Regularly have a driver on my FedEx route mark stuff undeliverable for no unit number, then I receive the package days later no corrected label.. original label with correct address , I called to complain that it happened again and was told I can't file a complaint and refused to transfer me to a supervisor , then hung up on me after repeatedly refusing to help or transfer me. Was in town for work feeling 100% great. Had some print orders I needed to fulfill so I placed the order through FedEx. When I picked up the order in store one of the staff members was visibly sick and sounded absolutely horrible when coughing... into their hand. This person handled my order and my orders packaging. I left and felt perfectly fine for a little less than 24 hours then had an extremely sore throat appear out of nowhere. This later developed into the same sounding cough that the FedEx employee had. It is inexcusable and negligent to not only work while you are contagious but to not take any safety precautions like enhanced hygiene or wearing a face mask. Due to this employee I am now at the urgent care needing treatment. Shame on you. read more

Save yourself, go to UPS instead! This location is the worst, the manager Cassidy has a hard time understanding packages are often sent to people that don't live at the shipping address. Her small mindedness resulted in not allowing my package to be picked up. Instead of trying to help solve the problem she hung up on me. This review is for their self-serve printers. They have two, located just inside to the left. I've come in to print out USB documents several times and the printers have been available and fully functional each time. Printing is quick, the interface is mostly intuitive and the print quality is good. My only complaint would be that the default settings are for color printing, so if you don't need color and don't notice the setting, you'll be paying quite a bit more than you need to. You are advised as the print cost each time, though. Easy location on Oregon St downtown. read more

Wow! I'm blown away by how helpful Rafael was. I had gone to UPS before coming to FedEx, and they quoted me over $100 to get my Christmas gifts, in one package, to the east coast on time. Rafael quoted me around the same price with the packaging I had. But, I had mentioned that I had used a lot of packaging and could downsize to a smaller box. He offered to help me repackage with a FedEx box so we could see what the difference was. He handled my Christmas gifts with care, even complementing them, and said by the 23rd it would be $26.70! I had already spent hundreds of dollars on presents, so this truly made my day. I'm self-employed so this made a huge difference. He helped me repackage my second box and saved me another $80! I can't say it enough, Rafael truly made my day. I worked for 6 years in retail at Apple in Los Angeles, so I know what good customer service is, and what bad customer service is. Rafael's customer service is EXCELLENT. He went above and beyond, and was kind and considerate. The experience was so drastically different than my experience at UPS, that I can honestly say that I never want to go to UPS again. He has created a customer that will come back again and again and I have already referred my fiancé to this location for all of her shipping needs. Rafael's the man, give this man a raise! At its heart, this review is really of Trevor Jones, who works at this Fedex Office location. That said, since they hired and pay him, they get the review. We were in town for my wife's father's memorial. This isn't really the happiest of occasions under the best of terms. In this case, however, my wife was also tasked with making the programs for the memorial, and was given her marching orders -- together with the content -- the day before the memorial, which was starting at 9:00AM. No pressure. The best part, of course, was that my laptop had failed to make the trip up from California, so we had to used a borrowed laptop which only had an old copy of Microsoft Works, which pretty much nothing seemed to be able to open. And so we ended up at Fedex Office at about 1PM, on Monday, August 6th, trying to print something which wouldn't be opened in anything, and which, converted to Microsoft Word, came out quite horrible. So this guy, Trevor Jones, takes pity on us and holds our hand over the next two hours while we battle with the formatting. He does a bunch of custom reformatting and printing to make it all work. Tweaks it endlessly. Seriously, we got something like two hours of professional help. And in the end, we paid for some stationary we used to print the memorial programs. Fedex Office lost a lot of money on us during those two hours. And it won us as life-long customers. It was an awful, stressful, sad day for us. And Fedex Office -- and Trevor -- were a ray of light, a respite from our pain, and an utterly unexpected helping hand. We won't forget them. read more

Summary: 50% of the employees I encountered here were helpful and friendly. Bend is a wonderful place. Beautiful scenery, lots of outdoor activities, an amazing selection of world-class micro brews and, last but not least, very warm and friendly people. People come here because they want to be here - and are generally happy about their decision. Well, exactly 50% of the people I encountered at the Bend FedEx Office Print & Ship Center fit that bill - the other half seem to possess more of an...AT&T Customer Service attitude (Google "worst customer service" to see what I mean). Not being a regular shipper, I had several basic, uninformed questions about overnighting a document. Given the time I arrived and proximity to the weekend, when could I expect said package to arrive? What were my options? How much would various options cost? The responses I received from the "lesser half" were terse, limited in scope (only answer the uninformed question, not tell me what I really need to know), and gave the impression that I was a bother. I thanked this surly counter person and walked to the other side of the store. I had seen that there was another employee on duty, so I waited until the "lesser half" wandered away to other duties, then returned and proceeded to engage the "better half" in a similar discussion. This person was clearly representative of Bend's best, and willing to answer my basic questions, tell me what I needed to know, etc. When "Lesser half" saw that I had re-engaged with "better half", this person quickly orbited back into the scene, with questions like "what does he want?" I quickly dispatched "lesser half" with a curt "I'm fine". I'd imagine that management of this particular location are very clear on who play the roles of lesser- and greater-half here. Why they choose to keep "lesser half", at the expense of customer satisfaction, is beyond me. There are so many wonderful people around Bend, why can't they just...upgrade? You know, wind up with a FedEx location with 100% helpful and friendly employees vs. the 50% they currently have... Who knows, maybe I just happened to come on the night when the one bad apple was in the bunch of two...but it gave me a bad taste of the entire operation. read more
