I've been in before to drop off packages. I have not had any issues! Nothing special but no issues! However, this last visit I had to return some items. I packaged everything myself and then taped the box, in the parking lot! I went in had my package scanned and that was it! A week later I received a call from the company that I returned an empty box. Someone in the facility removed my items and shipped back the empty box! When I called to file a claim I was told there isn't any investigation they just submit claims! This is why people are getting away with theft! There are no consequences! I will NEVER return to this facility again! read more

I haven't purchased any items or services here, so I can't compare them with their competitors as of yet. I had to go to FedEx to print a difficult document from my phone to their printer. Let me tell you I'm almost 70 yrs old.. & find it extremely difficult to do computer work.. the young lady there who assisted me was wonderful she helped me Thu the WHOLE process while operating the front desk, not skipping a beat. Completely stopped coming here due to the lies. The workers are always extremely nice and welcoming which I appreciate. But I had something I needed completely wrapped and packaged. I informed the worker that it was extremely fragile and i needed to pay extra for them to package it since it was a one off delivery. Really foolish of me to think they would actually wrap the product i paid extra for. Come to find out once it was delivered, the item arrived completely destroyed and non repairable, also had ZERO wrapping as prior needed. This was an online sale so I basically lost out on 60 dollars and got a completely destroyed product back. I am committed to never coming back, much better service at UPS and USPS. read more

When I said no thank you, the clerk said it was flimsy(which it wasn't) and refuse service. She said, "we'll, I'm not going ship it for you. We went somewhere else. Wow!!!! What a joke, have been using Kinko's for literally decades. Well-versed in how to do everything myself, when I walked in the one machine that was in service was already being used. The guy at the counter told me he'd be happy to print it for me. Special order using card stock. I've done it myself literally hundreds of times. Finishes and present me with the cost which is literally double what I would normally pay. Tells me it's the service fee because he did it for me. Would've been more than happy to wait Then I go to get cash out of my pocket he tells me it's card only now. Because of the pandemic. Pandemic is pretty much open. Nobody's wearing masks nobody's asking for vaccination centers. Literally nobody cares. My choice to remain using cash is my choice, my choice to wait five minutes to do it myself and save $15 is my choice. used to be a store I would recommend, instead I will look for a local print shop read more

I have had to come here to print things on numerous occasions when I've run out of ink at the last minute or needed things on better quality paper. I will say, the price for printing here is higher than most places and combined with charges for basic internet/computer usage it becomes pretty outrageous. I printed 7 papers and was on the computer for a few minutes and it ended up costing me a little over a dollar a page averaging out all the prices, and I only did black and white prints! They are conveniently located and offer a wide variety of shipping and printing services, which is good. The staff for the most part is generally friendly and helpful, but I do wish they would check on me sometimes to make sure I'm good because sometimes I'm not figuring things out fast and time is definitely money on those pay per minute computers. Overall, it's good in a pinch but not your best pricing. read more

I've discovered this FedEx Office Print & Ship Center location, and I'm beginning to wonder how I missed it up to now. They have a very convenient set up. They will do copying and printing projects for you or you can make your own copies. They carry a variety of supplies such as ink cartridges, packing and mailing supplies, even presentation supplies. They have several computer workstations. They will even do your document shredding for $.79/lb. The employees were very friendly, did my copy project, and got me going pretty quickly. They even sell candies in case you get the munchies while you are working. I think I may have found a better alternative than Office Depot! read more

This is the normal store I go to but the one I normally go to was closed so I came here and I got almost everything I needed. Initially I was irritated because in the middle of the employee helping me another customer thought he was more important than me and had him switch from helping me in the middle of a sentence... he started helping him until his was completed and sent on his way. Rude on both parts. I swear men are rude in this city sometimes. He was behind me in line, started talking to employee and took over the counter. This kind of screwed me up because I realize that there was one email that I didn't get to print and it was very important and something the bank needed. Finally the employee got my stuff done. (Almost) He didn't charge me for some prints. But I still need to get something printed. I'll do it tomorrow. :/ read more

Every single time i come in here they come up with something to be wrong with shipping an order. EVERY time. I've not once been able to ship something without them being extremely rude about something. I've shipped at other locations and NEVER have issues. This the last time i come to this location. Staff is ALWAYS rude and ALWAYS finds a way to send me back and "fix" something on my order. Horrible location and horrible staff. Came to return a gun scope. This is one of the only places that does send gun parts (fyi ups does not) the lady wasn't sure if they could send it even though we did already have a confirmation they could then proceeded to close the package before we could place the return label on the inside. Definitely know what your doing and need before you come here because they are not very knowledgeable but other than that what needed to get done got done. read more

As another reviewer has stated they literally have an issue with something every time I try to send. I mail a lot of items since I sale things online and know how to properly ship. I personally feel it's to try and make the customer buy their shipping products which are outrageous. Which by the way I took an item to just "see" if it was really not up to the fedex standard to another location and they shipped it fine. It's clear it's this location. Another issue is his rude they are, very little patience and act super annoyed. The only person I have had a pleasant experience with at this location is Alexis and I made sure to let her know I appreciated her customer service . Inconsistent service with a side of indifference. About 3 weeks ago I go to drop off a pair of work boots to be returned to Justin. Worker tells me he can't accept it just the shoe box, despite the return instructions specifically saying to tape box shut, put return label on it, and take to FedEx facility. After some discussion, he finally agrees to take it but tells me next time, the package needs to be wrapped. Fine. We order another pair of boots (which FedEx will deliver the shoe box wrapped in clear plastic mind you) which also doesn't fit right. This time I wrap in plain brown paper, attach label, and return to FedEx. Am now told she can't accept it wrapped; if I want to send it I have to purchase a box from them for $10 to do so. Sure, my snark comes out now but seriously, what the heck! Carrying my sleeping 5 month old, I dont have time to re-box the shoes, re-address, and wait in line for what was supposed to be an easy stop and drop errand. I grab my box to leave and the only helpful information comes from the worker that "PostNet at Coffee and Olive will take it like that." After an additional stop there, they take my package and comment it's weird FedEx wouldn't take it since they pick up the packages from them. Weird indeed. I have used this FedEx store for as many years as it has been here, maybe 12 or even 15 years. It is very close by the business I work for, and we have a corporate account. If we need something in Houston tomorrow, they will take care of it. When one of my adult children lived in Washington, I used them many times to send packages around holidays, etc. The store always gives fast service (almost a requirement for a business with -Ex in the name), People are helpful and friendly. There are cards to look at and a few books to see while waiting, and of course everything for packing and shipping. Sometimes parking is no good, tis is in a big plaza that has a very busy fitness center. read more

The husband and I play DnD and always make copies of the booklets (which is standard in the game) and lately they really seem to have issues choosing what their rules are. Sometimes they will scan them for us, sometimes they won't. Overall there us nothing illegal with scanning these booklets but some of the staff refuses and it's a huge pain. Whoa! I usually am here for boring things like printing and sending resumes, etc....I went in with an idea to surprise my future mother in law and Nathan totally made it happen!! I had pdf pictures of Esther, which I sent via email to them. (They have free wifi). Nathan helped me pick out the paper- actually printing out a sample for me to see. We worked together deciding what size would best fit the frames I had already purchased. After printing them out, Nathan cut them to size for me. I am just thrilled with how my project turned out, and I know it will add a sweet touch to have little pictures of Esther placed on the tables for her surprise 70th bday dinner! If I could give no stars I would the girl who worked the today at 5:45pm was absolutely no help, I called a head of time to make sure a package was there (it could have been under my name or my husbands name) and she asked for my name and the last four of the tracking number I gave it to her and she said my package was there, so obviously I assumed that it was under my name considering they won't release a package to anyone but who's on the package so I go to pick it up same day and she says she can't release it to me because it under my husbands name! It was a complete waste of my time! SHE wasted my time! And then tried to say I spoke to someone else not her, but I'm for damn sure it was her voice! Not only that but no one greeted me, no one even had a smile on their face to make me or the other customers feel welcomed! Not sure if the morning time is a good time . 8:30am. Copiers out of paper and ink levels are extremely low and produce very faded copies. Probably the dirtiest Fedex Kinkos I have ever visited. Paper and debris all over the floor. Trash cans overflowing with garbage. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Looks like they haven't been cleaned in a month. No paper towels or anything paper to wipe your hands with. Even all of the paper toilet bowl covers were gone. I'm sure that these were used to wipe wet hands because they definitely were not being used on the toilet seats. read more

Very friendly staff. The delivery driver has now twice made me go pick up my own package because they donot knock or ring the door bell. I'm off mon tue and both times in the morning i go out to take trash and a sticker is on my door. Will try my best to pick other options for delivery in the future . When i walked in, the place was small. They had 2 copier machine, 4 computers I think and then a decent size customer service area. They don't have a self service machine to get your own card when you pay by cash. You would have to go to the counter and they would get you a kinkos card. Customer service was awesome. read more
