They're so rude. They also never open on time. Yelled at me in front of my kid for not having the package taped already. Which is weird most places tape it for you. He said he'd tape it but charged me $2 for a small piece. When I questioned the tape he told me I could leave. It just escalated quickly over a question. You shouldn't be rude to your customers that way. It really wasn't that serious. read more

I came here for a live scan and was pleasantly surprised at how spacious the location is. They have mailboxes, shipping services, notary, and of course the live scan fingerprinting. There was no one else there when I got there and the gentleman helping me was helpful in letting me know what to fill out on my form and also in my fingerprinting - he had hand sanitizer ready for me to use alongside the fingerprinting machine so that way it could register my fingers (dry fingers don't register with the system as much). He was clear about the costs - $35 for the fingerprinting and even let me know that the other side was going to pay him some money for the FBI portion of the background check. He was pleasant and the place was clean and well kept. I would come back to support them the next time I need any of the services this business offers. read more

Today I needed to ship something FedEx international so I Yelped (of course) and saw all the stellar reviews for Village Post and Parcel. I wanted to go somewhere I could find shipping pros because I never shipped something internationally. Needless to say, I was pretty disappointed. First, the positive thing I should note is that the woman working there alone seemed helpful; however, she appeared a bit dumbfounded when I asked her some questions about shipping a FedEx package to the UK. She looked at me like I was crazy when I told her about the customs documents in triplicate. She had no clear FedEx envelopes for shipping labels and had to try to call someone to ask (there was no answer). In short, she had no clue about FedEx packages. I figured out pretty quickly this is a location best for dropping off already completed domestic packages all-ready-to-go. I ended up driving up to Marina to FedEx and they hooked me up, obviously having had done a million international shipments. Hopefully, this info will be helpful to someone else. read more

Great local spot that San Leandro Unified School District uses as a location to have their new employees do fingerprinting. Quick, friendly and efficient service. I have to say that this was the fastest fingerprinting experience I have ever had and I have lost count how many times I've had it done having been in education since 2009. So, that's saying something. I don't know if they have the greatest and latest technology or something, but in other experiences, it sometimes take several tries to get the print right, which can be annoying and time consuming. This place is next door to Flavors of India in the Village Plaza. Very friendly staff- sent a 11 1b. Package to the Midwest for $32 and some change. She looked up rates for me and offered the cheapest. Gave her my driver's license to spell my name correctly on the package- forget it there and she called me back within 15 minutes of leaving. Even offered to mail it back to me but I was fortunately still in the area. She also carefully taped up the box to prevent it from coming undone. Will definitely be back and appreciate that the line was not long at all, unlike the usps, which is really just in the next shopping plaza. Why wait in long lines when I can do the same here for the same prices? read more

Great service. I was send a package to Las Vegas and all my options were explain to me on delivery services and cost. It was nice to see so many choices and services. While I was there got in to a conversation about saving money, which lead into a conversation about Solar Energy. I was very surprised how knowledgeable Art is on the topic. Everything was covered like qualifications, tax credit, panels, installation and savings. I have had so many questions about Solar, and felt very comfortable having a conversation with him.
