When I do have to come in here to mail or drop off a package, long lines do happen between the hours of 3 to 5 pm. Sometimes when I do come on not-so-busy hours, even if there are only 3 people in line, there is only one employee window that's open so sometimes it can be a bit of a wait. I do tend to use the drive-through drop-off mailbox right in front of it because of the convenience of staying in your car. My only suggestion is to have more employees work at this location to cut down the lines. It's all about showing up on the non-busy time slots in this location that makes your visit a more pleasant one.

I purchased a pair of heated socks and heated pants and was never clearly warned that shipping could cost hundreds of dollars. After my package arrived, I was shocked to see shipping quotes ranging from over $200 to nearly $500. To make matters worse, I spent more than two hours with customer support, following instructions and paying the requested fees, only to be told afterward that my shipment could not proceed. Information was provided little by little, often only after I had already completed the previous step. The customer service was equally frustrating. Responses were short, cold, and lacked any real effort to help. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was constantly chasing answers. I understand that international shipping can be complicated, but transparency, communication, and customer care should not be. Unfortunately, my experience with Shipito was the opposite. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service because no customer should have to go through this level of frustration to ship a simple package.
