I needed a large, fragile art piece packed to take on an airplane. Staff were very knowledgeable and the did a great job packing it in a timely fashion. It survived two flights without any problems. I would definitely use their services again. read more

I went here out of necessity and time restraints. Normally I would have driven much further to go to staples because that's what I'm familiar with but as I said I had time restraints. I was nervous about going here because I was unfamiliar with the store and prices but since I was rushing I went here blindly. I went to print some paperwork that I needed for an event. When I walked in the store I was greeted with a smile and helped immediately. Even though they were helping others inside the store, I was still greeted! All the young ladies inside were extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to get my task completed in a very fast and friendly environment and everyone that was working were friendly. I would absolutely go here again and recommend it to friends and family if they are in the area. read more

I came here on a Wednesday evening to have 3 copies made and laminated. I walked in at 5:13pm and was still waiting at 5:30pm. I understand that they are short staffed but come on! Worst service experience after shipping packages worth $220 shipping cost. Very package cashier scan gave me look like I made them do extra work. And only thing she had to do is take a measurement and charge me for 6 package going to same place. Can understand it's Christmas time and it's busy but can't be rude to your customer. read more

Wow! I just left this store and I couldn't be more impressed. I have a project that is due today and my teacher wanted me to go to Kinkos to have it printed and bound. Well, I tried going to FEDEX-Kinkos but was given the run around. I called this store and spoke with a lovely woman named Kate. With the help of Megan, Kate was able to print and bind my 60 page document within minutes. The hard work and dedication that these employees exemplified should not go unnoticed. Efficient transaction but staff show little concern for customers by not following COVID recommendations. Man who waited on me had mash around his chin. Barely covering his mouth, nose exposed. Shows no concern for older, at risk customers. read more

What amazing customer service from the ladies at the store! Ran in to notarize something very last minute with an 8 week old puppy in tow. While Kate and I finalized all the paperwork, Stephanie walked the dog! We were able to make the deadline with the paperwork, the puppy was happy, and I would guess we are all friends now thanks to the craziness of the event. I would NEVER us this store again! We attempted to ship via a third party billing (with permission) and were told we could not ship via ground on third party billing (a lie) and had to ship by air (a lie). They said they would ship 2nd day (a lie) and shipped next day air. This was $116 for what should have been $18. The manager Emily Cooper ADMITTED they provided the wrong information, but refused to do anything about it. She said she could not even contact UPS on our behalf. This is "so nice" and "smooth"???? I think not! A call to UPS bounced us back to Ms Cooper. If you want a bunch of expensive lies, this is the place. If I were you, I'd stick with FedEx or USPS! read more

The most overpriced place out there. They will not ask whether its business or residential, just charge you residential (Its more expensive!) Example: Identical package shipped via usps $6.99, three day delivery. UPS Store: $16.99 TEN DAY DELIVERY. Don't let them "pack" for you - $5-10 for nothing! Manager just gives you a blank stare when you ask for "best shipping rate". No such thing! They aim to overcharge at every opportunity. Huge Mistake - Do NOT Ship from here. USPS or FedEX much better, cheaper and faster. read more
