    Was here a few times to take some urgent prints. Wanted to use a workstation first, they have a few working machines towards the back of the store. I was looking for a help with the machine, but the guys at the counter were hardly responsive. They pretended that they were busy assisting the customers. We patiently waited till they served all the customers and asked the guy. Response was too cold. He disinterestedly told to log out and try. That didn't work. When I approached the counter again, he hurriedly walked to the back office as if he's busy. We had to go back and then copy the stuff to a thumb drive. Printing was easy with that. Without anyone's help we took the prints. Store and amenities are good, but service is terrible!

    This worker wouldn't check the machine I used not 20 minutes ago before they closed to see if the credit card I used was left in the printer. I didn't ask him to open the door, just check for credit card- or at least tried to, but he would't get his head out of his ass for one second to listen. Just ignored the situation. The crazy part is that he's so unhelpful that he goes to the trouble to walk to the door to give a customer a look, but won't listen and look to the left and see if the credit card is in the machine, which is all I was asking for.

I would like to discuss the situation further with customer service however... automation bots block me from doing this. Your automated system needs some work FED EX, you have good employees however you give them no support. I have literally chased behind a driver on Saturdays to get my item from him on the truck. This is so unprofessional on Friday-Sunday. Today is Friday 06/05/26 Ive been home all day awaiting my pkages so for the driver at 3:40pm to send me a message stating NO APT Number listed that's a freaking lie. I have filed multiple complaints concerning the lack of accountability for the Ground Service and nothing happens. If the driver(s) doesn't like delivering packages by all means get a new job. Supervisors need to hold the drivers accountable. I paid for shipping and I understand delays, but I don't appreciate a driver flat out lying because he's lazy. Just do the job you were hired to do. I'm highly upset. IF YOU KNOW BETTER THAN DO BETTER! WE PAY FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMERS DESERVED BETTER SERVICE.

I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

Sarah and the team at Pak Mail Tarrytown have gone above and beyond any service I have ever gotten. They helped me at a time when I was in great need with lots of continual arduous paperwork and no printer. They made a folder for me and my cause and gave the best service and had things printed before I arrived. They all really helped ease the difficult time I was going through. It is people like Sarah and the team at Pak Mail Tarrytown that through their giving attention make you realize that there are good people who really care who go above and beyond their job. This location is in Tarrytown so you don't have to drive into the city or westlake to send your package. The employee was super helpful and had a box that fit my package perfectly. I had printed the shipping label and they packed it and taped it up for me. super helpful when I was already annoyed at having to return something. I'll be back soon.

Original review: ----------------------- Staff is always friendly. But they don't always know what they're doing. I asked the cost to mail a simple letter to Japan and they said $240! I said I didn't need to send it the fastest way, they said that doesn't change the price. I said that can't possibly be right, they insisted it was. Notably, they didn't give different prices for different tiers of service, just a single price and they said that was it. I went home and looked it up, and of course staff had quoted only the highest tier service (Express), which is about twice the price of a lower tier (Expedited). (Also, FYI, if you buy on the website it's as cheap as $90, and buying the UPS label through Parcel Monkey it's only $43.) ---------------- UPDATE: Reducing to 1 star based on the idiotic reply by the owner. He wrote as though I was complaining about the pricing, COMPLETELY MISSING THE POINT, meaning he either couldn't be troubled to actually read my review rather than skimming it, or was just too stupid to understand it. To spell it out to the owner: (1) The complaint was not that prices are high. (2) The complaint is that staff gave WRONG pricing. They priced for the MOST EXPENSIVE option, AND they said that was the ONLY option. (That's how I was able to buy a UPS label elsewhere for much cheaper.) There are reasons this location has a pathetic 2.9-star rating. If management wasn't clueless they'd focus on fixing the problems rather than making excuses.
