The employees at this facility use "security concerns" not to do their jobs. "Security Concerns" only for what they are in the mood to do. There objective is to inconvenience the customer as much as possible. They just don't care about customer service. I'm going to try and not buy from companies that use Fedex. Example: One employee in the room, When he went to look for our package he exited through a backdoor that was propped open and went into another building and I was at the counter alone. I'm sure there are cameras, however how is this "Secure" with a propped open door. read more

Terrible!!! The worst! Less then 50% reliable. Why do businesses still use them? I won't buy anything that exclusively uses FedEx.

The are the worse there site is no where fast and calling cause you have been holding more then one package due to weather. Fair enough... if you can drive down a hill next street over than why not be able to deliver to a flat road with no snow on it for the past two days? Now tomorrow forecasting 8 inches of snow so we wait for what another two weeks. We can not go to a place within a hundred miles of our home. One way read more
