Second day in a row now driver --VAUGHER-- parks outside my apartment and without leaving the vehicle or leaving a note marks the package undeliverable. Phone customer service extremely unhelpful. UPS, USPS, DHL, etc. do NOT have issues with my apartment and there is zero reason why this keeps happening. Is 25 pounds too heavy for this driver? What is the deal? Tracking is 882540603049. It was my first time at a fedex shipping store, I was shipping 2 boxes, and needed help. When my husband and I arrived a guy employee with glasses at the counter, don't know his name, did not greet us and did not help us through the process of shipping. He didn't even want to make eye contacts with us while talking and he was so rude walking away while we were asking questions. I am hispanic and there was 2 white women also there who he was making conversation with and helping. We only labeled one box to ship and left. I then realized I labeled the wrong box and went back inside and he said "hello again" really serious. My husband told him we're sorry we shipped the wrong box and he sighed loud and went to look for the box. We felt so uncomfortable and clearly he was racist towards us. read more

Very helpful, accommodating staff. A great local resource. I wanted to make a scanned copy of a blueprint to my house that I unexpectedly found. It is oversize, too large for my own scanner. Fortunately, this location has a scanner that can accommodate VERY large, oversize documents, just what I needed. Price depends on the size of the document, starting at $5.99 for a scan to USB drive. Copies can also be printed. Prices are posted on the machine. The procedures for operating the scanner, involving two control devices with screens, are confusing so I needed to ask for assistance. He was knowledgeable about its operation which was important since apparently there is a particularly optimal configuration for blueprints. So ask for help on this. The scan (to USB drive) turned out perfect. Very happy. read more

No complaints here! I usually always go to staples but they are a little further away from me than I wanted to drive so I opted for the FedEx Store. I figured they'd be cheaper too which was another reason I went here instead. Even though something is currently wrong with their phone line I still stopped by to see if they would be able to help me and I'm glad I did. I needed a book binded, the fellow there told me they could do it for me but I would have to leave it there for them to work on it and it would probably be done by tommorrow. I didn't want to part with my book that long so I went up the street to the store for 30-45 mins and came back to the FedEx Store just in case my book was ready. Let's just say I'm glad I went back. The guy was still working on my book but he was almost done. The service here is phenomenal and I would defintely return here and recommend this place to my family and friends. They did a great job on my book and they did it pretty quick. Defintely check them out if you are in the neighborhood. read more

The image that I needed printed was embedded into the email so printing was a bit more challenging than I expected. Awful. Made an online purchase where the only pickup times on a Saturday were 6:30,7,7:30. I get a call yesterday stating it can be available earlier if I'd like to pick it up whenever. I arrived now at 6:10 and am told "it's closed!" I tell this associate with eyeglasses from afar that it's an item already paid for. He tells me "nope, we're closing now" I drove 30 minutes in the freezing cold with my two year old to pick this item up only to be turned away. I'm now expected to drive back and return tomorrow? This is ridiculous. If you close at 6, then don't offer a 6:30pm pickup online!!! Also, your associate could have easily handed me an already paid laminated document while I stood there with my toddler and attempted to show him my confirmation stating 6:30. read more

Just left there about 20 minutes ago. Went there to drop off a item I was returning. I printed out the pre-paid return label at home and taped it to the box. I walk in, 2 young girls(employees) were helping some older guy trying to fax something. They didn't even acknowledge that I walked in. So I went to the counter and wanted to make sure everything was correct for the package to go. I also wanted to get a tracking number. 1 girl walks over to a work station 5 ft. away from me. Not a hello, I'll be with you soon, not even a screw you...! Then the other girl walks over to the work station and ignores me. I look down by the front of the counter and there is a sign that says there is a surcharge for some kind of assistance from a worker. I'm like, WHAT???? I turn around and see this self service kiosk and eventually figure out how to send this package on its way. Really, they charge to do what they are hired to do??? Pathetic customer service. HR needs to hire people that work. Did I mention that the front window of the business looked like someone threw their milkshake at it. Gee, I wonder why. read more

Kori. What a joker and shame to the business. Refused packages twice that were boxed, labeled, only required a scan. After securing the packaging this guy still refused to accept the packing that the manufacturer sent me the package in. I ended up driving to another location who accepted the packages without issue. That person does not represent the organization in a manner that is professional. It was a terrible experience and somewhere I will not return to. I stopped in to get a few copies of my resume printed before an interview. The lady working at the register was very friendly, but it was pretty clear that she was overwhelmed, seeing that she was the only working and overhearing that there are currently multiple openings at this location. She was helping me while helping three other people complete their orders so she definitely had her hands full! She was very accommodating and helped me print files from an email, 25 minutes from start to finish. I'd definitely recommend this location for anyone in the area. They are a little short-staffed (or at least they were during my visit), so make sure to give yourself a little extra time for your printing and shipping needs! read more

Quick and efficient this fed ex location acts as my office away from my office. The staff is friendly and helpful, the equipment is always in working order and I like I can have my fed ex packages delivered here instead of my home which makes pick up super easy versus having to go to the larger fed ex hub. Lots of free parking too. Maybe I've just lucked out the times I've gone here given all the negative reviews on Yelp but in my opinion, this place does what it's supposed to do. If I could give a place negative stars, this would be it. After waiting in line, two days in a row (because the first day didn't have shipping labels the first day) for five minutes, I was told that the address that I was shipping to wasn't existing (even though I've shipped here billions of times!). Normally I'm not this crabby about reviewing the place, but this is the pits. After I tried to explain that the address was in fact existing (as shown on the PRE printed label), the woman condescendingly told me that "she knew what she was doing." Went there to get two FedEx Tubes to ship something back they ask what I need them for what are you shipping back they said. Oh no you can't use them you have to use a expandable box she said it was $18.00. I said no thanks. I got two tubes from UPS for free packed it my self putting the return Fedex label on it and went back to drop it off. Mark refused to take it he said he couldn't take it in UPS tubes but they refused to give me there's the Friday before. So I went to OfficeDepot and they were happy to take it I ask is there a problem because of the tubes they said no why. Do not go here. No knowledge and terrible customer service. I went in to ship 4 tires to someone a couple states away. First, Kate tried to tell I need to put the tires in 4 separate boxes. That would make the shipping charge increase dramatically. Who ships tires in boxes? TireRack.com, DiscountTire.com, and other tire distributors do not because it is obviously not very economical. I ended up strapping the tires together and shipping in 2 shipments, 2 tires each shipment. Then I asked Kate if there were any ways to save money. Were there any coupons? If I signed up with an account could I save some money? She told me no, and if I had questions about saving money I should call customer service. I was just there getting shipping quotes at this time as I sold these tires on EBay and the buyer was expecting them promptly. So when I went home and went on the Fedex website, it clearly states that if you sign up with an account with Fedex, a personal account or business, you can save roughly 8%. I went back to ship the tires there after signing up and she said there still is no discount she can give me, even though I now have an account. She said I needed to call customer service about billing. So I decide to ship the tires anyways through there and Kate billed me through the account I had set up. When the tires were delivered a few days later, my credit card was billed. It was billed for more money than I was told I was being charged, and the receipt showed. I called after I had been charged to see why that happened. Again, Kate had no answers and told me to call customer service. Kate did not have any answers to any of the questions that I had. Everything I asked, her reply was you have to call customer service. She tried to take advantage of me and over charge me. I will NEVER go back to this location and I will make sure none of my friends/family go here. Luckily, the customer service representative was beyond helpful and was able to fix the charges on my card. Along with fixing the unknown charges, she also cleared up some questions I had. read more

I was in here one evening and couldn't believe the staff was so rude. I had never been in a FedEx Office before and didn't know the process. They acted like answering every question was a huge waste of their time. They mocked me because I didn't know how to use the copiers. Plus, the copies were very expensive. Next time I'll plan better and go to a local printer. I received 2,000 copies for $100 at my local printer. I spent 22 cents per double-sided copy at FedEx Office. read more

I brought in my own invitations to have printed. When I went to pick them up, the said they shifted in the machine when printing. The blank invitations I brought in had a floral border. The printing went past the border, was slanted and and uneven and had to be thrown out. I had paid $25 for 10 of these blank Karen Adams invites, and when I asked to be reimbursed for them, I was told NO. They offered to reprint the whole invitation with the border. Never offers to help the second lady was more helpful at least walked over with me to the computer and seen that it didn't work. The other computer was down also. I stopped here because it was close to my house and I needed to print up some larger posters, 18 x 24". I just wanted them on paper nothing fancy. I've had larger things printed up before but not at FedEx. I should've asked the cost, but when the worker told me it would be $141 I simply left. I drove down the street to an OfficeMax and got the exact same work done for $40. They look great and they did it in five minutes. Fed Ex is good for shipping but I would not do any printing there. read more

Came here to make copies of invitations on cardstock. I had never done this before so I asked what machine to use. The one woman told me to wait so it wasn't until about 20 minutes later since I was just standing there that I asked the other younger lady to just assist me on what machine to use. These were for a wedding so I wanted to make sure I did it correctly. She shows me the machine and walks away. The machine had an error so I asked the first lady again for help and she fixed it and said if I had any other problems to just ask. Well I tried to print the following 59 pages after my sample page and it gave another error. The 2nd lady I spoke to was only available and she came over to the machine with a HUGE attitude, pushed some buttons and walked away. I asked her "what was the problem?" And walking away she said "it just wanted to know the type of paper" and walked away.....I've never felt like such a bother in my life when THIS IS YOUR JOB! To help the people that come into the store you work at. I really don't recommend this establishment unless you are getting something quick and already what you are doing.....never coming back. Also, seeing as most of these reviews are poor, I'm not sure why nothing has been done about the poor customer service. read more

I'm not sure their shipping prices are fair/ethical. This is what I experienced today...I needed to ship a package to a remote island in Japan and I realized it would probably run $50 or so. Their price: $218.71 for economy and $229.39 for priority (I am copying this from a note given to me by the clerk.) Needless to say, I declined and then tried USPS (I initially thought USPS would be more expensive). USPS also had some tiered options but it boiled down to $32.87 for priority. This begs the question, what in God's name is this FedEx center doing? I never thought I'd say this but save the post office people! read more

They will help you with simple to complex jobs and offer excellent ideas. I have been to several Kinko locations and there is no comparison. Lindita is one of the jewels in this store. Extremely disappointed with the service provided. I ordered a custom print. I specifically asked over the phone if the file was large enough to print at the size requested, without pixelation. The person on the phone specifically said yes, the file was large enough. When I picked it up I was very disappointed to see that it was completely pixelated. I said this to the worker at the desk and he just ignored the complaint and asked for my credit card. I spent $22 on something that I may as well just put right into the recycling bin. read more

I only go to Kinko's for copies but I have to say not impressed they are always short staffed huge lines when ever I go in and not reliable. I went last monday at 8am(they open at 7am) they were not opened because some one was sick and was on there way supposedly. I would not recommend this place. read more
