Terrible service!! They never informed me when my package was ready to be picked up and it got sent back. Instead of offering any sort of customer service, the women up front rudely stated that "it's not on us". Every time I go in there the front desk is insufferable and incompetent. read more

I've been to this FedEx location twice now, and both times the customer service has been incredibly disappointing. The staff was noticeably rude and seemed unwilling to help. It's frustrating to walk in needing assistance and feel like you're an inconvenience. FedEx, please do better--basic courtesy and a willingness to assist customers should be the standard, not the exception. read more

Printed family calendars. Been doing that at this office for over 20 years, even before FedEx put their name on the door. I have never had a problem with getting a quality product and being treated expertly and professionally by the staff at this here. Arthur L continued that tradition yesterday. Eilleen here was my first experience and I was not happy. Coming into here she told me that she would take care of other packages first before helping me. I usually don't care but the packages didn't have a person attached to them...meaning I was the only waiting customer and that Tahoe items could've been taken care of after me. It's different if you are closing in 5 minutes where okay you want to get everything cleared before nights over but this office is open till midnight. After realizing I couldn't send my mail, there wasn't a, " thank you for waiting" or "sorry about the inconvenience" it was her going on to the next task. Overall...the only reason I would come here is because they are open later than others...period end of story! read more

I took a small box, taped and ready to ship and their price for US mail priority was $40.00. I declined the price and went to the US post office, the price there was $7 for priority shipping. That is quite a big difference! I do realize that The Box Shop is a small business and they want to make a profit, but a business usually doesn't make a profit if their prices are so high. They didn't make any profit from me and they won't in the future.

The technician showed up on time and was extremely professional. The cleaning for a 700 sq ft took about an 1.5 hours. The quality was amazing and they got all the hard stains out of the carpet. The price was 200$ and was well spent. This my new go to carpet cleaning service that doesn't disappoint.
