They offer poster printing here but lamination & foam bottom are out. Came here on Wednesday morning and was helped by a lady with tattoo. She took her time to finish the job though. To print 5*7 and 21*28 poster took almost an hour. I even went to buy stuff from Safeway next door and came back... still not done. When asking if I could pay first, she said ' I will wait until it's done'... and keep chitchatting to her assistant manager.. ok I will wait then. When I asked her about the price, she started to have attitude. Oh well...there are other FedEx center I can go to. They get the job done here. The customer service is average without a smile. Sometimes you have to goto a specific delivery place to return some items and this was one of those times. I prefer the UPS Store, but needed to make a return that was only offered through Fed Ex so here we are. This location is in a busy shopping center. A smile/warm greeting is nice, but not required to get the job done. The location is pretty small, but efficient. They get the job done here. read more

I came in on a Friday afternoon to drop off a return. There was only one person in front of me, maybe 5 min. I showed the person at the front my qr code, they printed it for me and stuck it onto my package. I was in and out within 10 min. Super quick and efficient! read more

Fed EX Priority Overnight from Hayward, Ca to Plano Tx shipped 6/6 as of right now 6/7 the package has not left the Hayward location? For 72.35 that is inconceivable, will be delivered Monday 6/9.. That does not sound like Priority overnight? Even USPS express mail shipped 6/6 would be here 6/7 for half the price 32.00 that is a rip off. So it is deliberately held from Friday through Saturday! I did not appreciate the service I got from one employee, male. (With a thick mustache and or beard). I asked if he could assistance me to turn a document into a PDF file from my iPhone. The employee obviously could not assist me, and told me to start pushing buttons on my iPhone. He told me that's how he learned. I did not have time for a lesson. I was there to spend money in that facility. He could've asked for another coworker to assist me, but he did not. I finally found an employee that was able to assist me. Had a great customer experience at this store. I had tried to fax some documents but the fax machine was constantly erroring out; I was assured by Oscar that I would not be charged. So when my card was charged I returned to the store and explained the situation to Oscar. When FED EX PICKED UP MY PACKAGE I Did NOT RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER! I was outside when he picked it up!!! NO TRACKING MUMBER, was over a week ago! They will not answer me on the phone without one! I just found out today they did send my package to tLAB CORP, because I finally found LAB CORP's 800 number!!!! FED EX did deliver my package to them but never heard from either of them!!!! According to LAB CORP THEY RECEIVED IT TOO LATE! It was an all day test , so I called for pick up the following day !!! Talked to the driver! How could that be late???? Unbelievable! Now very rude LAB CORP did not tell me when they received it! I WAS NOT LATE AT ALL!!! Now, I am told I need to redo the test because they received it late from FED EX! THAT IS A HUGE LIE!!! Maybe your driver did not drop it off in time! That is a possibility!!! I am demanding an answer! This location is very small and can get pretty crowded. The best times are usually early morning or late evening. I come here at least once a week to pick up things from my fedex hold (I always forget to check in tho). The staff is very friendly and knows me now by name, which is nice. If there is a big line and all I am doing is pick up, they do their best to get me in and out without having to wait too long. The staff has changed a couple times, but the few that have remained are the good one. read more

I would leave no stars if I could. I have a disability similar to Tourette's and they were very unprofessional towards me even after I offered to show them my doctor's note. They cursed at me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I have a legit disability that is protected by the ADA. I am telling everyone not to come here. read more

You would get no stars if possible. Only reason we came here for business was because of a Walmart return. Walmart shipped the item to us wrapped in plastic wrap, unboxed and not bagged. FedEx damaged the item during shipping and lost part as a result of the damage during shipping. Walmart instructed to return item as is to this location for easy return process. Upon arriving to the center the customer service associate behind the counter started shaking her head at me as I walked towards the counter and started refusing to take the item as is like Walmart stated to bring it and insisted I buy a bag or box. This was conflicting with the return instructions and honestly just seemed like a ploy to make money or a sale for their private franchise location. This is terrible customer service and extremely dishonest considering Walmart already is compensating FedEx for the return process and this includes packaging of the item for return using fedex corporate account. Just fraud quite frankly and your associates are unfriendly, inconsiderate, insensitive and intimidating. Will never frequent this location for any business or shipping needs again. Took a large file box of confidentail files to be shredded, whoa.....the weight was 31 lbs and the cost was over $45.00!!!! (YIKES!) but I did it anyway. The young man was polite but when he took the box he expected me to depart. I did not, I said I wanted to observe him placing all my documents into the locked container. I stepped behind the counter since they do not have their locked document bin in a public view (like Office Max/Staples do for secutity reasons). The manager (I assume) yelled at me to NOT step behind the counter! I said I was absolutely going to observe my documents were being disposed of while I watched....period! Bad customer service. I was there today to send a fax but the quality of the scan was really low, so they suggested to print my papers in color. Thinking that this was going to fix the problem, I went ahead and printed my sheets in color but the quality stayed the same so I asked for a refund. One of the ladies asked me to print my receipt but I was trying to explain her that I did not accepted a receipt when the machine asked for. Raising her voice and with a really rude attitude, she told me: "SIR, I NEED YOUR RECEIPT NOW!" Yes, I got my refund but will not go back there anymore. Save yourself a headache and just use a App for faxing documents. As customers, we don't deserve to be treated like this. read more

I spent roughly $3000 shipping a package internationally and misplaced my tracking number. I went back to this location a little under two weeks after shipping and was told that there's nothing that they can do to help me locate my package. There was zero empathy. I am sorry, but FedEx delivery is the worst. I order an item from Canon from California, and they used FedEx to ship. My item left FedEx on Tuesday, 11/19/24. It arrived in my state on Monday, 11/25/24 with a delivery date of Monday 11/25/24 by 5pm. I cleared my schedule and canceled an appointment I had for 5:30pm. No package. After about a hour of speaking with FedEx the shipper and Canon the sender I was assured that the package would be delivered the next day. FedEx emailed me that the delivery would be at 2:30pm, today on Tuesday, 11/26/24. It is now 5:30pm and still no package or update from FedEx. FedEx's delivery is the worst, and I am sorry but for me, their customer service has been useless. Two phone calls to FedEx and two to Canon. read more

When it comes to my packages: Cell Phones, Laptops; Credit Cards. FEDEX Pacheco Deliveries are worse in delivery time. 3 days in a row, they said they are coming at 8 PM but they arrived at 3 PM. The 4th time they show a picture of my residence with the package but they took it on the 3rd time of the delivery. I took a day off for the package and they did not show at all. The Office people never help nor care about the package re-delivery. They just says " Sorry, I don't care about your package, if you want, picked it up here in Pacheco" The Worsed Service I ever encounter in my whole life!!!" read more

When you pay for a fast Service and shipping and direct your package to be delivered at their pick up location and it takes them 5 days to do it is just simply unacceptable. The package reports out for delivery at 8am and later says it will get delivered the next day. Now it says no update available pending delivery date. Their customer service doesn't give me a solution and this isn't the first time I've experienced this with FedEx. I don't want to leave a for this location as this has nothing to do with them. COVID Update 11-21-20 I use this Fed Ex office primarily to redirect my packages I feel that need to be secure in their facility through the Fed Ex Delivery Manager so I can pick up in person and it worked for me. Today, my husband and I had a different need for this store. We had to return our AT&T modem that was defective, and the store employee, Will was very courteous and professional. In 5 minutes we were done and had a receipt for our returned modem. It's a little drive from the Jackson Triangle neighborhood but easy to drive down 92 to Foothill Blvd. Everyone is wearing masks in there and social distancing is very much practiced. A very small location unlike Marina San Leandro but It gets the job done. Besides shipping one can also utilize this place for copies and faxes. Who has a working fax machine at home? Cheerful workers that seem efficient and not too busy when I was there. They are re-doing the parking lot as I was there for a new wheelchair ramp or something. I parked way down and had to walk. Copies/fax are self serve and you pay conveniently with a credit card at the machine. Just read and follow the instructions - even a senior could figure out how to use the machines. Conveniently located in a strip mall that is probably close to home for you. Starbucks and Safeway seem to anchor the mall. read more

Extremely rude customer service. I came to pick up one single print order (1 page) already paid for and stood at the print counter for 10 minutes while getting completely ignored. When I finally said I needed to just pick up my order the girl says "we're not servicing this desk separately". And tells me to get in the other 15 ppl deep line. I totally understand implementing the safety protocols in your office due to the pandemic. Thank you for that. But there has to be better way in managing line. All i needed were couple supplies to package my item. I already had a air bill printed. There was a line outside pass the credit union. I did step in to go straight to the supplies and grab what i needed and then go out. A gentleman stopped me and ask if i can wait in the line. I did advise the gentleman that i just needed a box. But he said no and i had to wait in the line. What the frustrating part is that as i walked outside to go to the end of the line, a guy bypassed the line empty handed and went inside the office and he walked out with supplies in hand. I know with limited staff it is hard but please find a better way in managing the line. Thank you. read more
