The people in this store are always very friendly and helpful. It's a little pricey to use them for sending packages compared to going to ups or the post office but you're paying for the convenience, and it's very convenient. They have PO Boxes too. And sell lots of little goodies. read more

Best place to get all of your shipping needs taken care of! When I need to get a package returned quickly and efficiently (mostly Amazon returns) this is where I go. Everyone I have ever dealt with employ wise has ALWAYS been a pleasure to work with and the store is always very clean and in order which is always a plus and the pricing is very reasonable. The workers are always friendly but whoever owns this chain needs to seriously revise their pricing. They charge unreasonable amounts for EVERYTHING. To print a black and white copy, there's a $3.99 service fee and the copies are a separate charge. Their medium sized poly bags are $7?!?!?!?! Their SMALL boxes are $5?! To use packaging tape, even a piece, they charge?! It's actually insanity what a rip off this place is. At this point they should charge entrance fees. Do yourself a favor and come with your package prepped and taped and ready to go and if you need to print, go across the street to FedEx. 99 cents store also always has polybags and packaging things so swing by there first because it's guaranteed you'll always find cheaper things there. On the bright side this location does provide notary services as well as passport photo services! read more

So had another great experience here, as usual. Last time was not great not being able to resend my packages back to Amazon. In the original Amazon box. Crystal help me today, pleasant as always. But a pleased to hear next to me that someone had the same issue with the Amazon box and they let not not have to buy a new box to ship. What can I say...I went to get passport pictures taken and I was given the pictures. I didn't check them because I made the assumptions they know what they are doing. I went to send in my pictures and passport application and was told they cannot accept my pictures because part of the head on the top was cut off!! Like what???? Seriously?? So I have to go again and have the pictures taken. This time I stayed and retook the pictures and viewed it BEFORE I left and didn't leave until the pictures were perfect which took more than 45 minutes. So please, check your pictures before walking out so you won't have to have the same experience as me :( read more

I walked into the location to drop off an item on 1/8/24 at 1pm. When i entered the workers stated they would be right with me. While i was standing in line someone walked in and walked right in front of me to the register behind someone who was being helped. When that person left the register they began to assist the guy and not even acknowledge the fact that i had already been standing in line waiting to be assisted. Terrible service! There was a line out the door. The lady didn't know how to ship a small envelope parcel and was saying it'd be $20 for a flyer to be sent! And said it was weighted a few lbs... for a piece of paper!!! When the customer was confused, she's like oh wait you can just put it in an envelope and it's $4.48. No duh! Then she charged him wrong so we all had to wait for her to fix his mistake. Waited 20 mins to return 1 amazon package without a box needed. Terrible.
