The staff here has always been friendly and courteous, and I appreciate that. However, I cannot recommend using this location for passport photos. My wife's photo was rejected by the Passport Agent because it didn't meet the required standards (the image cut off part of her hair, which is not acceptable for a passport photo). We had to get a new photo taken at the post office in order to submit our documents. When we brought the rejected photo back to request a refund, we were told they do not issue refunds for passport photos--despite the fact that the issue was with how the photo was taken. For printing or shipping services, this location has been fine. But for passport photos, I would suggest going elsewhere where the staff is trained to meet the strict requirements. read more

I had a terrible experience at the Castle Rock FedEx location. They shipped my package to the wrong address--my house instead of the client's--which caused unnecessary delays and confusion. When I tried to address the issue, the staff were rude and dismissive, showing little to no concern for helping resolve the problem. What went wrong: Misdelivered package to the wrong address. Lack of proactive communication or accountability from staff. Rude, unprofessional service that made the situation worse. What I expected: A quick acknowledgment of the mistake and a clear plan to locate and reroute the package. Courteous, helpful staff who take customer concerns seriously. Timely updates on the status of the package and resolution. Would not recommend this location based on this experience. If you must use FedEx, consider confirming pickup or delivery details directly and be prepared for potential frustration if things go wrong. I hope they improve their customer service and accuracy in handling deliveries. read more

Went in as I needed to get some copies made and items printed. I was intimidated by the self serve copier with the control panel but it ended up not being bad. If you actually read the instructions that is :) Well I figured it out and was able to print and copy the documents I needed. The prices are fine as I didn't have a point of reference. I went in to send a package, the woman behind the counter took my package and asked if she could open it. I asked why and she said it felt like liquid. I told her no, that there was no liquid in it. She then said it shifted like liquid. I told her there was 2 boxes in it and they probably shifted a little. She then said her gut is telling her there is liquid in it. WTF. How many times did I have to say there was no liquid in it. She insisted she needed to open it. She didn't ask if there was any hazardous materials or anything else. Just insisted it was liquid. I tried numerous times to tell her there was no liquid, but she wouldn't believe me. BTW, I'm a 70 year old disabled woman, hardly the criminal type she should be looking for. read more

The people in this store are great, very helpful. However, Fedex policies on billing are very deceitful and dishonest. I brought in a package to be shipped to Canada (a return, so no tariff); it was measured and weighed, and I was told it would be $37. I could have paid in the store at that time, but instead put it on my Fedex account. When I got my bill, it was for $108. Fedex increased the measurement, increased the weight, and put on a service charge. Trying to get this reversed or adjusted has been a nightmare-you can only talk to rude people located in India, and they will not listen to reason-it is "automatic denial mode". Do not ship with Fedex if you can avoid it. They outsource all their customer service and billing to India, and purposely inflate charges. read more

I had tried calling the place about a package that delivered to the wrong address. They did not have my correct information apparently and I could not get any details about my package, considering the address they had for my package was not the correct one. My receipt said my address and the tracking for fed ex had said my addres. I lost two packages from them. I am not pleased at all considering this has happened twice now. Not helpful what so ever. SO upset with this place!!!! They are usually so helpful but after this visit I'll never be back. I was trying to place an order online and their website kept messing up my order so I called the store to get help. The guy who answered told me just to email it to them instead and they would Print it for me. I was TRYING to order it online. I do that and come in to pick it up and it's DOUBLE the price. I was shocked. The woman told me I should have placed the order online anyways and then emailed them. Well had this been COMMUNICATED to me I would have gladly done that. Instead, I left paying almost double the price because they did not correctly train their employee on the right protocol and instead blamed the customer. BARE WITH ME!! "The most complicated process ever to try and print. Took me forever to print 4 things. Never again an absolute nightmare." This original post was because I was having a shitty day. A shitty couple of weeks actually but regardless, this place doesn't suck. Life sucked and I became a jerk because of it. In the past month my husband cheated on me, filed for divorce, I moved into an apartment, started a new job. Life got the best of me for awhile. Now, I will admit I didn't see the posted charges for the cost, but really... $22 to fax 13 pages to a local number? WTF? Never again will I step foot in a FedEx location until they come to their senses about the outlandish charge for a local fax. Very friendly employee helped me print out my airline boarding pass. I hadn't been to Kinko's in a very long time, and I was fumbling over the whole printing process via e-mail, and the guy helped to walk me through it. In the end, I still couldn't print it out, because I had saved my file under a name with special characters (#, %, etc). The guy just went ahead and printed the tickets out for me himself, with a good attitude and he actually apologized to me for the trouble, even though it was my error. read more

Have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Called FedEx to talk to someone. After THREE calls was finally told the district manager would call. I told the district manager and told him all the issues I have had. Mostly it is the fact that the staff is just not skilled in helping find solutions and giving customer service. After detailing the issues to the district manager, I told him I did not feel welcome after the service I have received. That every time I go in it is like pulling teeth to get someone to give me the information I need to make shipping decisions. He said he would get back to me. I followed up with HIM after he did not call back. Told him until I hear some feedback that efforts are being made to work on the customer service I don't feel welcome. He said he would get back to me. That was two weeks ago. Obviously they don't care about customers. I have used several FedEx locations and this one is just apathetical and not worth the trouble. Use UPS of drive 10 miles to another FedEx. This location deserves to go out of business. Not many people would take the time to make as many calls to share bad customer service issues so they can fix things. Obviously having FedEx employees laugh at you because you leave in disgust that they can't help you is acceptable behavior. read more

Avoid this FedEx AT ALL COST. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I went in to ship a bike that was professional packed by a local Castle Rock bike store. I was told that my box was unfit for shipping the bike and that I needed to buy $15 worth of peanuts and bubble rap. I can tell you bikes ship all day long from Europe and China with no such added waste. My bike was already rapped in foam and cardboard on tubes, etc. It gets worse. I had the bike and box weighted at the bike store at 29lbs and the dimensions on the box where actually printed on it from the manufacture. I then went to FedEx web site and got a quote for the destination, weight and dimension. FedEx quote was $48.40 for 3 day Ground. This location tried to add additional length to the box and weight to get the price up. At the end, they tried to charge me $136 for the same shipment. I took my bike box, said F$%^%^ You and will never be back. Please don't do business at this location. They are unethical, not customer focused and lack the basic skills needed to be successful. I use this FedEx Office store several times a week. One could not ask for more helpful people. They always happily scan my packages (some with preprinted labels) and give me a receipt. When I needed to ship a package to Australia, they were very helpful, even going to the trouble to print for me what was/was not allowed to be shipped/ imported. If you don't use this store you are missing a good bet. read more
