At some other businesses (looking at you UPS), the notary experience was flaky at best; at times, it was surprisingly hard to find someone to do the service. This 5 star review is long overdue. The short (kinda short) version. The wonderful lady that mostly runs the place makes me feel warm n fuzzy meaning I adore her lol! She has been helping me since the pandemic when I started selling things and had no idea what I was doing. If my husband is there he is my savior but when he's not she more than nice & helps me without making me feel like I'm tech illiterate lol which I AM!! It can be busy but still goes fast considering her multitasking skills are impeccable. The other workers are great also it may be family ran but I'm not sure. I've gone to the Postal Annex in union city and got treated shitty plus my package came back :(. If only there was customer service like this location at every facility the world would be a brighter place! I have used their copy machine regularly, as well as UPS, FedEx and UPS service since I closed my office in San Francisco in July 2020 because of the pandemic. I also get all my keys made there. I get friendly and fast service every time. I explored other options before going with their mail box. The competitor in town is The UPS Store. This Postal Annex is by far the better.
