I am so beyond thankful for this FedEx location. I have been having my pharmacy send my very expensive medications to this FedEx location. This has prevented them from sitting in the heat, or chancing porch pirates from taking them. Tonight the staff went over and above to make sure I received my time-sensitive and refrigerated medications. I can't say enough about the quality of the customer service was. THANK YOU!!! Every time I've been in, the store is clean and the staff has always been friendly. While it's a bit of an inconvenience to go to the store instead of step out onto the porch, the peace of mind is worth the 10 minute drive! read more

02/14/24 UPDATE: FedEx reached out to me and as a one-time gesture of good will refunded the difference between overnight delivery versus 5-day delivery. Thank you FedEx. I am so disappointed in FedEx and DO NOT recommend them. I paid $62.83 for overnight delivery by 10:30 am the next day and it took them FIVE days to deliver my package. I called for a refund since I paid for a service that I did not receive. They would not refund my money. They even refused to refund the difference between the overnight delivery cost versus the 5-day delivery cost. This is not good business and not good customer service. I WILL NOT use Fed Ex ever again. read more

I recently went into my local Kinkos like I have for over 15 years as a regular customer and business owner who counts on this location for shipping and printing. I needed a poster and print outs for my father's memorial service being held 2 days later, on Sunday, out of state. I waited for over an hour as they waited on other people and ignored the fact that the printer wasn't working. Finally I asked the manager if she could check on my job. With an attitude she said, we don't normally do jobs like this same day. I said I've always done my orders same day. She was rude and dismissive. Finally I said I would run errands and come back in an hour. I came back 1.5 hours later and it still wasn't done. In all it took them 3.5 hours to complete the job. 35 color prints and a poster. Then when I got home I realized that the poster was trimmed completely wrong. They hadn't bothered to print it with crop marks. I called immediately and they said, we can reprint it but we can't mount it or laminate it because we're closing in 15 minutes. They recommended I pick it up the following day. I told them for the 5th time that I was flying out of state at 5 am the next day. They said they were sorry for my inconvenience but that that was their policy. They charged me a $30.00 rush fee on top of the $70.00 for the poster. I am not sure what has happened to the excellent service I have always received at this location. I think they have new management and clearly their revenue will be decreasing if they don't correct the situation. And remember, this was for a FUNERAL! read more

Rep said package would go to a secure hold facility. Instead it went to recipients address. Also, paid for overnight delivery and it arrived 5 days later. Called customer service, they said the FedEx rep was at fault. Never going here again. read more

A HUGE thank you to the two people working on 3/17. I was very confused by hours listed on the website vs yelp and showed up about 7 minutes before closing. I walked in with two large suitcases and 2 large packed boxes. Each item at about 55lbs. I used a service called "send my bag" and their drop off was with fed ex. Many thanks to fed ex processing this for me!! read more

Waited over 5 minutes before being greeted. Teenager in back just kept running copies. When I finally got help the computer I used kept stalling none of the programs worked. I spent $18 on a computer and was unable to get anything accomplished. I left without a goodbye or being asked if I got everything done. I'm not upset about the computer it's the poor customer service. A few simple questions and a greeting with a goodbye could have turned this review from a 1 to a 5. I've had multiple experiences like this at other kinkos with costumer service. After this time I will never use them or FedEx again. To many other choices out there. read more

The folks here are so incredibly helpful and nice! Especially Miranda!! I came in with an issue printing a presentation and was also on a time constraint. She fixed my presentation, cut it size, and printed it on the spot so I wouldn't have to send it to a different store in another state (where my meeting would be). Super slow service, I like FedEx, but it shouldn't take 1/2 my lunch hour to drop off a package.

FedEx offers no viable customer service, whatsoever. The sole customer service number directs you to overseas workers who are unable to provide any meaningful assistance. FedEx misdelivered the package I shipped to my daughter, insured. FedEx could not find the package to retrieve it and told me to file a claim. I filed a claim, providing all requested documentation. I heard nothing back for weeks. I called today to check on the status of the claim and was told it has been denied. No viable reason for the claim denial. NEVER ship with FedEx. They have zero reliability and no customer service available. read more

This my go-to spot for printing documents for my contract job. The self-serve printer/copiers are easy to use and the prices are fairly reasonable. The few times I've had issues, the staff have done what they can to help. Taking that up a notch, I was in a couple days ago, was not feeling well, and ran into an issue with the printer. The guy on duty helped make sure I got the documents I needed. And when I left my debit card there he put it in lost & found. Fast forward to today when I discovered my debit card was missing - went back and they found it for me easily and were very nice. It was a pleasant reminder there are good people in this world. read more

I am so impressed with this store. I started a non-profit in the area and they have been extremely accommodating and wonderful. When I called around for bids on car magnets that I needed printed quickly, they came in almost half the price of other printers and had them to me in 16 hours FROM ARIZONA!! They have been wonderful with fantastic customer sevice. read more

My husband went into the store to fax some paperwork, it was his time in that location. He said everyone was so rude and didnt want to help all they could do was point and say the fax machine has directions on it, instead of trying to helpful they guy was rude and sarcastic. And for whatever rreason it was $11 to fax a few papers. read more
