This family owned business goes above and beyond and they have worked with me every time I've needed something specific from them. I hope to be a customer of theirs for years more to come. Awful service with incompetent employees. I've been bringing my FedEx smart post packages here for years and suddenly the one employee wants to charge me to accept them because he mistakenly thinks they are usps packages (they aren't). I tried to educate him nicely but he was too stubborn to be reasoned with. Will not use this location again. read more

I rarely need to send something off via shipping. However, I had a customer unable to meet to pick up a canvas and requested that it was shipped. Customer provided shipping and I stopped here as it was near-by. I walked in and the younger gentleman behind the counter asked how he could help so I provided him with the 8x10 canvas and requested an envelope to mail package out in. He took the canvas and went around the corner and began packaging it up. He popped around the corner to tell me that I needed to fill out an address slip, which I did. He then abruptly told the older gentleman that he needed to go and he would return whenever he could. He put a post-it on the counter which had writing I could not read. Upon being rung up, the older gentleman told me my package was $16. I asked why because I had simply asked for an envelope and he said the box. Again, I asked why a box and requested the return of my item so I could go elsewhere. He said "nothing is free, you pay for the box." Um no. I advise him that his employee took my box around the corner out of my sight and did not let me see what he did with it. How was I to know he put it in a box that was nearly 6 inches tall (again this is a canvas that is 8x10 and maybe 1/2 inch thick). I again requested for my canvas to be returned and he questioned why I watched the other man package it in the box before saying something. I reminded him that his employee took my package out of sight and I was not able to see what he was doing and he left abruptly so I did not get a price quote before it was taped. I would NEVER recommend this poor treatment to friends or family, let alone the public. I went to the post office and packaged the items myself in an ENVELOPE and it cost $7.50. I've been using Mail and Copy for my rented mailbox since Summer of 2018. I've never used their printing services as I've never needed to. When I have to ship something, it's almost always been the case that I already have a shipping label on the package before I get to them. I recently mailed 1 item that had a label but I needed to buy something to ship it in. I don't remember the cost of that. It didn't seem ridiculous to me, but also I don't do stuff like that much. So I can't speak to the other negative reviews here about those services. What I can say is, the owner and his other employee who alternately works the counter have always been kind and helpful to me. The fact that he has retained the same employee for years seems to say something about the quality of the environment for an employee, so I can feel good that I'm (hopefully) not supporting a business that treats employees like trash. Their mailbox service is inexpensive, and I get everything from regular mail to packages sent there. I've never had an issue with them. I used to have a key and be able to check my mail at any time, but they had security issues with customers leaving the door open. Despite a sign on the door reminding customers to close it after they leave, people kept being disrespectful. They took the security of their business and customers seriously and unfortunately had to change the locks and revoke the ability to check mail outside of normal business hours. Nonetheless, I have remained a customer. Their location is convenient with plenty of parking and 2 entrances to the lot which helps prevent traffic bottle necks. I stop by here when I do not want to deal with long lines at the post office and the post office in Auburn is always difficult to get in and out. It's on my way home, you can buy stamps here and pay for postage. I already had a package ready to go with postage on it so I just handed it to the guy. Their mail pick up is at 3pm daily. Much easier for me and my needs. Staff is friendly and it's not that difficult to get in and out of their parking lot. read more

I've had a post box here for over 3 years. I have watched the customer change. They are amazing. They see my car pull up and are ready to get my packages. I have been impressed with the level of effort. They are not expensive for the po box and the mailing prices are reflective of an outside vendor. You can drop off for mailing outside of regular business hours and it is very helpful when you don't want to deal with the long lines at the post office. read more

Easiest post service in auburn, the guy who owns the shop is very friendly and always helps me because I have no clue what I'm doing sometimes, it doesn't seem they have a high turn over rate as the same gals are usually working when I stop by. Way quicker than the post office. Prices are a few cents higher than other places but honestly I don't even mind, good customer service and good local business. read more

Maybe ok to drop off a package but I'll NEVER be a customer here again, for anything. I called ahead regarding price for B&W copies because I hadn't been in for copies in a long time. I was told they are "12 cents each". I also asked if I could use a jump drive. Was told, "No problem!" 12 cents per BW copy is expensive but I remembered that I had paid ahead for copies a while back so with my "credit" it should be reasonable plus I like to support local small business. I'll pay extra for good customer service. The man behind counter took my jump drive and sent my 4 documents to printer in less than a minute. 71 pages total. I retrieved them from printer and checked them over. When it came time to pay it was suddenly 15 cents per page and although I had 44 copies left on my prepay I was only given credit for 22 "because you paid for these in 2012 and now price is double" I said that I understood about the the difference in the credit (even though when I paid ahead for copies there was no expiration date), but why was I suddenly being charged 15 cents rather than 12 cents per page. "Because you used the computer and that is considered printing not copying" I questioned that they said nothing about that on the phone and that he spent less than a minute sending my document to the printer. He said, "too bad, store policy. You are rude and do not come into my store again." He then refused to give me a receipt. I was stunned to say the least. No customer service here and so no customer. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Got completely robbed on a shipping to California. UPS Next day didn't get picked up until the next day. According to My UPS Account, it just sat on the counter overnight and all the next day till just a few hours before the promised "overnight". I even asked if they still had a pickup for overnight and he LIED and said yes. DON'T EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I still don't know if it was just outright stolen, because now its a holiday weekend and UPS is still counting only "1 business day", trying to say that its on-time. WHAT BOLLIX! read more

There are two people that work there alternatingly. The young man is very courteous and helpful. I would give him 5 stars if that is all there was. There is also an older man that is gruff, rude, and generally provides poor service. I would give him a 1. Overall, however, they do their job. read more

Beware of extra charges! There are extra fees attached to shipping from this location that they do not let you know about. Processing Fees, Postage Fees, and terminal fees for using a debit card. I shipped a package and the fees alone were as much as the postage to ship the package. The guy is a scandalous that obviously will nickel and dime you to send a package since this is a privately owned franchise. He needs to post these extra charges or tell you about them before you ship. You are better off just going to a acutal UPS store or to the post office personally! I will never use this place again. I had a package I needed to return by FedEx. It had a postage paid label and the man told me I had to pay 25 cents for the label! What?! I told him I needed a receipt and he told me he didn't give receipts. I asked him how I was supposed to have confirmation he received the package for delivery and he told me if I wanted a receipt to take it to the post office. I don't think FedEx would like how this man treats their customers. I'll never go back. So rude! read more

I went in to Auburn Mail and Copy Center to make copies from a USB. Kinkos charges 11 cents per page, most copy centers (if they do it) charge about 9 cents for the page and maybe 20 cents per minute for computer use. I was expecting to pay around a dollar for 3 pages. The guy made my copies and then told me the price was $2.50 for the first page and $1.00 for each additional page! My total was just short of $5.00! YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!!! read more
