I've been here before but I think management may have changed since the last time I was here. Regardless, these folks are excellent. This UPS Store has all of the positive attributes you look for: centrally located, friendly, efficient, patient, helpful, and, surprisingly, quick. They were well staffed and, I'm happy to report, everyone both behind the counter as well as the customers were wearing face masks! I would love to write a longer review, but what more is there to say? Ooh! A couple of more things: This may not be the closest UPS Store to where you are but I would definitely recommend you consider them. I mentioned the location is great but forgot to point out there is plenty of parking. It is located right off a major road in Hilliard with traffic lights on two sides of the shopping center. (I know, that probably seems like a silly thing to mention, but it really makes getting in and out much easier and, if you are like some people that I know and love, you'll feel much more comfortable driving in and out at a light rather than having to time your exit across a few lanes.) Plus there are a lot of other great businesses around including a Kroger, Arby's, a sub shop, a Chinese restaurant, and, at the end, a motor vehicle and driver license bureau so can kill (more than!) two birds with one stone. :-)

After my grandmother passed away, I was given a set of her antique pewter measures dating back to the mid-1800s. They were one of the very few family heirlooms I received, and because of their history, they are absolutely irreplaceable to me. My mother took them to UPS Store #2514 to ship to me. She told me the store was not busy, and James assured her he would carefully pack them in a 10×10×10 box and place a Fragile sticker on the package. The shipment was sent on July 27 along with a second package that I had packed myself. When both packages arrived on July 30, I immediately knew something was wrong. Instead of receiving the box my mother described, I received a large reused box with an Amazon shipping label and a "Cold-Shot" product label. Inside was a CST2 General Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit--a product I have never seen before and certainly did not ship. There is no question that the shipping labels were switched. The tracking number on the receipt my mother received from UPS Store #2514 matches the shipping label on the box containing the pipe freeze kit. In other words, the tracking number that should have delivered my grandmother's heirlooms instead delivered someone else's Amazon return. My mother returned to the store the today and was told the manager would need to get involved because my package had gone somewhere else. Unfortunately, no one could tell us where. We were instructed to file a claim, but because we didn't know the monetary value of these mid-1800s heirlooms, the declared value was far below what they were actually worth. Even if UPS reimburses us, no amount of money can replace something that has been in my family for generations. If my package was sent to an Amazon returns facility, it will likely be discarded, recycled, or donated, and I will never see these items again. I am beyond devastated and beyond angry. A mistake like this has potentially cost me one of the only tangible connections I have left to my grandmother. To make matters worse, I am now in possession of someone else's Cold-Shot Pipe Freeze Kit, valued at approximately $573. I contacted Amazon in hopes of locating my grandmother's package or helping ensure the person who returned this item receives their refund, but they were unable to assist. Mistakes happen, but this was an entirely preventable error. If I made a mistake of this magnitude in my own profession, I would likely lose my job. I expect much greater care when entrusting UPS Store #2514 (or any UPS store for that matter) with an irreplaceable family heirloom. I sincerely hope UPS Store #2514 is able to locate my package and reunite me with these priceless pieces of my family's history. If they cannot, I expect them to take full responsibility for this egregious error and find a meaningful way to make this egregious error right, even though I know nothing can truly replace what has been lost. As of 08/13/2026, my grandmother's heirlooms are still missing.

I had an appointment scheduled for notary services and received both a confirmation and a reminder…read morethe morning of the appointment. When I arrived, the clerk told me the notary had been out sick for a few days. I was not notified of this, despite receiving a reminder to show up that same morning. I had rearranged my schedule for this appointment and then had to scramble to find another notary because the document was time-sensitive. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I understand that emergencies happen, but continuing to send appointment reminders when the notary was unavailable wasted my time and created unnecessary stress for a time-sensitive matter.

I asked what I needed to do. He said I could tape them together. I said cool can I use some tape. He says nope then proceeds to try and sell me tape so I can send my package. She came at me with attitude instead of acting like a civil person and explaining the situation with any sort of grace. Worst of all, she revealed the contents of a package I was supposed to pick up to any employee or customer that was in the vicinity. I was told I was able to pick up the package even if my name did not match the shipping label. An employee literally wrote my name on the box saying I would be picking up the package with permission from the owner (who is my fiance). Our addresses did not match because we literally just moved and my fiance explained that over the phone when she initially called in. After the fact, Amanda refused to talk to her on the phone about the situation, and instead she directed my fiance to a 1 (800) number. If you have to deal with Amanda at this location, good luck.
