I had to ask for the window sticker for my next oil change. Two weeks after my Oil change my oil light went on. I just had a bad feeling. Went to my regular place which is really far from where I live now only to see they used the wrong oil!!! I was going to go back and request a refund but knew I would be greeted by just the people working there and not a manager. Do not use this place unless you want your car to be messed up!!! I would give zero starts if I could. I would also love to hear back from management with what they have to say about this!!!

I am so appreciative of the attendants at Fred's car wash. After cleaning the exterior to…read moreperfection, we were able to use the free self service vacuums to clean out the interior of our car. The vacuums were able to clean out all the dog fur with ease. Afterwords our car wouldn't start and we were pretty much stranded. Luckily the attendants offered to give us a jumpstart without hesitation. I can't thank them enough. There are still kind and wonderful people left in this world. The workers seemed a little sus and I got weird vibes from the place and people. My client worked for months to purchase a vehicle and ever since he purchased the Jeep it's been bad news after bad news. The day he finally got the Jeep back he went out driving to work and it broke down. He spent another $100 to get it towed. I am not impressed and I am frustrated with the treatment my client and I received from the employees. I recommend going somewhere that's not so shady.
