FedEx lied! I was watching the WWW and my smart phone for the other part of my delivery from WalMart. At 10:01am I got up and went outside to wait for the delivery driver who is NOT associated with FedEx. FedEx did not come anywhere my building or neighborhood but claimed they tried to deliver an item that is supposed to be left outside if I didn't answer the doorbell. I was standing outside the building until 10:30am. FedEx never approached my area at all. They were NEVER even in the neighborhood and they put me off 2 days to get the one item I placed the whole order to receive! Lazy liars have no integrity. USE ANOTHER DELIVERY SERVICE. read more

Thursday I was notified that my computer monitor was out for delivery. They never came. They said they attempted but no one was home. Absolute lie. 1. I have security cameras that prove no one showed up. 2. I literally sat in a room facing the drive way all day because they have a history of leaving my stuff right off the highway instead of coming down the drive! I called them and they claimed Friday it would be here. Friday after waiting all day I get a weather delay notice that it isn't coming. Guess what? No bad weather! This continued every day until current day today, Monday. I was told it would be here by three by the escalation team. Guess what, 5pm still not here so I call and they assured me it's out for delivery. 6:30 pm I get a weather delay notification again! After she just promised me it was out for delivery! There is literally NO BAD weather here! No snow falling. No rain, nothing!! I'd like to note that UPS has been here twice so far despite FedEx claims of "bad weather". Smh To say I am angry is an understatement! I've spent DAYS sitting in a room waiting only to be lied to over and over! To top it off my monitor is probably damaged by now. Also, my chewy dog food didn't show up either. I don't know what is going on in Madison but whoever is at fault for this bs needs to be FIRED. ​ read more

I normally like FedEx but this has gone too far.I made a order last Tuesday feb 3rd and payed for the fastest shipping speed but his must have been coming by camel because it sat and the depart location in GROVEPORT, OH for 3 days arrived in Chicago on February 4th and left on the f5th and arrived to the Destinations location on Saturday the 6th and sat I at the Madison location for two days and today Feb 8th it was out for delivery but was never delivered and again Estimate delivery is pending.I understand the weather may have caused delays but when it go to Madison it should have been delivered today. You know what's fun? Waiting an entire Saturday only to find that FedEx will not, in fact, be delivering within their window -- and to add insult to injury, that they'll be delivering TUESDAY instead. You know, when you're at work. And the best part? When you've actually COME HOME FROM WORK the day before that Saturday, for the first time they said they'd be there and weren't. *This is one of those packages that MUST be delivered, btw--it cannot be picked up at a FedEx location. Yeah. Eff these guys and the horse they rode in on. My boyfriend's been on the phone for over half an hour trying to figure out how to have this package delivered and still somehow manage to make money by going to work this coming week. It doesn't matter that you have places to be. They'll hold you hostage anyway. PRO TIP: Request with any company who's sending via FedEx that they stop using FedEx. And if you have to, write a review of the retailer and how their shipping choice is screwing with your Chi. read more

If I could, I would give them no stars they really suck at their jobs. They miss label stuff they don't deliver when was supposed to and they deliver it a week or two late you can never get a hold of anyone and their drivers don't know how to follow instructions I hate this company they're the worst Shipment company out there. Packages left outside, called customer service (which is in another state and can't help) I filled out he questionaire but nothing has happened, so putting it on here. Fed Ex driver leaves my packages outside, and does not put inside. I was told to put a note on the door that should help 8X10 FED EX PACKAGES INSIDE ALWAYS, but as you can see it did not help. I was home on one of those delivery guess what they dont know how to use the door bell either. Customer service tried to put a note on the delivery but delivery said it was already delivered (which was not) so could not put a delivery note on the order. Customer service is just as bad must be from another state and cant help with any issues locally, as the FedEx driver leaving our package outside where anyone could take it is not alright for me. Amazon and UPS are 10 in my book never an issue ... Fed Ex I will keep giving you a 1 star until this problem is fixed. read more

Terrible company. They get so many contracts because of their sales staff. Too many use FED Ex. Should use UPS or the Post Office. Say they're going to deliver between 8 am and 6pm and sometimes don't even meet that time frame. They should be out of business. read more

I have had nothing but problems with FedEx ground in Madison WI with not getting packages earlier this year four different times they never dropped off my medication they took it back and said that it couldn't deliver the packages after about a week they finally got my medication to me a couple of them were life saving meds and know again they are saying the package was delivered but I have looked multiple times around the outside of my home and no package. I called to file a complaint and get hung up on or just blown off if I could give a -5 stars I would. read more

Another cruddy experience with FedEx, they rang my buzzer, I said I would let them in to make the delivery, but the driver just brought the box to the lobby, and left it on the floor, where anyone could walk away with it. What is troubling is that an email from FedEx is received that says: "They Tried to deliver but no one was there". Generic Right? No door tag either. Then you call FedEx to discuss this and get a call center that refuses to contact the distribution center and send the driver out to deliver what they did not try to deliver. So, we take a whole day off of work and now FedEx says they will deliver tomorrow, which means another day off of work and no guarantee the driver does not blow this off as well. The company in general is useless. I ordered a package off amazon recently and the seller shipped it through here. it was supposed to arrive Sunday, but then on the Saturday before, but changed to Tuesday. When Tuesday came, the tracking said it was delivered, but there was nothing there. No ringing of the door bell and when I let the person that was home know, they didn't see anything, not even a truck leaving the parking lot. After wasting so much time with they're useless customer service, I still don't have my package, because they refuse to do their jobs and want to "INVESTIGATE" by waiting for the driver to make it back before asking them. Because apparently they drivers don't have cell phones that can be called and the managers and supervisors at the warehouse can't spend a little time to look around for the package. How this company is still in business is beyond my understanding. If you're unfortunate to have something shipped though them, prepare for stress and frustration. Otherwise, if you're going to ship something through them or have a choice in shipping methods, choose UPS, or USPS, or EVEN DHL would be a better choice. Would not use FedEx again by choice. read more

Per the tracking my package was supposed to be delivered on December 15 then it went back to Madison and again on the 16th it was out for delivery only to find its way back to Madison without being attempted for delivery. Then again on December 17th it was marked as out for delivery only to be taken back to the depot but this time it was marked as a "weather exception-undeliverable". I called the 800 # on both the 16th and 17th only to be told that they would sent a message to the depot requesting delivery the next day. Customer Service Supervisor "Anna" (heavy foreign accent) told me to "just deal with it." I have screenshots of the tracking and will be pursuing this with Corporate. This delivery location and the corporate customer (dis)service have pissed off the wrong customer. read more

I normally would not leave a review for a company or business. However I need this information to be know. I run an online business, i order products they are mailed out to me through FEDEX. For the last three weeks one of my vendors has been doing Saturday shipping, on my order I stated no signature require which mean I'm OK with the package being left at the front door, every Saturday my package is being taking back to the station, not once but three time even thou on my package I state leave at the front I have call the 800 customer service and follow all that they have told me. Why do FEDEX Saturday drivers don't follow instruction and WHAT CAN I DO TO GE MY PACKAGES LEFT AT THE DOOR, I do not want to talk to talk to the 800 customer service anymore because that person is in a different state I want to talk to someone right here WI. I work at GSK , a large pharmaceutical company in Collegeville, Pa., and we receive daily shipments from Fed X, UPS and Fed X Ground. Fed X Ground is by far the most unreliable, incompetent delivery company on the planet. All the trucks are privately owned and most are driven by subcontractors with no sense of urgency or professionalism. We are unable to talk to anyone in dispatch and they will not give us the truck owners name or phone number, customer service is terrible or nonexistent. When the truck breaks down or the driver is sick, we don't get a delivery and no one is held accountable. If you need to ship something via ground, use UPS. It will save you and your company time, money and aggravation. read more
