude. What could have been said in a more professional fashion was done so crudely. So I said, "Oh forget it, I am no longer interested to seek your help". He responded: "Me either and do not call again" He could be having a bad day but what a way to bring it in front of a potential customer. If you need a roof repair, I'm sure there are other outfits who can be professional enough and grateful for any new business to be knocking on their door. I will never recommend this business to anyone!

I had 3 roofers come out to investigate the roof leak I had in my living room. One said that the entire roof needed to be replaced, 14,000 dollars. The 2nd roofer said that entire part of the roof needed replacing, 4,600 dollars. Tom came out and said that my overall roof was in great shape and still had about 7-10 years of life in it. He identified the leak as need ih ng to replace the valley where two slopes of my gable roof came together. He removed and installed a new dead valley and the shingles 3 feet up on both sides, 950.00 dollars. So many roofers will recommend a full roof change, even when it's not needed. Tom is polite, very informative, and will take care of the problem without over diagnosing the problem.

I received an email on Monday after 6pm that said "Our scheduler will contact you 1st thing in the morning." I did not receive a call (or text or email) from anyone--even after I sent a polite follow-up email and another polite phone message. I am OK if they could not schedule right away, but they should respond with their true availability and communicate if that availability changes. I pray that he will find guidance to help him be accountable in his business.

For the quote, they showed up on time, and even gave a "we are thirty minutes away" notice. On site for the bid, Luis was respectful and courteous and answered all our questions. After a few conversations, his bid was competitive, detailed, and clear. He did the work in less than promised. His crew protected the underlying property, and cleaned up afterwards so it was literally impossible to tell his crew had been there - except of course for the beautiful new roof. What the hell kinda company doesnt allow their PMs to mess with the contracts? Or contract vendors or subs that are better for the project? Thats the job.... They are messing with families livelihoods and not looking back. Apparently they had hired another person as PM and that person they also let go after working there for only one week prior to hiring my wife. I see the pattern of a company that doesnt give a care in the world for the people they hire and their livelihoods, thats what i see. So, if u fit 95% of the general populations living situations (having a family) i wouldnt suggest working here. Just my opinion...
