Run by Clowns... Sign says closed at 8:00 but they were no where in sight at 7:45. We had time sensitive copying and mail to go out and picked this location because it would be open. Nope, they couldn't careless about their signs and there's no credibility to their own words. There's nothing wrong with getting off early, 7:30 even, just display so and stick to what you put out on your website.. We wasted our time going there and, right before a long weekend and lost momentum on a very time sensitive issue - a nearly $10K mix up in taxes... Had they stated online that they close any earlier, be it 7:30 to 7:45, we would have gone to another location and got things done. They made me pay twice for paper. Once because I needed card stock and second because I needed to print and there was no way to remove the paper from the printing price. No discounts offered, I paid $52.69 for 70 page document plus $16 for paper. It's insane. I understand prices are going up. But this is ridiculously expensive. And her suggestion that I could print at home was just idiocy since that's what I would have done if it was an option. read more

UPS is better than Fedex Here's what happens when I drop off a package at UPS: When I go to the clerk he will ask me if I need a receipt before he even scans a package. I'll say yes and after he is done scanning he immediately gives me the receipt and I go on my merry way. In and out just like that. Thumbs up UPS. With Fedex? I go to the clerk to drop off my package and they never ask if I want a receipt. Even if I do mention I need a receipt this is what they do: they scan my package, leisurely walk 15 feet to put the package on a shelf and leisurely walk back 15 feet to the register. Finally, I get my receipt after they are done with their important and urgent business of placing my package on a faraway shelf. Sheesh. This is not the first time this has happened and it's happened with a different clerk. Also, the guy that did this today was a manager! Fedex, please learn what customer service is and try to implement this amazing idea. read more

I placed an online order and received an email confirming the order would be ready at 7:30 pm I came to pick up at 8pm and not ready, couldn't even find my order. No apology just said running behind but wouldn't take long - almost 30 min later and still waiting. I use this location for business quite often but I may need to find a new location or printer. They were supposed to blow up a PDF document for me. They told me to leave and come back because it would take a couple if hours. They never called back and now I'm still waiting on my document. They were helpful and polite outside of that. So I called back today and they tell me my document is ready. I called them. They never called me. They have an employee entrance that is part of the strip mall, I came in that way not seeing the "little" sign they had posted and the employee got mad at me when I tried to leave the same way I came in. Holy cow. I ship the same kind of product several times a month from the Greenbriar location. I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes. This Worldgate location, on the other hand, took me half an hour. No customers in front of me, but i was kept waiting 5 minutes. They claimed the box I'd always used at Greenbriar wasn't something FedEx offered. I finally called Greenbriar, and they had to explain it to the rep at Worldgate. Then they tried to charge me for the free box. THEN they somehow misread the shipping form and tried to send it express instead of ground. Two transaction restarts to correct it all. What a mess. I'll stick with Greenbriar. read more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I went in to simply print off documents I had already pulled up on my laptop. The first employee kept walking away after saying less than 5 words when I would ask for help. The second one was just as useless. The machine to connect my laptop to the printer wouldn't work and the employees insisted I needed to restart my laptop - when the pop up CLEARLY said their machine needed to be restated. I ended up leaving because I was so frustrated - I'll never go to that location again. read more

Just came out if this fedex center almost crying..I wud give it zero stars if i can ..We wanted to ship a few boxes and it was the first time we were doing it. We did not want to use this center because we have had bad experience before but this was the closest and open on sundays so we had no choice. The guy at the counter - Justin, was not helpful at all and he was very very rude..This was the second time dealing with him and he had been rude the first time too.. when i told him that the service is bad and he is not providing us help that we need to ship the boxes , he started blabbing like a teenager that " if u are rude to me , i will be rude to u" and was shouting at us..I was just giving him the feedback as a customer...very poor training on how to talk to customers..very very bad service specially from the guy called Justin.. read more

We came in today on Aug 6 to have about 20 pages of marketing flyers to be printed which would cost about $35. However, the manager took so long to print and didn't finish the job but jumped in helping other customers as soon as they came in. We were the only people when we came in first. She has another employee as well but didn't delegate to help other customers. Her service is unacceptable. Her attitude is bad and feels annoyed as well. Please make sure this level of service won't happen again. We are very disappointed. read more

I had a copying job that I needed a quick turnaround on, and another, closer, fedex location in town told me it'd take her about an hour to scan and set it up. Dennis said he could do the same thing in 5 minutes. My rating may be just as extreme on one end of the spectrum as the persons before me, especially because I have only been there once. However first impressions are very important, and mine was a nightmare. I have been shipping a minimum of 2 to 4 boxes per week (all identical) for the past few months, every time to my normal FedEx location. I got so used to this, it became very automated to me. I would print out a prepaid slip online, buy boxes from FedEx, put in bubble wrap, tape up the box, slap on the label, and ship it out. The only thing that I had to purchase from FedEx was the boxes, everything else I already had myself. So I went to FedEx, got a couple boxes, started to do my thing as usual. I was shipping out two boxes today. One of the assistant's (Aycha) came up to me, and asked me if I was shipping these out, I said Yes. She offered to help me, I said it's ok I have everything I need here. She stood there awkwardly, and asked me 2 more times. I was thinking to myself, "Wow this is customer service". So I said sure why not, right before I could finish taping up the first box. She then took everything and packaged it all up for me, and did a good job doing it. She then charged me for it. This came to a surprise to me. I asked her is this the charge for shipping? She said no this is for packing the box. She basically threw my bubble wrap away in the trash, used her own, and taped up the box and charged me est. $10.00 (2x2 + 2x3) for it. I then complained, and she tried to justify by telling me the package would not be as secure with my bubble wrap (more of an air pillow). Which is not true because I have shipped out so many of these and every single one was received in mint condition. So at this point I asked for my refund, she said she would refund everything except for the boxes because they had tape on them. The manager came up to her, and asked her what happened. I'm thinking "Great, her manager will take care of this and make me happy"... wrong. The "Assistant Manager" (Eva) stood 2 feet in front of me adn talked to (Aycha) the employee, and chatted about what happened, as if I wasn't there. She gave me no eye contact, did not say hello, did not ask me what happened, she then started to process the refund. I stood there waiting for her to say something to me, and she never said a word. I then asked her "Do you understand why I am asking for a refund?", she replied "Yes" with no eye contact, and just continued to process the refund. To sum it all up, I was stopped in the middle of packaging something up at FedEx by an employee who insisted on packaging it up herself to charge me for something I could have done myself, and gave me no warning before charging my credit card. If I wanted to pay $3.00 for a few pieces of tape and 1 square foot of bubble wrap, I would have just bought a roll of bubble wrap and done it myself. read more

Took me 45 minutes to print flyers, and then the printer gave me the wrong page size. Went to the desk to get some help and had to wait so long I just left. Plus, you cannot print your receipt, so it was going to be another half hour of diagnostics followed by arguing about the settings, etc. I just don't have time for this! read more

This is the worst place for customer service. I went to pick up a copy order three times. Each time they could not find it or did not do it pushing the blame on me with this lovely response , " Well if I can't find the order then there isn't one" I had to pull up the email confirming my order each time with a feeble apology ( not really sincere) and the promise to get it done. I went to this location in the Worldgate Shopping Center on Sunday 04/10/2016 at about 9:10AM. There was only one guy there but he went out of his way to help answer several questions I had. I got kind of frustrated using some of the equipment there and this young man went out of his way to calmly explain the answers to me. In 2004, I was working at a competitor about a mile down the road from this center when a local business owner came in and said, "Can you give me 25, two-sided copies of this menu on legal-sized, blue paper?". After finding out the price to have our print lady do it, versus DIY, he decided to have her do it, since he had just had a bad experience. His restaurant is much closer to this Fedex site but he was REALLY steamed about the way the treated him. He had been to this site, tried to use their machines to do it himself, but was having some difficulty. When he asked for some help from the 4 people behind the counter, no one even answered him. He looked at the manager who was on the phone, got not even a raised eyebrow, and then asked again. Someone from behind the counter told him that they would have to charge him money if they came out to help. So he said he told them a few choice words and then came a mile out of his way to our store, where the motto is, 'We make it EASY for our customers". And our print lady DID make it easy; the rest of us employees made his wait enjoyable, giving him an empathetic ear, and he kept us highly amused at the inept customer service at this Fedex site. Judging by the comments, it appears nothing has changed.
