We've been taking our clothes here since they opened. Everyone has always been kind and professional. In the beginning, they lost my husbands favorite shirt, but after a few weeks they found it! Let me just start by saying I resent having to give 1 star just to post. I give them no stars. I took 4 shirts to be pressed. I picked them up and one of them was wrinkled. I said this shirt is wrinkled. Incompetent employee just stood there blinking. Not kidding. There was no - "I'm sorry." "OMG, I can't believe that happened." "Let me send that right back and do a redo." So, I stated the obvious and said - hey, let's do a redo on you! He took it back and 3 days later I picked it up and it was still wrinkled. I said, Let's just call it a day and you can give me back my $3.29 for this shirt. Incompetent employee, said he couldn't give refunds, I would have to speak to the owner. I said, fine, give me his number. He said I can't do that, but I'll have him call you. I waited 3 days and never got a phone call. I called the store and asked to speak to the owner. Sarcastic employee told me he didn't work at that store, but she would give me the number of the store where he did work. I called and spoke to the owner who said he would give me my refund, but wanted to see the shirt first. Not kidding. I said, "Incompetent employee saw it. Ask him." I explained that the shirt was at home and I was not going to drive home to get a wrinkled shirt to show him to get my $3.29 back. He then agreed to meet me at the store (where he doesn't work), and give me my money back if I agreed to send him a picture of the shirt. Seriously, not kidding. At this point, I just want to eyeball this guy, so I said, sure. I show up at the appointed time, and he wasn't there, don't you know. I asked Rude employee if she could call him to see if he was on his way. She said, and I quote, "No, I've already called today and he didn't answer." NOT KIDDING. I said, "Do you think it would be possible for you to call him again, to make sure he hasn't forgotten our appointment or perhaps is stuck in traffic, etc.?" She said no, I can't. I said can I call him? No, I can't give you his number. I said, okie dokie, but I'm not leaving until he gets here. I've got all day. About 5 minutes later, she asked for my phone number which I gave. And then started looking for my shirt on the rack. I said I don't have a shirt here. I was meeting him to get a refund. She then opens the register and gives me $2.50. I said this isn't enough. She said that's what he just told me to pay you. (She must have been communicating with him secretly). I said, I paid $13.16 for 4 shirts. $13.16 divided by 4 is $3.29. That's what I want and that's what you're going to give me. It's so far past the money at this point. It's the principal. She then gave me the correct change, and I left. All of the above is a true and accurate portrayal of what went down. You can't make this s*** up. My final assessment is this: they may get it right 75% of the time, but if you have a problem and actually need a refund, or to talk to someone in charge who actually has the authority to do anything about a problem, then good luck. The incompetent employees the owner hires to handle his business while he is elsewhere at a super-secret number and location won't help you, or certainly not without an attitude. The owner himself obviously couldn't be bothered to care about my little shirt problem. And his tactic of making it nigh on impossible to get a refund will catch up with him. And his tactic of trying to save money by making people wrestle him to the ground to get their pennies back will eventually catch up with him. It's called customer service. No one should have to work this hard to get good service. If you can't give the quality product you promise that the customer pays for then APOLOGIZE AND REFUND THEIR MONEY. read more

I am so disappointed in the management of this company. My husband's shirt was not in an order I picked up recently. I called to report the shirt missing. I left 3 messages for the manager, Rick, and NEVER got a call back. When I called to check in with him, his staff just said he was looking into it, and promised he would call back. After no returned phone calls, I decided it wasn't worth his time, so I stopped going there and have just cut my losses. I have spoken to many people who have had the same issue. If you plan to use this cleaners be aware that if your clothes come up missing, they will probably stay that way. read more

This place doesn't really want your business or value customers. We were looking for a new cleaners after getting one too many shirts back minus buttons from our old cleaner. My wife has used 5 star a couple times and seemed OK. Had another load (23 shirts) and I told her I would drop off today to save her a trip. Got there, after fighting 280 traffic from downtown, about 6:23, good to go for a 6:30 close. Walked in and was told "sir, if you have a drop off, please come before 5 minutes until close, it is almost closing time". I said, "thanks, I'll go somewhere else" and walked back out. Note to owner, if you are open to a specified time, you should be prepared to conduct business until that time (I would give a pass if it was a time consuming transaction maybe, but taking my shirts when I am in our system!?). Not a good strategy and I know I am only 1 customer, but probably worth at least $1000 per year in revenue (at least 5 shirts a week, suits, wife's clothes, etc.) that you just sent to a competitor. read more
