I was in the store at 11:30 on June 25, 2026. The people at the counter were amazing and helpful. I sent an overnight air, and they assured me it would make it Fri, June 26. Worst case, Sat delivery. Apparently, the trouble they told me they had with the driver picking up air packages in time was an issue for my package. it did not make it overnight. It is now 5 days later, June 29, and the package is still in transit. 5 DAYS LATER!!! This is all due to the driver waiting until the last minute to pick up overnight air deliveries. This is the 2nd time this month a Thursday overnight did not make it until Monday. It is unacceptable. I could have driven it there myself or even used ground. I hope there are some repercussions for the lax driver who plays with people's livelihoods. I am beyond upset and will NEVER use UPS again. Despite how wonderful the counter people were. It was out of their control. Do NOT use this location if you need to overnight. The driver won't make it in time.. Not worth the risk. read more

I usually don't leave reviews and will concede that everyone doesn't always have their best day on either side.Ive had 2 recent trips to this location and both times I've dealt with condescending and snarky remarks masked by supposed helpfulness.Everyone has a choice in service if you're doing anything requiring more than just drop off,make a better choice read more

Don't let the overall star rating dissuade you from using this UPS store. Most of the bad reviews are from many years ago. Customer service is amazing! I'm always greeted with a hello and a warm smile. I have been here multiple times to drop Amazon and other return packages. I have sent packages as well. Yes, UPS can be more expensive than USPS but you get what you pay for. Overall this is my preferred UPS store in the area. read more

The staff at this location are seriously so kind, so friendly and always willing to answer questions and help. I come in fairly often but sometimes won't be there for months, when I come back in, they always remember me and are happy to see me. There's a young woman who works at this location (curly hair, glasses) who is absolutely the bees knees and will go above and beyond to help answer questions. She will be doing ten thousand things at once on busy days, but still will give 10/10 customer service and not miss a beat. UPS is my top choice and has always offered affordable, convenient options for my shipping needs. The tracking is reliable as well. read more

Let me start by saying we are 'regulars' at this location as they are an Amazon drop off for returns too. We went there with a box a week ago to get pricing to ship . $20 with tracking. We go back again this week? $30 ?! Even commented of what they had quoted us a week ago and the guy just shrugs. If they werent so close, Id use someone else for UPS and Amazon drop off. Oh yeah- and when you drop off small items for Amazon return you need to provide your own envelope or they will charge you $1.50 fora standard envelope. :( This is a service industry and their service isnt the best. I just dont get it why people act like they just dont really care about their job.... read more

I brought my package here after walking out of another UPS store a few miles down the road which wouldn't give me a piece of tape this young lady at this location was very pleasant, we put the item on the scale she taped my box, scanned my return code, within minutes I was in and out. I made an appointment on line for notary service 6 days prior to scheduled appointment time. This is the first time I have had to use a notary service so wasn't sure what to expect. I received a confirmation email as well as a follow up confirmation the day before my appointment. I showed up on time and the door was locked. I was finally able to get someone to unlock the door by calling and and the man inside was as rude as can be. He basically argued with me and insisted that I received an email canceling the appointment and that they do not have notary service on Saturdays. When I showed him the emails I did receive He barked at me and said those were just automated email messages and don't mean anything. He started typing into his computer and when he finally realized an email was not sent to me he did not apologize for his rude behavior or even offer an alternative time. When I asked him if I could reschedule he gave me more attitude and said I don't need an appointment just to show up. I am floored that this place remains in business. The owners wife, Charlene, is a vile, rude, unprofessional woman needs to be trained in the basics of customer service. I have reported her to the Better Business Bureau and UPS. Six months pregnant, all I wanted to do is to send a box of baby clothes to my home in California. I walked into UPS with a bag of clothes. I filled out a shipping slip and the owner began to antagonize me. She told me that in addition to the $23 UPS delivery charges, I would have to pay her "$18 upfront" for "services." I questioned what she meant and was told that she does not work for free. Huh? Apparently, she wanted $18 compensation to put my bag into a box, and to tape the box closed. I offered to purchase a box and assemble it myself. She told me that I could purchase a box for $9, but I was "not allowed" to assemble it in her store. After much negotiating, I assembled the box on the floor, despite my big pregnant belly. After asking her for a piece of tape to seal the box, this ingrate told me that I "could not get anything for free" and that I could have tape for $3.00 I scoffed, as my local UPS store always seals my boxes for free. She then screamed that I was a "bad customer" who needs to "get the f*ck" out of her store". I nearly forgot. This was after Charlene grabbed my credit card out of my hands, and swiped it through the machine, hitting enter twice to make the transaction go through. That is right, even though the machine was customer-facing, I never touched it. I never authorized the transaction. This woman fraudulently processed the charge. Unreal. She has only one star reviews on Google and Yahoo - all from other members of the public who have been harassed by this dreadful woman. *** Update - I reported Charlene to the corporate offices of UPS and Mailbox Etc. One day later the owner of the store called me to apologize. I accepted his apology and told him I would update my review if he took his wife out of the store. He seemed like such a nice man. Went in to mail a simple envelope of documents. The lady was very unfriendly, no smile, not helpful....kept writing something while I stood there for at least 3 minutes...that is a long time to make a customer stand there looking at you. Told me I had to purchase a $2 envelope? What? UPS has always had free envelopes for simple things you are mailing....the prices was OVER $13 for ground to CA...... On principal, don't want to pay for an envelope...went to the Woburn, Commerce location....much better service with a smile, CHEAPER shipping by over $3! And a FREE envelope. Burlington, sorry, better business elsewhere.....need to change your customer friendly face to HAVING ONE!!!! And to think I did business shipping boxes from there before...I must have been ripped off for sure and didn't realize it..... read more

I'm not sure how to rate this (for now, I'll use A-OK), because I have not yet dealt with a worker (owner?) who is supposed to be nicknamed the 'Dragon Lady'. I have only been at the store around the weekend, when a male employee was quite helpful so there may be real insurmountable problems at this location, or it may be worth a second look if you are lucky enough to deal with a good worker. In general, this seems to me to be a category of business that has lots of problematic business practices. Contracts can be very one-sided, owners or managers sometimes make themselves unavailable to resolve problems and can be evasive about charges, credit card numbers are often foolishly left on file under conditions almost guaranteeing abuse, and so on. The owner / managers have a lot of authority and can do a lot of damage, but don't seem responsible to anyone if customers don't find a way to complain effectively. However, there does seem to be at least one employee around the weekend here who will explain options and work things out with customers. read more

I went to this store to get a Notary Stamp on some documents. As I was waiting I signed one of the documents and Charlene, the owner berated me saying that now I would have to get all new documents & she wouldn't stamp anything. She then proceeded to call me a B**** and told me she did not like the way I took the documents out of her hands. I feel like I was only frustrated with myself for signing them while I was waiting but I felt in the end that she was very rude, curt and un kind. I had my children there with me as well as my husband and we felt that language was not appropriate, especially in front of children. I have gone to this store before and felt I was over charged. I will drive to Woburn next time to get better Customer Service. read more

Oh my dear lord, this UPS is what inspired me to join Yelp. I truly have NEVER received such horrible customer non-service as I did here. The devil woman that manages this place is also the owner and she is the biggest b*tch that I have ever come across. I honestly have never had someone be so rude to me. I went in there to ask a question about mailing a package. I asked the woman a question and she snapped at me. I paused, took a deep breath and very politely asked a second question thinking that maybe I hallucinated for a second. She again snapped at me. I left and went to the UPS 4 miles away in Woburn although I worked 1/2 mile from the one in Burlington. The manager/owner at Burlington UPS is a horrible human being who should be working in a business where you do NOT talk to people at all. I also heard that she is nicknamed the Dragon Lady. Businesses should open on time. On 6/14/16 I waited with 5 other customers for 15 minutes and the store never opened. We all went to the Staples 50 Yards away. We all have jobs to get to, be responsible and open when you say you will. When we came out of Staples, they still weren't open. read more

I tried to send some meeting materials to Tokyo for a business meeting. It was a rush shipment, small envelope, neither valuable nor heavy. The guy in the UPS store messed up the commercial invoice, and it didn't get there on time. While the UPS worker wasn't rude to me, he was completely incompetent. I had to repeat the postal code about 17 times before he got it right. Also, it was overpriced. I sent 6 other boxes myself via FedEx, and they all arrived on time and without incident. read more

Stopped by this location today to drop off a package that needed to be insured for $2500. The invoice I got from the clerk at the front desk didn't have a breakdown of the various fees (shipping, insurance, fuel surcharge). I paid and left, but during the day I kept thinking I was overcharged. This UPS Store charged me $63.97 to send a 19 pound 34x11x18 package to New York. I checked UPS's web site for the rates, and it was only $37.97 with the same $2500 insurance. I called back and spoke with the clerk, and she said they charge their own rate for insurance--$48.50 for the same insurance that UPS said should have been $22.50. This location is a huge ripoff. I won't be going back, for sure. read more

My company has a branch office in this area. Most UPS stores are bad deals. This one is unusually bad and prices are highway robbery. Back in the good old days when I had money to burn, I would go here because it was the only game in town and I didn't care. When I'm in Burlington now, I use the Fedex Kinkos on Middlesex Tpke near Burger King or the one on Mall Road right around the corner from this UPS store. These Fedex places are extremely helpful and often about a third of the price. read more

Charlene is indeed the black sheep and will be solely responsible for sinking this otherwise decent shop. All other staff are nice but are frightened to work under that woman. When I called in Mail Box Etc. to complain about her years ago, MBE told me that I was the SECOND person THAT WEEK ALONE to call in. No one ever called me to apologize but I went in and out frequently so I knew she knew that I called. She's THAT crazy, bad, and unprofessional. If she can divert just a bit of love from those Shih Tsu (are they still alive?) to human beings, we'll be in heaven. I have since moved and do business now with another UPS store. OMG, THIS shop is how humans should treat each other. How did she survive this long with her attitude? Her style is like: I know my shop is at a prime location and what other choices do you have for your shipping needs? I can treat you like shit and you just have to suck it up. Really huh?
