The staff at Hotel Anatole's FedEx office is corrupt and morally bankrupt. One of the employees tried to steal my phone, and thankfully, the hotel security staff intervened and held them accountable. This fedex is inside the Hilton. It's only available 24 hrs for the people staying there. The doors are locked in the evening till 8 am. Residents can enter with their key cards. I showed up at 7am thinking I could get some things done. Nope. You also need to have your files ready to print from a flash drive. No plug and print option. No connection to a blue tooth and print either. I'm not knocking the place. It was clean and well structured. Someone did show up around 7:45. What can I say James, you just don't get customer service. I usually only use yelp in order to compliment good service but I will make an exception for you. My interaction with you went from unhelpful and dismissive to rude and downright disrespectful. Im actually doubting whether my overnight package will even see its destination. When I could'nt find an envelope in a totally different room and asked for assistance, holding it in front of my face and smugly explaining that that is what an envelope is wasn't helpful. It was upsetting. When you misread the delivery address and instead of just proceeding with correcting it you decided to argue with me. I don't care if you thought my a looked like a g. Seriously. Yikes. I stopped here to ship out a package for my company in Chicago and was charged extra ($20 in my case) "because the Fed Ex is in the hotel." It's based on package weight-so keep this in mind if you are trying to ship a package as I was. The gentleman in front of me came to pick up a package and was also charged to pick up his package. The shipping had been paid, but there is an extra handling charge based on weight ($10 in his case) "because the FedEx is in the hotel," according to the unhelpful and unfriendly employee. Customer service was non-existent. I chose to leave and drive to a different location. I would recommend the same if you need to ship a package or receive anything besides a letter. read more

Horrible service & rude manager. One of the only days I didn't have my CC on me, & realized I didn't have a box so I chose one that was $1.89. After trying to use Apple Pay, asking if I could use my card #, etc. I had to practically beg them to ship my package and take care of the $1.89 that I owed. Wow. Clean facility, easy parking, right off Stemmons Freeway. They only do fedex mailing (not usps), but there are enough employees in there to help folks trying to mail stuff, print stuff, copy stuff, and package stuff to get in and out quickly. Staff were friendly and pretty efficient too, which is always nice. My only beef is how expensive fedex is as opposed to usps, but that's not this location's fault. If you need to mail something, fast, and have the cash, this is a great place to run in and get it done. read more

While staying at the Anatole for a conference, the FedEx staff was phenomenal! I've had my share of experiences with hotel business centers and there is always something....Not here. Brandon in particular was so friendly, patient and efficient! Steve was also fantastic and helped me out of a weird jam with a 75 year old man that keep trying to get me to go to his room with him. The girls that worked the counter (shout out to Angel) were ALWAYS so friendly and helped me stop, breathe and smile in the midst of all the madness I was dealing with. I went in to this location because they had the best reviews for service. They were definitely right. I went in to get a picture printed out to surprise my husband. I didn't know where to go to do this cheaply. I went in and Angela helped me immediately. She was very willing to try different paper and sizes. It came out great and she was very helpful and fast. Tl;dr: good service, but watch out for the "convenience" fee!! Had to make a decision between shipping some equipment back home or finding a place to purchase a bag to check, which would've been free except for the cost of the bag itself. When I found out there was a FedEx office inside the hotel, it seemed the choice was obvious....but after being quoted $28 for the ground shipping and getting all the details straight, I was ready to swipe my card when the attendant read off the total charges of $43 and change. I stopped mid-swipe motion and asked her to repeat it. It was then I found out that there's an added "convenience" fee that they assess you for anything shipped outta this location. And it's not exactly obvious, as the notice posted stating as much as posted to the left of the register, facing the scale...and away from the customer. While the service was good, I'm detracting two stars for this sneaky practice which, ironically, I found anything but "convenient," as for the $43 I ended up paying, I'd have easily been able to purchase a duffel bag to check instead. read more

Need to print a gift certificate for a good friend and want to make a better impression than one printed on thin, cheap work paper in black and white??? I would like to suggest dropping by the FedEx Center right between the Burger King and Taco Bell near Empire Central and I35-E. If, like me, you enter the premises to find it empty of staff with only a FedEx guy making a delivery, simply speak in a loud voice if anyone is there and like magic a staff member will appear! If like me, you are in a hurry (already late for the party) you only need to mention that you have about 5 minutes to spare. The staff will swing into action, accessing the file on your USB and then suggesting the best paper stock to meet or exceed your expectations! For just a few bucks and a few minutes I was able to provide a gift in a manner which did me proud. (I was late to the party but that was my fault, not the FedEx Centers')! read more

I was out running an errand with my husband when we realized we needed to make a copy of our drivers licenses and this was the closest location. It was inside the Hilton Anatole. Park by the green awning facing Stemmons - we just pulled up next to the curb. There was no sign for it outside. The place was clean and efficient, and best of all, they didn't charge us since we just needed one copy. read more
