A package said delivered on app and clearly it had not been (all my mail goes through them-if was a fraudulent transaction and I need her help to work with pay pal on the issue (a letter stating the tracking # was not one they would except because it did not exist in their system. She refused- she knew it did not arrive because the # would have been undeliverable, but she not only said NO she was very rude...I could not wrap my head around her reluctance in helping a customer prove a package did not arrive when in app it says it was delivered (it was an item worth 28$ it not like it was that big of deal ) but her rude attitude toward me was very unprofessional and made it a big deal. But I will say again all the other ladies in Buckley post office are very kind and helpful. And I have worked with the public so I know a person could have a bad day, but on my worst day I would never treat a customer as horribly as she she did me.
