Nah, the employees are likely just on a list of some that take gift cards from some to do shady things and tourment selected customers. I thought using iPostal through their service would be a nice convenience and at times, the staff seemed helpful; I would later find out confirmations were bold faced lies. I sent a business partner to this location to ship a FEDEX package. This location was useless. They did not stock blank FEDEX air bills, they were unable to print a computer generated air bill. So basically creating a shipment on site was impossible. Lastly, they stated they were unable to apply or use an existing FEDEX account number for shipping & billing. This location is erroneously listed as an authorized FEDEX service center. Nothing could be further from the truth. I will not be using this facility ever again. I will tell other business partners to stay away as well. Please do not waste your time with this location if you desire a full-service FEDEX shipping location. read more

So years ago, I opened an account and a box at PostNet. 3 owners later, I'm still a customer, and have been exceedingly pleased with the service provided by the current proprietor and his staff. They batch and secure my mail when I travel, handle all my receiving (from computer equipment to frozen bait fish), and they provide a place for my customers to drop off computers so that they don't have to come to my house, which my wife appreciates. I had my 5 year old with me (we know how impatient kids can be at times) Amanda was so gracious to let her watch a kids video on her phone to keep her entertained while she helped me (life saver!) I used to come in here every week to print off pages for school (regular black-and-white pages off of a USB). To get 20 pages printed it never cost over $3. Today I found out that at the start of the year they raised their prices. Do you know how much it cost to print 17 pages? $7.05. I can get the same thing at the UPS store for ten cents per print. I really don't know what they were thinking with raising the price that much...they must realize that based on their competitor's prices, their business will take a big hit... In response to the recent reviews below, I absolutely agree, the tall Asian girl is an excellent employee and is very kind and helpful. It's all of the other employees who tend to hide in the back and come off as unfriendly. I told the person working I needed to print out a page and he said I could use the computer they have without mentioning it costs $2 to use the computer on top of the cost to print the page. Use fed ex or ups if you're in need of printing they only charge for the cost of printing. I used their computer for less than a minute, ridiculous. read more

This company is really all about customer service. I sent a rush order of business cards to them (1,000 cards in two days) and they not only got my order completed on time, they re-sized the file I had sent because my graphic designer was not in the office, and they delivered it to me! The reason I originally went with this company was because they are quick to answer the phone and/or return calls. And that proved to be a good indicator. This is my go to store if I ever need to ship, print, or am in need of notary services. I've been in a least twice a month for the past year and have received nothing short of exceptional service. The prices are fair, upfront, and more importantly, well worth the expense as I have not had a single issue or mistake occur after having these folks ship over 50 different packages for me. Since "the tall Asian lady" keeps being mentioned in the awfully written negative reviews, I must come to her defense. Joyce (she has a name people) is one of the hardest working and competent employees I have ever met. She always greets customers as they walk in, is extremely patient with customers that get upset that the cost to overnight ship their package to Frogballs, Iowa is going to be pricey, and is able to multitask like nobody else. Sometimes she is the only one there, so it baffles me how anyone could criticize her considering the large amount of tasks she handles on her own. Some claimed she doesn't smile, which is contrary to what I've experienced. If you're in need of being around people with fake smiles 24/7, you should probably consider living and running your errands in Hillcrest. I highly recommend this place if you like receiving reliable, fast, and friendly service at a convenient location with ample parking. read more

Two days ago I went to this location for postal services. There were no other customers there when I arrived. The young lady working there was on a personal phone call on speaker phone with another young lady. I had to wait a bit for her to pause her conversation to help me, however she kept the phone conversation going which was loud & involved the other party on the phone flushing a toilet & then what sounded like she was washing her hands. Super loud. Meanwhile another customer came in who also heard it & made a comment at which time the cashier muted her phone. I finished my transaction & without a step the cashier popped back on her cell phone to finish her conversation with "what were you saying?" to the person on the phone without so much as a thank you or have a nice day to me. HORRIBLE representation of your company. VERY unprofessional! read more
