I never right reviews but I cant stress this enough. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY! Worst customer service. I sent a package early and after the time sensitive date had come and gone, it was returned to sender. nobody can tell me why. its a valid address!! 400+ people sent their submissions to the same address and I can guarantee nobody used fedex. this was my first time using this company and will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST. I will go to my grave cursing fedex. I will get a tattoo of all fed ex's employees and their families dying in hellfire. These folks are working on some bad karma ... after overhearing how the previous customer treated the rep poorly, I patiently waited my turn. I had to expressly and pointedly STOP the person packing the package and items for shipping - it was clear she was NOT paying attention to what she was doing! I think I might understand why the previous customer may have treated her poorly. If items are damaged FedEx will be paying for replacement... just saying... stuff I sent wasn't cheap. read more

Hardly ever a line here. And my 1.4 lb package went from $35 at UPS to $22 at FedEx. Worth the extra drive to come here.

I stopped here to drop off a pre-paid postage item for overnight delivery. They were quick, helpful and offered a reciept of my mailed package before I could even ask. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the door and every employee was already helping someone but I only had to wait a few minutes before someone was assisting me. Easy peasy! read more

I have had more problems with the equipment in this place. It seems I always have to have time credited when I have used their computers to print something. The prices are also a little steep. However, the staff does do a nice job taking care of you. read more

Not impressed with Jen today. Over charged me and had to ask her to rework shoddy copies. I will be finding another location to frequent with my printing needs. read more

I went in to make 2 photocopies costing .55 cents and was charged $15 that is on HOLD for 24/48 hours!!!! They said " corporate started this 2 months ago, it's printed on the sign" the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard! I needed that money to take my daughter to dinner as it's the Passover tonight. I had to ship a birthday present to a remote location in Washington State, and I needed it there in two days. I was very pleased to find that all locations within Washington are sent next-day ground, so it was very affordable. I was lucky enough to be helped by the site manager, Jeremy, and he did a great job packaging my shipment and getting me in and out in a hurry! I'll be happy to return here any time! read more

My husband brought in a package that needed to be returned, he went in with a label that wasn't working because the rep at the business didn't know what she was doing. FedEx in Everett went above and beyond helping my husband get a new label, calling me, emailing me, going back and checking their email for messages from the vendor. These things were done happily and not once did they make him feel like it was an inconvenience. Thank you to the friendly staff...good customer service is rare these days! read more

I ship a lot of stuff. As far as it goes I get there, fill out the slips and off it goes. Fine. My complaint is that the staff and manager are in and out like a revolving door. You hardly ever see the same people there twice. The result is, the level of service you get can be good, bad or horrendous on any given day. read more

Anthony (morning crew on Saturday) is extremely informative and helpful. I was going to ship something in a box too large for it and when he let me know they can help me pack my items we ended up finding a bubble wrap envelope instead that would do the trick just fine and be much cheaper. I knew the pricing and estimated delivery very fast and could make the call if that was what I wanted. All in all I was in and out in under 10 minutes (I was the only customer there, but still, I have spent much longer in shipping service store transactions than that.) So I have a FedEx account and I go to this Kinkos regularly to ship items for business, but I have decided I will not go back. Over the past two years the customer service has declined dramatically. Now I admit two things - they always say Hi when you enter the door and sometimes I ship some weird stuff (what can I say - Ebay!) For the past two years, when I have gone in I have been treated terribly; one time I made the mistake of asking what was the value of the insurance that comes with the shipping price (usually somewhere around a hundred dollars), the guy jumped down my throat and said "if you won't declare a value then I will place a value of $0 on your package and you won't get anything!" Another time I was told over and over that the object I was shipping was against the law - I had to break out the regulations to show them that indeed it was legal - I will give them a break on that one, as it was an odd shipment. Another time they hounded me for the description vs the value I wanted to ensure the package. They told me the item couldn't possibly be worth that much and they refused to ship the package. Luckily a manager overheard and advised the employee that it certainly was worth that much and to ship the package. So - if you want people who argue with you about what you want to ship, tell you that you are breaking the law or trying to trick them then you should go to this place. I have since started going to the FedEx location in Bothell and they treat me like a normal business person and with respect - so I won't be going back to Kinkos FedEx / Everett Mall. read more

I call BULLCRAP FedEx Office! 45 cents a minute is pricey to use your scanner but okay, my printer/scanner is in storage, it's only one time and I've gotta get this paperwork in so I'll pay it.... but I start getting irritated when 30 seconds passes and I'm staring at the mouse with it's little circle whooshing around waiting.... You see there is a convenient link on the desktop with directions to use the scanner, but alas, the directions are ONLINE. And oh, did I mention.... I am paying 45 cents a minute for the slowest internet service in the freaking world!! I mean, did I time travel back to the 90's and boot up AOL? I know i'm talking about pennies here but it's the point people. It wouldn't surprise me if they kept it slow on purpose just so they can charge more. I probably spent at least three bucks on bullcrap today. read more

Incompetent. Do not recommend. Printed a project that had already been printed at another Kinkos, and this location could not recreate the print. Observed settings that were selected during the printing process and incorrect selections were made. Explanation was 'printers print differently'. No suggestions were made for an alternate and was told to return to the location that first printed the project. Very poor understanding of what customer service means. Store should be audited. read more

After having a disastrous experience at Sign-a-rama I went to Fed-Ex to have my sign printed. What a difference. Brian Todd was very helpful and was able to put together not only the design of the sign but made helpful suggestions to make sure it would serve me for a long time. And.......the folks at Fed-Ex had it ready for me that afternoon. So, kudos to Brian and the rest of the staff at Fed-Ex Everett. read more
