The only reason I come to this staples to get anything computer or office related when i can get it from another store closer is because the blonde lady who works at the counter is incredibly kind and friendly. I have been in here a few times and she is always helpful and she asked me how my tooth is because last time I was in there I got advil with my stuff. She is a genuine employee. read more

Print Center is the best, very efficient The store's advertised hours online show closing 9pm on Saturday: i rolled up yesterday at 6:15pm and the store was already closed, with a paper sign indicating new hours. It would be nice for them to update the online hours as well to prevent customers from wasting a trip. read more

I recently bought a computer at a great price on sale and couldn't be happier with it and the service I received. The staff was friendly and professional and the manager Jason, was super helpful in getting me started with Microsoft 11 which was new to me. My husband got his computer at Staples a few years ago and so have 2 of our friends. All give this Staples store high marks. read more

Let me tell you about my girls at the printing center- they are fabulous little angels that fell from heaven! Sarah and Sidney are always there when I am scrambling last min to get my art shows together. They are so patient with everyone that comes in there, even though I've seen them have to deal with some atrociously rude humans who have no idea how to work a computer and take it out on them, as if it is their fault. Called about getting something printed and laminated. The clerk directed me to the website. After spending 20 minutes trying to figure out the interface which gave me way too many options (this was a ver simple print job) I called back for help. She copped an attitude and gave me a hard time. I don't know why customer service people think its ok to treat me like im inconveniencing them. It is your job to help me. I had bought Norton LifeLock and tried for several hours to update. I went on line for step by step instructions; still couldn't down load. I then loaded my laptop and Norton and went back to the store. The first assistance was unable to help; then Stormy out came back from lunch. He looked at the computer and started to help; even before he took off his back pack. After about a hour I was good to go! He fixed my problem and I am a Life Norton customer at Staples. read more

I visit this store often as I feel it has the best selection of office equipment in town. I have purchased nearly every kind of office equipment that you would need here and been happy with each item. It is conveniently located next to the cascade village shopping center on the north end of town. This store consistently keeps their products stocked or at least more then the local competition. Their staff has always been helpful and always there to inform me when I have a puzzled look on my face. Every time I visit Staples in Bend it has been a five star experience. read more

I've considered this store lacking and sad, both before and after I worked there. Their biggest sellers are pretty much ink, furniture, and the copy center. If you go in looking for anything else, such as a computer, be prepared for disappointment. They will attempt to say their service is superior to competitors, but the fact is they have so little in the store and know so little about them. read more

I asked the gal at the desk of which she replied to know nothing. The manager wouldn't come when summoned once by me and another customer having an issue with the printer. No help!! I bought two lengths of HDMI cables to be sure i had what was needed when I set up my TV. Used one and the other 3ft was not opened or used in any way. I paid 39.99 and 29.99 for the two cables. When i went to return it, they told me that the policy on "electronics" was a 15 day return window that i had passed. So, I"m stuck with a 3ft HDMI cable that i dont need and out 29.99. In the future, I will buy my accessories at Wal-Mart where they will take things back and return your money. I am through shopping at Staples.
