I have been going to this specific UPS for almost 5 years since we moved to Dublin. This morning, I ran into to drop off a package. The lady that works there, did not greet me and just took my package. When I asked for tape to attach my label she said it's "$1.25".to which I replied, "oh since when--" even before I could finish my sentence she threw her hands in the air and said that's all i can do for you and started to leave. Ok, one I would've just paid 1.25 or have bought the tape they sell there. My problem was her attitude and how rude she was. I walked to Giant Eagle and bought some packing tape. When I returned, I asked to speak with the manager. She stood next him, and continue to be rude. She actually said, " she refused to pay for taping" and I told her, "before I could even answer you basically said I'm done with you" I know that they probably don't care that they lost one customer. All I ask is be polite and professional if you're going to be working. read more

Consistently grumpy customer service. Never a smile or a thank you from the employee. Reluctant to help seal packages I bring in. When I requested a receipt for drop off (to prove to a retailer that I indeed sent things in for return via UPS) and was told to just use a tracking number. I have had a mailbox at this location for more than three years. The staff during that time has always been professional and helpful for whatever my needs. During my time there, I became disabled and when the boxes were too heavy for me to carry they always assisted me to my car. The mail was always added to my mailbox on a daily basis. Ugh, I said I wouldn't go back but I did to drop off a shipment and even that was a bad experience. I sealed my box but missed a corner so I asked her (Amy) if she can tape over it once more. Instead of just sealing it up for me, she told me that I do not need one. Well, to ease my mind I asked her to put a strip of tape over it anyway. I'm not asking for much here. Amy then told me, "I have done this for a long time and I know what will stick and not stick" Seriously? So I had to ask her again, for a third time and she finally used that strip of tape for me. I then asked for a receipt of receiving the product and instead of printing it out for me like any other store does, she told me to write down the tracking number and track it. read more

The UPS Store in the Perimeter Loop (near Giant Eagle grocer) works for me. That is because 99.9% of what I've taken to the store is already labeled and ready to go. I merely drop off a box(es) and their CSRep asks politely if I need a receipt - no thanks. Boom! I'm finished. The UPS Store is 10 minutes from my office so I'm there and back in under 30 minutes, too. DISCLAIMER: For anyone who uses a delivery store of this kind NEWS FLASH. They are not givers (e.g. tape, padding, labels, etc). Few are. I see that sometimes at the US Postal Service Center(s) where a package is needed and tape and labeling... and the entire line of customers rolls their eyes in disbelief. Not because the USPS does the client a favor... because it's so damn frustrating to see customers failing to do the advance work. I digressed..... The UPS Store isn't loaded with supplies and counter space is small (one small island area to work on). For me? Hours are good (open to 7PM weeknights; closed on Sundays; closed at 3PM on Saturday). Stopped in to ship something I sold on Amazon. I needed a box and they charged over $5 for a 17x11x8 box, a similar size box at Walmart is sub $2. My item was 5 pounds and they wanted to charge $42. I declined and came home and printed a label online for only $15 on UPS' website. Not sure why there is a $27 upcharge at the UPS Store versus UPS. read more

The people are nice but their weekend hours are too limiting. They close at 3 on Saturday and not at all on Sunday. Wish they had a shorter day during the week so that they could stay open later on Saturday. read more

I read a review on Google that rated this store poorly& now I know why!! I needed to drop off a package that was prelabled & when I asked the manager, M.K to sign a copy of the receipt to show he received it he refused and said I needed to have a driver sign it or take it to a UPS store! Isn't the name of this store The UPS Store?! After I stated that I just needed his signature as a store representative to show he received bc it was insured, he kept insisting I needed to take it to a UPS store! What's the problem?! He finally scanned it& gave me a receipt to prove they received the package. You'd think I was asking HIM to pay for the package!
