Customer service will not answer the phone - the AI will not let you speak to a live person. I emailed multiple times showing I had already paid the amount but no response from Matilda Reis with their customer service team. So I went ahead and paid the $9.75 bill AGAIN. I bet FedEx does this all the time to customers who will just go ahead and pay again to avoid the hassle of fighting it further / avoiding FedEx getting a debt collector involved. Very despicable.

Late morning before lunch time I have found to be the best time to stop by since alot of workers in the area seem to swing by during their work lunch break. The staff keep the line moving quickly regardless. This UPS location is in the shopping center right beside Montgomery Mall. The parking lot is an absolute nightmare to be honest. The parking spaces are limited and as cars attempt to enter and leave it really makes for a bit of a struggle to park. Despite the not ideal parking situation I still choose to come here often because the staff really are great here and I have never had any issues when using various services from shipping my packages and dropping off Amazon returns to even getting my passport photos done... consistent quality service every time :)

The big chain office supply store where I usually go was closed, in fact all of their branches were closed. I did a search and this place popped-up. It was well worth the 3 Mile drive to come here and take care of my business. I also received a little help from an Associate who directed me to their self serve copier and printer, and she gave me some basic instructions. There were a few customers in the store which shows that life goes on, even during a national holiday. Had I not been able to print what I needed, there would have been drama tomorrow morning, as I don't own a printer.

I walked in today with it being my first visit to Parcel Plus and was immediately greeted by the…read morestaff. Kevin made sure I had all the proper paperwork for my shipment and told me I was potentially missing a proper label. He said he'd give me a call to let me know if the driver couldn't take the package with the label I provided. He even said he could pack everything up for me and make sure proper documents were inside the package as well as visible on the outside. Kevin followed up with me later in the day to confirm that the package got sent out without issue. I just feel like this customer service was above and beyond and I'm very appreciative. It looked like a well stocked location and with the friendly service, I'd be happy to do business here again. 10/10 positive experience.

The woman pointed to some small print in the amazon app and said that it says that the customer must tape packages. I didn't feel like squinting to read the fine print so I have no idea whether this is true. She pointed at small packages and said she would tape those and that I could buy some tape. I said I had tape in my car and went to get it and also opened the Yelp app (which she saw me do). When I came back in with my roll of tape she said "we taped it for you." SMH! Such an interesting experience. There was no wait really and the store was neat which I added a star for. And yet this locale can't compare to the friendly and efficient Westlake Terrace store service.

I didn't want to set up a po box as the walk was too far to my apt from the post office (imagine lugging big boxes in 90 degree heat and humidity). Turns out this place is two blocks away, and I have far better communication with Andrew than dealing with the post office. Case in point-he usually calls to let me know when I have a package and is willing to stay a little after store closing to let me swing by. This place is closed on weekends, but Andrew was even willing to come by early on a Saturday morning to open up shop just so I could pick up my new macbook.. A great and secure place near the battery lane apts to ship stuff to.
