I had one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a FedEx store. The manager, Bobby, tried to charge me for a bag even though my return instructions clearly state that returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx store and handled at no extra cost. The instructions literally say: "Returns without a box or label must be taken to an official FedEx™ store and not a third party location. Bring the item in its original condition in the original packaging with any included accessories/parts." Not one word about paying for a bag or any packaging. Instead of following FedEx policy, the manager himself tried to upsell me for something that should've been free. That's not a mistake--that's dishonesty. For a manager to act like this is unacceptable. If a store leader is trying to charge customers for items that should be provided, it makes me question the entire location's integrity. FedEx needs to look into this immediately because this kind of behavior is horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. I will never return to this location and I'll warn others to stay away too. read more

I visited on a weekday evening just before closing and the staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I was shipping a package internationally and arrived stressed about getting through all the customs info. The staff member calmly walked me through all the steps, took time to define terms that I was confused by, and made sure to explain the shipping options and rates. It was overall a highly pleasant and professional interaction, and I expect I will go out of my way to use this Fedex location in the future. read more

I have only recently started using this fedex location and I was so pleasantly surprised. The location is so clean, has options for computer usage, shipping, self service etc. it is a really quality location with lots of parking. The AC is always nice and cool in there too. I have gone in 4 times lately and each time there are the same two employees. They are so friendly, very willing to answer questions, kind and welcoming. There are lots of shipping options and they vary in price but there are affordable options for each service. The staff at this location are extremely hard working, I've never seen them slow down. They are always on their feet, they keep lines moving and give people their full attention and care. I'm super impressed. I was so surprised at how personable and kind everyone was. It makes shipping things much easier knowing there are good staff keeping an eye out for me too and making sure I pick the best options. Tracking is also very reliable. read more

I drive a couple miles out of my way to visit this Fed Ex store because the people there are always so knowledgeable, capable, friendly and fast. On this day, Jessica V. was exceptionally helpful, copying the documents from a flash drive and then creating the shipments. She did not make a single error in even the complicated address. This location is not bad and they keep it easy by letting you upload files to the website and then retrieve the order at the nearest location. This place is always busy and sits off Middlesex near Burlington Mall. They are fast on their feet and get the orders done as soon as possible. However, I have encountered at times some clueless staff mixed in with some helpful staff so be careful when you go, mostly in the night hours when they are frazzled. Slow service. Very very very slow service and they are more expensive than staples for printing. I should've just left but it was a matter of convenience.... Their wifi wasn't fast & that's half the idea is to print and to. I also watched two transactions between other customers and the woman behind the counter was a bit rude, and the prices sounded outrageous for shipping. The plus side and the reason they get more stars is because the same rude woman tried to walk me out of the store due to a mildly odd customer who was interacting with me. So points for kindness but I won't be coming here again! read more

The manager Beau is awesome. I had a disk that just wouldn't print and a size of picture that was not standard and 35mins later and about $3 later I left laughing with a picture. Good job sticking in there. I will be back this week with my photos on a thumb drive instead :) They rest of the staff was in good spirits and joking around. Great atmosphere. read more

I had to print a mounted poster. Fedex normally take 24 hrs to process such an order. I arrived at the store only an hour before closing time. I explained the staff how this was urgent. I requested them if they could finish my order while I wait in the store. Geronimo is my hero. He went out of his way to accommodate my request. He not only finished my project on time, but also exceeded my expectations. As a photographer, I visit fedex quite often. I am definitely taking all of my printing business there. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I'm pretty sure the people here mean well... Unfortunately the machines here are extremely slow and take over 20 minutes to process an 11 MB PDF file. On top of that, once the file downloaded, the machine was unable to do saddle-stitching and the poor attendant had to do it by hand. The quality of the finished product itself was horrible. I requested laser printing on 105 g/m paper... What I got looked like inkjet printing on 67 g/m paper... And cost $42!!! I understand that this is primarily a FedEx, but if you're going to advertise print and copy services, you should probably offer machines that can do something other than make crappy photocopies and print term papers. read more

I was working to apply for my passport renewal which was pretty confusing, but her timely help and assistance made the final stretch of my work go off very smooth.. Went here to get some photos printed from my jump drive. Unfortunately the jump drive was PW protected so I was unable to use it in the photo machine that's available at this location. So I went to the desk and Timarra was more than helpful. She downloaded the photos onto her computer, offered me two types of paper for printing, and printed on both so I could select which one I preferred. She sized the photo, and when I had to return the next day to get the photo resized, she resized and printed the photos at no cost to me. I had a good experience here and highly recommend this Fedex location. read more

I'm surprised to see high ratings for this copy shop since my experience has been horrible. Maybe places like this go through a lot of staff turnover and I am using it at a low point. Anyway, I placed an order online for 250 glossy postcards, sized 5.5 inches by 4.25 inches. When I went to pick them up, the photo I was using on the back of the post card was horribly distorted, with the aspect ratio being completely off. When I complained, I was told that this is how the file I uploaded was received and they would make no adjustment in the $80 charge. I was annoyed, but no one was willing to correct it. When I got home, I measured the cards and realized they were not 5.5" by 4.25", but, rather, 5" by 7". No wonder the photo was distorted! And I can't mail an item that size at the postcard rate. I called them back and still they claimed that that was what I ordered (despite my printed receipt showing that I ordered, and was charged for, the smaller size.) When I asked them to redo the order, the proof I received was not straight and had cut off text. Not acceptable. Still trying to get either my order done correctly or my money back. Will update review if they ever make this right. But as of now, avoid this place and go a little further down Middlesex Turnpike to the Staples, where they seem to know what they are doing. read more
