However, when I stepped up with my two return boxes, he asked why there were two boxes and then said he "wanted to punch me in the face." After seeing my reaction, he said it was "just a joke." I did not find the comment funny. I felt uncomfortable and threatened, so I simply smiled and completed my transaction. I also felt that I was treated differently from the customers before me.

The customer service is embarrassingly pathetic specifically from Richard Mott, the Owner! This is not the first or second time I have experienced this treatment. It is trend so I had no choice but write this review. Example that broke the camel's back: I dropped off two posters on 3/15/23 and promised to shoot me a quote by 3/17. Nothing. On 3/22, I followed up with a phone call and Richard unapologetically and casually stated they are sitting on his desk, and nothing has been done giving the recycled excuse that printing guy been out sick. On 3/30/23, I followed up again with another phone call and spoke with a new front desk guy who has the customer demeanor of a rattlesnake. I asked about posters, and he rudely stated "I have no idea what you're talking about. I educated the rattlesnake. He suggested I email Richard at their company email and didn't give it to me until I asked for it. Next, I emailed Richard reminding him of the history of this situation stating again I need a quote for posters being put on gatorboard, ETA. Again, nothing. Enough time has been wasted and for whatever reason, it felt personal. I have done absolutely nothing to this guy to treat me like this not to mention the hundreds of dollars I've spent at his company the last 4 years. I simply drove over to location unannounced, walked in, and kindly asked for my posters. The 'rattlesnake' greeted me with another rude tone 'how can I help you?' Here for my posters. He said what posters? I kindly gave him description again. I knew Richard was there because I could hear him in his office, which is right by reception desk. Not able to see Richard, but seeing how the rattlesnake reacted, I could tell Richard pointed at the posters which were laying against wall outside his office. Rattlesnake said here you go. No apologies, no what can we do to help, nothing, etc. Since Richard was too much of a coward to face me and my questions, I simply left. General public: just want to save you your valuable time because Richard and his chaotic, unprofessional crew only care to waste your time, telling you lies and display cowardice in the process! You'd be better off going to Hobby Lobby!! Lastly, Richard, you should change your name to Signs By Never! However, you might have a hard time finding someone at your company to talk to or even get back with you about making new signs. I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at Eagle Postal. Here's why:…read more 1) The first time I visited, the solo employee there didn't wear a mask at all, even though a sign on the front door stated that masks are required for customers 2) The employee offered me ten percent off my purchase if I wrote a five star review. That's definitely a violation of Yelp's terms of service, and likely every other review site (and probably explains why this place has such a high rating on Google maps). 3) Most importantly: I was a ponytail of pandemic-chopped hair that I was sending to Locks of Love. A few days after I shipped it, the Locks of Love package was RETURNED to me for having insufficient postage, and I was shocked to see that Eagle Postal had applied only $1.80 worth of postage to it. I assume that they just pocked the remaining $3 I paid? Had this been a time-sensitive package, this could have been disastrous. I returned to Eagle Postal a few days after that (about a week after my first visit) and interacted with a different employee. I explained what happened. He took down my info, and assured me that when the manager came in, a refund for the package would be processed, and he'd be in touch. I never heard from them again, and never got a refund. I eventually went to the actual USPS post office to send the package; they told me that it cost $5 total, and that it had to be shipped as a package, not an envelope, which is why it was returned. 4) Less serious, but also suspicious: I also sent a sewing project in a bubble mailer I'd made for a friend. This package eventually made it to its destination, but it was shipped media mail (which is *very* cheap); it weighed very little and I was charged over $7 for it; it was a birthday gift and arrived very late. The employee didn't ask what was in the package; media mail is subject to stringent regulations, and my package didn't meet those rules and shouldn't have been classified as media mail. Don't use Eagle Postal unless you want your packages returned to you with insufficient postage!
