Ive come here a few times to fax things or to drop off things to ship back Fedex and the customer service is meh. Its really funny here the group of people dont work together to help you but they are like a click secretly talking smack about you until you approach the counter. The little Irish man has nothing but attitude when you ask him for help he only wants to embarrass you so you wont think again of asking for help. And the other ladies that work there seem the same exact way. I come here because there is no alternative unfortunately, its sad the the staff here really hate there job and there customers. read more

Terrible!! I've been waiting on a package to be delivered for 5 days now. First, the driver said no one was home. (Lies), he didn't leave a door tag. Then they said it would be delivered next business day. (Monday) I called 4x on Monday and at 10 pm they said it will be delivered Tuesday! This company is terrible. I've been staying home for five days for this damn package. I'm ready to tell wayfair that I don't want it any longer. read more

This review is for their shipping department, not the print center. My package has been held hostage at this Carson location for the past few days. Twice in a row, the driver claimed he attempted delivery at my townhouse (open complex, not gated), where I was at home sitting literally 2 feet away from the door. I hear/see no attempted delivery. There are two "door tag #'s" recorded on my tracking, yet I see no door tags on my door, mailbox, or anywhere. I even called customer service to let them know, but the driver ignored my notes. Fedex has been incredibly unreliable in the past, but now they are blatantly lying about attempted delivery. The driver was probably just lazy and wanted to go home early. This is incredibly frustrating when there's no accountability for such actions. read more

I went in and wasn't greeted at all. I wanted to print an excel sheet. I asked both workers who were present if they could assist me since I never used a printer in fedex before n they just stared at me as if I was crazy. Please hire polite and helpful workers. I had to go here last minute for a job to make invitations. The employee was very knowledgeable in their advice in the most efficient way to do the job and helped with picking the correct paper, etc.. Everything came out beautiful. I can always count on the team at FedEx. Probably placed 15 order within the past 2 years. Not only do I usually get my order completed early, but the team often makes strategic suggestions that have ultimately saved me a lot of money. It is a a joy working with everyone in the office. The team works together seamlessly, and they have really come through for me when I needed printing jobs done with short deadlines. read more

On the evening of 3/16/20, I was an inexperienced document scanner and I arrived at this location at close to 9:30 p.m. I told the young lady at the front desk that I needed to scan a document to create a pdf file to email hoping that she'd help me get started as I had never done it before. Instead, she pointed me to the fax/scan/copy machines and told me they were occupied and that I'd have to wait. Once a machine was free, I began following the directions on the screen as the young lady was unavailable assisting other customers at the register. The lady using the other copier was also having problems navigating through her task and had to plead with the female employee to come and help her. The young lady had a SERIOUS attitude. After she was finished asking her a few questions, I asked her something and she answered in a short and very flat tone. I was close to finishing the job and asked her one final question she then responded with the answer and as I made a slight joke about my scanning inexperience, she dryly replied with," We are closing in 15 minutes." The duration of that final task took AT MOST 2 minutes more and I was very much aware of the closing time--because I asked her that before I began my business. She was extremely rude, unprofessional and NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!! They were open late and that is why I patronized that location this evening but I wouldn't recommend anyone else there unless they like being ignored and mistreated. read more

The printer/copiers couldn't read my document so I asked for help at the counter. The employee said she could print for me there- and after I paid I realized instead of .13 per page I was charged .25 because they "have different paper up front" and when I asked for a price adjustment they made me wait forever and then said they were going to reprint everything with the thinner paper and shred the ones I already paid for. Why be so petty? If you can't let someone know about a price difference that it DOUBLE it's your bad customer service and to waste the paper is ridiculous. I wasn't running a scam to get better paper, why would I waste my time. read more

I always come here to print! Using the computers to the left/back of the store is simple and can be quick, although I think it's overpriced. I think it's like 30 cents/minute and more depending on the color printing you want. Other than that, it's never crowded and I always get outta there fairly quickly. read more

Tried dropping off a package here on Wednesday, April 4, 2018. One of the employees told me they do not ship items in their retail packaging which I found rather odd since that's exactly how that same package was originally delivered to my home via FEDex Home Delivery. Even though previous FEDex tags all over the box made my point evident, they still insisted on trying to sell me one of their own boxes. So after going back and forth with both the store staff and their customer service department via phone, both supervisors finally came to an agreement to do it as a supposed "one-time courtesy". My only question here is if you're going to make up a set of standard shipping policies shouldn't they be consistent across the board just like their biggest competitor (we know who)? And not some exclusive set of rules for different locations? Mind you, this is one of their official retail offices. Not some third party outlet. It's not only deceiving, but it's a really serious inconvenience for the customer. What should have taken roughly five minutes ended up being forty-five minute transaction-all because of a $20 box they KNEW I didn't need. And reading other reviews this evening, I learned that this particular location is notorious for such business practices. Furthermore, the lack of professionalism displayed by the store manager certainly didn't help matters. That being said, you could bet that this will be my last time walking into this place. read more

Poor customer service. If a place closes at 9pm, I should be able to come in until 9pm without the clerk saying "I have to start closing so I can't help you." It's 8:45pm why are you already closing? The consistent lack of service because you aren't apart of "production" does not mean you can't simply open a file to print. Basic computer skills I'm sure all employees have. It isn't fair that I was rushed and all I needed was to print a few copies. read more

Horrible service I first receive my item damaged then I get half of shipment on my replacement I called the office and the lady who answered has no idea no clue as to what's going on the best answer is I don't know so I asked to speak to a manager and they can't even do that now I have to wait to see if there's a manager available they cannot get ahold of their drivers to ask if my second part of my shipment is in there truck just horrible service read more

Went in today to have some invitations printed just to find out there cutter wasn't working ! Really ?! How do they expect to provide a service with broken machines ?! I stopped by earlier to print my resume from Google Drive. To my surprise the only employee there mentioned he "had no idea how to do that". I was shocked to say the least but it was comforting when he offered to assist me anyways and finally between the both of us we figured it out. Avoid this place! More Expensive than other close places and on top of that when you are using one of the computers that charge by minute, the staff takes a long time to answer your question and some times only give part of the instructions so that you need to ask again later and use more time. My advise, only use this place if in a hurry and even then think twice before going there. read more

I am writing for "Carson" Fed-Ex because my tracking online said "Carson" and on-truck for delivery to me in San Pedro. The delivery guy was HUGE!, and awesome. My fiancé and I walked into the Carson fedex to print out our RSPV wedding cards even though it was really busy we were still quickly approached by the gentlemen at the register and also by the associate (Aura) that was on the floor helping another customer and said she'd be right with us. If I could give zero stars I definitely would. DO NOT COME HERE. Unfortunately my mother came in to this place and she told about how rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful the men working here were. This infuriates me. First of all, it is your job to attend a customer who comes into your "establishment" to give you their business. If you cannot be helpful or kind to a PAYING customer why work here???? Makes no sense! You must really hate your job to be so dismissive of someone who was coming in for help. After asking these men if she was able to print something they responded to her with "i dont know" If you are too stupid or don't know how to do your job maybe take a step back and read an employee manual and learn some people skills while you're at it!!!! This type of service is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. Oh and to top it off these wise guys had the AUDASITY to charge $18 for about 8 copies no color printing no special paper. This is the worst FedEx! It is understaffed. They never answer their phone. There machines never work. The staff never greets you. You always have to wait. If FedEx can't maintain this like a proper running store, they should just close it. read more

FedEx delivered my item to the wrong address, tracking information State item delivered at front door. when? when was my item delivered? I was home all day with the door open waiting on FedEx to come but they never showed up. Delivery times shows 1:57 p.m. I track my package at 2:05 p.m. there was no item left. I open the front door ran down the stairs hoping to see the FedEx driver... nothing, no one, he was gone. I looked around the whole apartment complex check the leasing office there was no items left. after calling FedEx to inform them that I never received the package, I was told to be patient, give them 48 hours to contact the driver, do their investigation and wait for them to call with the results.... so here I wait, fingers crossed hoping the delivery driver remember where he delivered the package retrieve it and give it back to me. Since I have to get a star I must give one they don't deserve anything more. read more
