Not a fan of this location. FedEx has delivered a package that isn't mine twice now so I decided to take it to a different location in the hopes that it'd go through the system differently and not end up on my doorstep again (and treat myself to some Haru Haru!). The store was mostly empty; the employee saw me coming and met me at the counter. I told her the package was delivered incorrectly and I'm returning it. She looked...confused? I don't know. Like I shouldn't be returning a package that doesn't belong to me. It's been decades since I've worked in shipping - I'm not doing FedEx's work for them. I was unable to get something in writing that I no longer posses the package...and I'm not going to worry about it anymore. If you insist on using FedEx, ya might want to take a minute and go to a different location. read more

This store is clean, well lit and well staffed. Melissa is always there and works hard! I would see her like almost every day when I drop off my packages. Buddy, the assistant manager goes above and beyond and he would tape my shipping label so that rain would smear the prints. I would never go to another location, this has set the bar high. read more

The customer service at this location is horrible and the employees are clueless. The first time I went it, I needed to print something off my email, so they directed me to the print and go station. My 1 page PDF document would not download and the associates just stood there until I got tired of waiting and went to the computer. The second time I came in, I needed to print something off a website, but they told me the computer was broken. I asked what I should do and they just told me to go to a different store, instead of just saying you can email it to yourself and print it from the print and go station, which I figured out myself and did. Every time I go in, the associates are never friendly and don't seem to care very much. read more

This is seriously the worst fedex store that I have ever shipped at. I have used it 3 times in the last week and have gotten extremely poor service each time. The blonde woman who works there is especially rude. I do a lot of business with fedex, shipping many items a week and would expect better service. This particular location has over changed me for boxes (the fed way location has given me free boxes) and most recently I paid extra for fedex employees to pack and ship a larger item. Today I found out that they failed to include some of the screws and bolts that were included in the item. Now, I have an unhappy customer and no way to recoup the lost nuts and bolts. I will avoid this location at all costs and drive all the way to the fed way location despite this one being much closer to my house. Or I will go to the UPS store up the hill at Lakeland town center, they are extremely nice and helpful and recognize patronage. read more

I've been nothing but frustrated with FedEx lately, I spent two days waiting for packages to be delivered that I need to sign for. They were put on the truck, driven around then delivery wasn't even attempted. It's a busy time of the year so I get it. When I went in to the store to pick up other packages that could be sent to the store I asked Dane who has been very helpful in the past if he could help me with it. He couldn't, and directed me to the customer service line, but he was understanding and polite and listened to my issues and gave me sound advice that resulted in me getting taken care of. Dane is a huge asset to the company and FedEx is lucky to have him. Thanks Dane! read more

I went in with a pre-addressed Fed EX Laptop specific shipping box. I should have been able to just drop it off, but NO! The manager said she could do nothing for me, it had to be in some other box. She was unwilling to wrap it, or do anything. Basically told me to leave. Her customer service skills makes someone that is a dumb as a box of rocks look like a genius. Do not under any circumstance give them your business. She deserves to be fired. read more

Great staff, but don't use shredding services: The staff is so helpful and nice. The first time I came here to print documents when I didn't have my printer set up. Very helpful staff member walked me through it. The second time I came in to mail a package & the lady was very nice & fast. My third visit is the reason I'm only giving it 4 stars. Read online about the shredding services, call in for a quote (which was very reasonable). I drive all the way there, the kid at the counter weighs my bundle of papers, I pay for the shredding, then he sets it all on a back counter & leaves it there. I said, "I need to see you shred that before I leave." He tells me that they don't do the shredding there. A service does it for them. WHAT?? No offense to the young man working there, but my tax documents & other sensitive information isn't going to be left in the hands of a stranger to then be handed to other strangers. FedEx Kinkos shredding service is a joke. If my documents are personal/sensitive enough to need to be shredded, then it makes no sense for me to leave them sitting out on a counter, to eventually be handed over to yet another company, who will supposedly shred them. No way! I was promply refunded my money, but their website needs to clearly define what these "services" entail. read more

Horrific Experience! I have shipped Thousands of boxes all over the World and today, the Counter person was just unbelievably dumb. I declare a value of 500.00 and then told, as per FedEx Policy my box HAS TO BE OPENED and INSPECTED!! I've never heard of anything so stupid. Well, she Argued and couldn't provide a written policy. I called FedEx and they said they do NOT open boxes, that's what the TSA does on commerce, etc unless this employee is trying to play TSA or wants to see the items for "Later". After all these year's of shipping, tens of thousands spent on shipping, I get this Damn Dummy to "Help" me, Worthless as can be!! I hope FedEx follows through with this Village. read more

I stopped because I had a bunch of color printing to do (cheaper than doing it myself)- I took my usb key in and wanted to print on my own cardstock, I tried to load the cardstock in the right spot but it wasn't working. The girl working offered to help me and print it back on her computer/printer and it was relatively quick and painless. They weren't very busy for middle of the day and the price was amazing, a fraction of what new printer cartridges would have cost me. My reason for 4 stars, there were two/three people working but they weren't really able to handle more than 1 customer at a time...it was strange... read more

I'd give zero stars if available! Why refuse to sign and hold packages for your own when you knew it was for the Fedex Ground driver?! My Christmas is now ruined for my kids. You don't know everyone's story! My daughter has been missing for 7 years. We finally found her! After her plane ticket home and the gifts I bought, I'm broke and can't afford to replace what you refused! Heartless people at this location! read more

Stopped by the other day. Only exchanged a few words with the girl working and I walked right out. I manage a big business and customer service is our first priority. I paid for two day shipping for FedEx to deliver my package in time. Only to find out it would be delivered 3 days after it was guaranteed!! So much for getting my anniversary gift delivered in time. Their excuse: incorrect address. I double checked the address they provided me and it's correct. In fact, the day before my expected delivery date they had delivered another package.... I suppose one of their drivers got lazy and didn't want to do their job. From now on never again will I use FedEx, the one thing I needed them to do they didn't do it correctly. You had one job.... and you messed that up. I will be recommending UPS to everyone from now on, at least they can find a house on a map. I'd give FedEx zero stars if it was possible. Ineffective, lazy, and unwilling to do anything to solve my problem. read more
