Erin was very helpful in running the printers and scanning materials I needed onto my flashdrive. She explained each step and I feel confident I can return and do it myself. Michelle was helpful in mailing out a package and making sure it would get to the proper place at the proper time. She also went out of her way to explain things to me making me feel confident that my package will get there. (unlike the Post Office) Thank you to both Erin and Michelle for their customer service which definitely went the extra mile for me. I never felt stupid, rushed, or unvalued. Erin really had a time explaining the scanning and copying to me since I had never done that at FedEx before and with over 30 pages was concerned it would not work. I have used this location several times to print out items for work. I've done multiple copies, single copies, etc. I love the self-serve printers and that I can just email the files to printandgo and I can get my documents straight from the terminal. It's quick and simple. There are people there to help if needed, but I haven't had any issues. I've also dropped shipments off there and again, have not had any issues. This is a convenient location and quick to get in and out. I will continue to utilize this location for my printing needs. read more

This place is absolutely worthless & so are their employees...No one knows what they are doing and everyone stands around looking at eachother instead of trying to figure it out. Their "free" wi-fi is so incredibly slow theres no way you can get anything done. I have a feeling their wi-fi is painfully slow so youll get so frustrated youll give up and use their computer that cost $.35 cents/minute. This particular fedex location continues to far exceed my expectations with their customer service. I have been helped by Tonya, Michelle, and Ryan and they each have went above and beyond to help and did so with a smile on their face. They are some of the most pleasant and helpful people I have ever encountered when it comes to customer service. I started going here to print some pictures for my daughters first birthday and my most recent visit was for her 5th birthday invitations. I won't go anywhere else to print things. read more

9/18 UPDATE: Yes, it's still one star - and if I could give them negative stars, I would! So, I had to send a package to Powell, TN, and happened to have another errand to run right near this place so I thought I'd give them another chance. What could go wrong? I went in, and the woman at the counter told me I couldn't pay with cash, check, or credit card unless I showed them my driver's license. Say what???? She claimed it was a new federal regulation. I gave it to her, and she proceeded to enter the information at the speed of molasses. When it came to inputting the address, she told me that I had the city wrong - it wasn't Powell, it was POWDER! Um...I think I know what city my friend lives in, and told her that. She insisted, and told me she'd even give me a marker so I could cross out Powell and write Powder on the address I had written. I had forgotten my phone, so I couldn't check the address my friend had sent me on Facebook, but she "helpfully" said, "Oh, you can use our phone." I told her I didn't know his number, and she replied, "Well, you can call SOMEBODY!" Really? Who was I supposed to call - Ghostbusters? I told her I'd go home and check the address, as most probably he typed the zip code incorrectly. She kept insisting, "No, no, no - just write in POWDER, or you can call somebody!" Annoyed, I asked her what time the last pick-up from FedEx was, and she replied, "The hours are on the door." They sure were - THE HOURS THE STORE WAS OPEN, not the cut-off time to have the package picked up by FedEx on the same day. (I couldn't remember if it was 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. and it was getting close to 5.) She was one of two employees there, the other woman offered no help, and by now the line was out to the door. I had to have the package delivered ASAP, as it was a homemade cake, so I picked it up, and as I walked out said, "Forget it - I'll go to UPS!" I stopped at home and checked the zip code; I had copied what my friend had written correctly, but when I checked his address on Zabasearch, saw he had mistyped the zip code. I corrected it, and went to UPS - where the package was processed quickly, the last pick-up was at 6 p.m.....and I didn't have to produce identification. The woman I dealt with at FedUpEx was very nice...but dumb as a post! I ain't got time for that! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I shipped a package one day, no problem. I shipped another of the same item again the next day, in an identical box, and was told that I couldn't use that box, but they could sell me a brown FedEx box (at an exorbitant price) so I could repackage the item. Mind you, the second package was being shipped on the last day possible for Christmas Eve delivery, and it was 5 p.m., with the last pick-up at 6 p.m. My guess is they were trying to take advantage of my situation, wanting the package delivered by Christmas, and my not having enough time to go home and find a different box. Well, up yours, Fed(up)Ex - I went to the main PO, which is open late, and mailed the package so it will be delivered on time. I won't be doing business with you again. read more

Ran in today for copies. There were three associates in the store, two of whom were excellent and one who said my 2 minute order would be require 4 hours to process. I assume she was more interested in her Pringles and coke break. (Maybe she should take a break and head to the house permanently!) However the lady in self serve was very nice and helpful! Additionally, Lori who was in charge of incoming orders got my four hour wait down to two minutes. Thanks Lori!! read more

I have given these guys multiple opportunities as they always seem understaffed and overwhelmed. They have gotten every order wrong for the past 5 visits, but again, they acted professionally and politely. This time the errors were too many and multiple. Scanned a document for me and charged me $36 to do so and put it on my memory stick- I asked the gentleman working with me if he was sure it was on, as it was a legal document that had to be filed - he insisted that it was and there was no need to check. It was not, and based on looking at the stick - he never even put it in the computer. My fault for believing him. I called them after driving 30 minutes to where I was working for the day, and he apologized that it was not on the stick and stated he would email it to me. I indicated to him that I had asked him to do that while I was there and he said when asked, he "could not." He told me I mis-heard him, "of course" he could email it. I asked him how long - he said 10 minutes: no email after two hours. I called The store again, he had left for the evening. Now I will have to spend another hour of driving and have the entire thing scanned again. A deadline was missed and at least three hours of my time gone. If you are a professional and have to have professional service avoid this place like the plague. The people there are extremely pleasant, but apparently there are no consequences if things are done not correctly or on time in their world. For the rest of us out here, there are. read more
