I'm writing here after several weeks without any answer regarding a parcel supposedly delivered to this UPS Store. UPS confirms the package was delivered and signed for at this location, and even closed their investigation stating it's in the store. Yet, my recipient went there in person and was told no parcel was found. I see several other reviews mentioning similar issues, which makes this situation even more concerning. Could someone from the store please clarify what happens to parcels marked as delivered and signed for, and how a customer is supposed to recover them? read more

The store website says that the last outgoing pickup is 5:30pm. I've had 2 recent outgoing packages sit in this store until the late afternoon of the next day because the real outgoing pickup time is as early as 4pm. read more

Not customer focused. Do not use this store if they promise you anything. They have more than a dozen virtual mailboxes. With a virtual box, you have your mail forwarded to another location. I used this because I do contract work in Montana. I have had box 309 since October 2019. Two employees Sam and Anjela have been sending me my mail on a regular basis to my contract location. Sam and Anjela left the beginning of January. I have not received my mail since. The UPS store wants me to drive 600 miles to pick up my mail before they will start forwarding it. Zachary told me he put my credit card number in an excel spreadsheet. I will need to take three days off work to get my mail. One day driving, one day dealing with these idiots and one day driving back to my work location. If you go get a PO Box and ask the post office for their street mailing address, you can achieve what the UPS Store 2192 charges several hundred dollars for. read more

I just went, 07-15-25 5:53 pm (open until 6 pm), in to complete an Amazon Return No Label or Box needed. The female store clerk and a male in USAF PT shorts were trying to pull the cage down and close early. I attempted to get assistance, but the female kept walking away from me and said they don't have a contract with Amazon any longer. She said she could show me how to make the return and asked me to go back to Amazon App and select Needs Label and Box, I did this and she said, you need to send the Label to an email address she had taped on a counter, then she said you can't return it anyway, because you don't have a box. It's a UPS Store, so I assume she could have found a box for me. She was rude, unprofessional and didn't care for my business and I left without completing my Amazon Return. I will follow-up with Amazon and ask that the store be taken completely off the Amazon App for all returns. read more

I would definitely give zero stars if possible. I went to the store because my delivery required a signature and l had a note that the package was at the store. I went to the store and they said to come back in a couple hours. I said that was not an option and asked them to look for the package. They said it might be at another store. This is the only store in Cheyenne, so that was also not an option. A line was forming and an incredibly rude customer jumped ahead of me because he was in a hurry and the UPS staff was glad to have me step aside to help this other customer. Amazon sent me to the UPS store at 1740 Dell Range Blvd to do a return without a label or packaging. I drove across town just to find a handwritten sign on the door saying they are not taking QR codes, and only taking Amazon returns if they are prepackaged with a label for the next 10 weeks (pic in comments). So I call up Amazon and they say they are completely unaware of this, and they won't update their system until UPS reports it to them directly . So I call up UPS customer service and explain this all to them. They refuse to contact Amazon at all and say Amazon has to contact them. This place is really bad. Advertises that it will accept Amazon returns via QR codes, but when you get there with a handful of packages, they tell you that they do these returns. it was suggested that they might want to remove this information from Amazon's site, I was met with a blank stare. I was then given an 888 phone number to call to complain. I ended up purchasing three labels for $6.99 each to return later in a different store. I'm just sick of poor business practices and advertising. read more

We were traveling through and had a package coordinated to arrive at this UPS Store in Cheyenne, Wyoming. It was addressed to my full name, Debra (full middle name) and last name. I received text reporting was delivered to this UPS Store. On the same day, I arrived there to find they couldn't find package. Told me to put a claim in. Day's later, I found out they gave my package to someone that had my first and middle name. No scanning of the package, no verification of tracking number was done and my package was just given away. WTF! Now, my package was given to someone with 1/2 my name. What has happened to a great company, UPS, when the ease of scanning and tracking makes accuracy simple. Obviously this store is so pitiful that doing your job is a option. Now, the sender is having the hardest time getting the package returned to her and receiving a refund for the entire mishandling of her package. What a useless store for UPS to have given their brand to use. The entire situation has been so mishandled and the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Where to begin! Don't rent a box here. They gave me other people's mail--every time I was there. They insisted my packages hadn't arrived, even when I showed them that Amazon said it was delivered and had been handed to someone at the counter there. Then they would argue with each other, trying to find it. They rarely answer the phone and don't return calls. It's really surprising and quite maddening, especially since it's so expensive to rent a box there. It's also unbelievable how expensive it is to ship a package or even envelope from there. fedex is cheaper. I can't think of one good thing to say about them except that it's the couple who own the place that are the problem, not the employees. NEVER, Never go to this UPS store, go to the Post Office or anywhere else to mail a package or have a mailbox. The owner of the store has not trained his employees or set policies for years. Every time I need to have a package mailed or get the mail from my mailbox sent to me, they say YES, but take days to actually mail it from the store, it just sits there in the back office. My new package of checks from the bank were stolen from this store, I filed a police report, the thief was caught. Any issues, when it is their responsibility to file a report for you, they don't file the report for you but will tell you they did. Front counter help is nice and cheerful but in the back where the package needs to get sent out from, well good luck, it will take days and they won't tell you the truth that it's taken a week for them to mail it. i Was informed if I did a pick up my product would arrive sooner. The ups store is close to work and of course I was very much looking forward to what I had ordered. I received notification that my package had arrived today. Went in to pick it up. When the associate came to the desk with my two packages, smaller one on top, I noticed the larger book was opened and taped shut. I asked her about it and she quickly said "thats how it came". Got it home and found out I was missing half of my items ordered. Had to file a claim with the company to get things resent out. How disappointing! The least she could have done was be open about what was going on instead of trying to hide it. My gut says someone at that location most likely stole from me. I won't be able to prove this though. This store has a horrible horrible customer service. I requested to open a mailbox there and it took them 1+ week going back & forth. I chose the mail forwarding option on a "will-call" basis. The next thing I know, they charged me $21 and sent me mails that don't even belong to me. The mails were the prior mailbox owner. This store is terrible. The people who work there are very rude, and they're unreliable. They may or may not ship your packages when they should. After shipping a package there several days ago, my shipping status still shows no progress. I don't even know who I'd call about this, since they likely will not appreciate being questioned. They're too busy to listen to their customer, even when there is no one else in the store. They walk away when you're talking to them. This Cheyenne location UPS store is the most unprofessional business I've ever experienced. Overall, I requested a mailbox, they charged my credit card, and I received no mailbox. I will say the communication was via email and phone due to my location, but if you offer the services long distance than a business should be able to initiate and complete business transactions. After not receiving what was purchased, I requested a refund multiple times. After getting the run-around for months, I then got my bank involved. Majority communication was with the manager "Sunny". We have had 3 items never supposedly delivered to us to this store with the usual statements, "no we never received them." 2 of these items were bank checks from 2 different banks, delivered by the banks and resulting in fraudulent checks being written by multiple persons using these undelivered checks that withdrew all funds from the bank account. We filed a claim with the Sheriffs Dept and the bank. We suspect someone at this store maybe taking bank check boxes and either using them or forwarding to conspirators to steal the bank funds. Rude staff and the place wreaks of body odor. I was sending gifts to a couple of toddlers, and wanted to see what the best options were to get them there by Christmas. The staff person gave me the highest quote first and concealed the fact that there was one for half the price. I'm not that obsessive about the gifts getting there on time--after all they are babies. But the staff person was very condescending: "Well I'm afraid you waited too long for this package to get there on time." I'm never going back there. Between being treated like a schoolgirl handing in a late assignment and the sickening smell of armpits, I left feeling pretty rotten. read more

They said that us military didn't accepte the package and not their fault and I have to pay the cost.Their manager was rude. I went into this location as post office was busy and I thought it would make my life easier. Well, not so much. I mailed a package out, after having the lady extremely rude ask for address 4 times because she couldn't pay attention to the customer. I then tried to mail a group of large envelopes, which I bought the postage and she told me how many needed to be on there... I put the postage on them and gave them to her and now I am dealing with having to re-mail them as the postage amount was not correct. Nothing from store to make their error correct. Horrible. UPS charged a boatload to ship my item. It arrived completely destroyed. Despite nearly a dozen calls and visits, the store would not submit the insurance claim properly. They would not return phone calls and lied to my face when asked about its status. That includes the store owner himself. It took months and a letter to UPS Corporate to get any action. I rent a couple of mail boxes here for my business, and I've had them rented since 2010 (even before this store's ownership changed). It is a great convenience to me to know that someone is always there to receive (and if necessary, sign for) important mail and packages for us. I paid a $77.99 fee to have an item shipped to northern Colorado. SEVEN days later it has not arrived. This was a giant rip off. I should have had them pack the item and driven it to UPS myself. Then I would have a real tracking number to know what was going on with the package that cost $78 to ship. I could have driven it to its destination for less. When the person who was waiting for the item called they were told it was the holidays and it would be there before Christmas- wow!! I will NEVER USE THIS STORE EVER AGAIN. BEWARE! Update: I have now discovered that the package was not even packed or shipped until I called for the tracking number - 7 FULL DAYS after dropping it off. The store altered their records to say I that I did not bring it to the store until Dec 7 - but when I filed a complaint with the corporate office they used the excuse of too many priority packages in the store. Make sure you watch them pack your items or you will never know what they are really doing with the packages they have. 2/19/09 The manager of this store, Nicole, is a work of art. It's been years since i've been treated as rudely as I was today. This morning I called the store to ask if I can ship something COD, what the charge for it is, and if the UPS driver will accept cash only from the recipient. To make a long story short, I was told by the trainee on the phone that yes the driver will accept cash (after she put me on hold to ask the manager) but when I went to ship the package, I was told no. When I came home, I called this UPS Store and asked for the manager - turns out it was the manager who had waited on me at the counter. My complaint was that their employees are giving incorrect information to customers on the phone. Nicole told me that the person I talked to was a trainee..fine, but you mean a trainee doesn't know what the word "cash" means? She then explained that when the trainee asked her about it, she said "I don't know what this gentleman on the phone wants". Well, duh, hey, why not ASK a person on the phone for clarification (as if the word 'cash' needs clarification!), or maybe the manager could grab the phone and talk to the customer. But no. Basically I was told it was not her fault, not the manager's fault, and there's nothing she can do about it. Typical run around, pass the blame onto the customer. During the call, I was talked over by NIcole..she would keep interrupting me oftentimes so I could not finish a sentence. That's infuriating. She then went on to tell me the conversation was "stupid". Nice. Now the customer is stupid. When I told her I would let Mailboxes, Inc, know about this treatment I was getting she didn't care one bit, and told me that she would tell the corporate office that I was yelling at her on the phone and that she would hang up on me. Needless to say, I contacted Mailboxes, Inc, at the California headquarters, and they were not pleased. They noted down all I explained to them, apologized, and told me they would ask for an explanation from Nicole as per their policy. People, if something goes wrong, or this store tells you something, just know that in the end it will be YOUR problem and YOUR fault, not theirs. If you like to be treated this way in return for your money, by all means do business with this store. If you don't like being called stupid and told it's your fault you were given incorrect information, then go elsewhere. I will never do business with a UPS store again unless I get a full apology and acknowledgment that they were in the wrong for wasting my time with this and trying to brush my complaint off. read more
