Super long wait on Saturday. Here I was waiting for over 30 minutes to drop off a return package. There were only 2 clerks which would have been plenty except they were taking care of extensive printing projects for 2 customers. A couple of other customers came after me and waited long enough to be directed to different stations. I get it that money was made in those projects but the wait made me decide not to ever come back here. I now go to a nearby Walgreens to do my FedEx shipping. Came in to send some money order to Canada. FedEx envelopes/boxes are available pretty close to the entrance with the forms. Filled the form out and grabbed a FedEx envelope and took them to the counter. Only one person at the counter who was helping another customer. One lady who was doing something else saw me and immediately came to help me. She checked out the form I had filled out and made some corrections while explaining why she was making the correction. Gave me a couple of options for international shipping with prices. I chose the option I wanted and paid. She gave me receipt with tracking number and I left. No problems here. read more

Overall it's a good place. They have printers, copiers, and related services. My one complaint is that the color printer almost never works. So if you're on the computer and printing out something in color, it won't come out. You have to go find someone to get the printer to work. read more

I dropped off a tax-return-related package with this FedEx location on 2/20/24. I was assured it would arrive in Katy, TX the next day. My package has not yet been delivered (2/28/24) and after another visit to the NW Freeway store and 3 calls to "Customer Service", I was told they had no idea where the package was and I should go back to the store again and file a claim. I attempted to do that today and was told by 4 seemingly able-bodied adults that they could not file a claim for me or assist in any way other than letting me use one of their computer terminals. I have since tried 4 times to file a claim online and the website is non-functional which I told them. I have never experienced such abysmal customer service anywhere. Not one of them offered any potential solution, never offered to escalate, never suggested another option to either find the package or file a claim. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for any services - they are condescending, inept, rude, and useless. AND, this is the 2nd year that this FedEx location has messed up a tax-related shipment. One mistake - with a solution - I can handle, but after this year? Never again - UPS here I come! read more

Only notification was through a text saying package was delayed. On a prior delivery saw driver throw my package from down the driveway to my front door. Totally unexceptionable. I frequent this FedEx because I work remotely and they're the closest place to copy or ship things. Parking is usually no problem, despite the crazy road construction. The hours are favorable--open nice and early at 7am and late at 11pm. Customer Service varies. One woman there always remembers me, helps with my tax exemption, and is super friendly. A couple of the others seem irritated when I need assistance. But all my print jobs, large and small, have been completed on time and accurately. I expected merchandise prices to be exorbitant, but I've gotten some good deals when they have specials. The price on paper, a "clicker" and a flash drive have beaten office supply stores on occasion. At the holidays, this FedEx has some really cute cards too. I bought a bunch when they went on sale and got many compliments. Their regular card selection isn't bad either, so sometimes I enjoy perusing the rack while I wait for my copies to finish. For shipping, it's probably cheaper to go to USPS. But my office has a FedEx account, so I go here. Here's a tip for you--FedEx ground from this location gets to Austin and Dallas the next business day. No need to pay more for the faster delivery, unless you really need something there in the morning. The last pickup for overnight shipping is around 7pm. I was amazed that I could drop something off at 6:45pm, and it made it to New York by 10am the next morning. Yeah, it cost me $100, but for an important business shipment, I appreciate the reliability and convenience. read more

I recently was a groomsman in a wedding and the groom used a rental service where you just send the suit back via fedex when you're done. Normally, if it's a small package, I just use the drop off boxes, but in this case it was a bigger sized box and I wanted to confirm with a receipt. This place is HUGE. Probably, way bigger than they need, but it's hidden away in a strip center at 290 and 610 so rent hopefully is reasonable. I purchased my MacBook on Friday from Best Buy and because I been dealing with COVID I decided to pay extra to have my item shipped which it suppose to have been delivered the next day; Saturday. Well I got a text from Best Buy stating that Fed Ex was unable to deliver my item, their lame and dishonest excuse was no one was at home. Which was a D lie because I've been in isolation and waiting on my MacBook all day. Another lie, now it's Sunday and still no MacBook and from what Best Buy site says, I won't get it until tomorrow. I'm really upset so whatever you do DO NOT HAVE THINGS SHIPPED BY FED EX BECAUSE YOU MAY NOT GET YOUR ITEM AS EXPECTED. One of the larger Fedex locations I've been too, but the review is for the customer service. The assistant manager went above and beyond to help pack and ship multiple fragile items, that required specific packing, for my boss. The other employees were all very friendly and continued to quickly assist other customers while he worked with me on my shipments. Thank you Octavio!! This is the worst fedex I think iv ever been to. We ship product constantly and whoever the older gray haired man is that works there is extremely incompetent. He asks me how he's supposed to ship the product I brought in boxes?? I'm sorry does MY shirt say Fedex or yours? I use mobile labels every day at the Fedex by my house and you would have thought I handed him a rubics cube. Then tells me I have to tape every square inch of all 20 boxes I brought in. I had a prepaid packing slip and was told by FedEx I'd be charged almost $5 to fill the package up with paper so the clothes don't bounce around in the package. One of the worst customer experiences of my life. After a close friends father died, she asked us to overnight a few things to her across the state. We were happy to hear they could and quickly packed everything into one box. When we went to the counter we were told we couldn't do that and not only had to pay for another box, but had to double the cost of the overnight and special Saturday rate. "That's policy"... I came in to have something faxed with my dog. I was told the dog had to stay in the car. First of all, my dog is a service animal. Secondly, I would never leave a dog in the car in 90 degree Houston weather and was rather taken aback that was even suggested. My dog is 24 lbs. Needless to say I left and will NEVER return. I went down the street to Office Depot who let my service animal in with no problems for a grand total of 3 minutes while they faxed my paperwork for me and I paid. read more

It's impossible to rate zero stars. I have a business account with FedEx, we are heavy shippers and I happen to stop by a FedEx location for the first time because I needed to ship several items. The "Business Center Manager" is not only rude but very racist. I hate giving businesses bad ratings because I have a business of my own but customers or human beings for that matter should not be treated this way just because someone has mental issues. Wow, I was just refused service because of who I am!!! For all the stuff going on out there about refusing service and discrimination, this seriously just happened here. Yeah, in Texas we are not going to fine them $250,000 like Oregon did with the Cake sellers. Honestly, I won't lose a ton of sleep over it, but it was a refusal of service and straight up discrimination. So here is the story, if you go to the website for this company, it very explicitly states that you can get passport photos and that "This includes children of any age." I have a few kids I need passport photos for and we got loaded up in the car and then we got there. There was not a single other person in the entire store, it was a slow night. Then Adolfo, the guy working there, says he won't do passport photos for kids. We left. I then went back and told him what his own damn website says and he still refused. I think he was just lazy or something, but he is just as bad as a racist hater. I had some choice words for him and left. Thanks for wasting a ton of my time. Also, you just cost your company profits by refusing service. My kids are very well behaved and could have done the photo in 1 or 2 shots and we would have left. read more

I would like to introduce you to GLORIA. While she loves to talk and make noise she does not have the ability to be coherent, polite, or helpful with any words that come out of her mouth. I was prepared with a preprinted/ prepaid label and packed my express box myself and she still could not figure out how to take the package off the counter and weigh it without 10 mins of agonizing chatter, claiming I was forced to get stuffing for $4 and the package weighed too much to ship in the box (which it did and was under the limit by 13 lbs). The customer service here is as abundant as rainfall in the dessert. I'm so glad I go to end my work week with a trip into this establishment, and if you are looking to have your day ruined, your time wasted and be overall disrespected for the duration of the time you inside the doors the visit today!
