The staff is extremely knowledgeable which is critical at this type of business Special shout out to Kelsey who made my trip in on Saturday extremely easy. I've been utilizing the services of this particular FedEx for many years now. This location is my personal preference (I've tried one other location and the experience was terrible) because I always receive what I send or bring in, the service is fast with very little wait time, the employees are always knowledgeable and friendly and I have yet to locate a printing company that is "at my fingertips" and can print anything I desire in such a short period of time. Love coming in to use the self serve laminator. 9 times out of 10, that is the reason I come to this location. Needed something laminated for an upcoming Pacers game. I used the 2nd to the largest size of laminating paper and the charge was $4. Helpful staff there this go around! read more

Worst FedEx EVER! Use UPS. Went in on Saturday Feb 1,2020. Long long line, no drop off box. The staff totally rude and useless. I had a small package with a prepaid label that was sent to me. After my 15min wait, I was told they could not us the small eye glass box, and I needed to pay for postage sine the label was affixed to the box. Staff was busy talking to one another, and couldn't be bothered to answer questions, like do you have a dropbox. "Sir you have to wait in line". I think the shipping prices here are way overpriced, but the service is unbeatable! I took an awkward shaped picture frame that I needed to have packaged and they bubble wrapped it and found the right box for $9, which saved me so much time. I've been here about 15 minutes. There were two customers when I arrived and was told to put my packages on the counter by a woman who then went to the back and kept looking out at me. No further acknowledgement by any of the 4 employees I could see. I waited and waited and waited. Finally, after 20 minutes the same lady comes over to look at my packages and says, "Oh, I need to....for all these...as soon as I come back." And left to help one of the two customers that was already here when I arrived. She was with him another 10 minutes then she spoke to a couple other people and came back to me. I watched the other employees as customers walked in and walked out. I noticed that none of the employees make eye contact, greet the customers nor follow up with "I'll be a few more minutes. Thank you for your continued patience." When the lady finally did help me with my packages, she said all of 10 words that wasn't specifically prompted by a direct question I asked. Truly, this is the only Fed Ex store I've ever been to that views the customer as an interference to their jobs instead of the reason for their jobs. I know when you need to send a package, your choices can be limited but if you can avoid this store, you'll be doing yourself a favor. My total time to ship 3 packages - 35 minutes, with four employees working and two customers in the store before me (and one was using the copier). read more

You will find that the staff at this location are all new(er) employees. This means that they may not have all of the answers that you seek. With this problem also comes that there is no management outside of 1st shift. Without leadership or guidance you will have failure. Jerry is the second shift lead and he is a great man. He has taken on a role that is bigger then he was originally tasked with. Seek him out for printing needs and he will be sure to take care of you. read more

Today, I made the decision to NEVER buy from here again. The "assistant manager" was beyond rude, unhelpful, and had probably the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. Will have to unfortunately avoid this location. This Fedex is horrible! They continuously turn down my business and discriminate against us. Every time we drop off packages they wait until we get home and they call us and make us come back and get the packages for one reason or another. They've claimed the packages won't scan, the package is in a retail box (yes you saw it when I laid it on the counter in front of you on each occasion and chose not to say anything until I had just enough time to get back home MULTIPLE TIMES - IVAN - WHO ALWAYS CLAIMS TODD THE STORE MANAGER BACKS HIM ON IT), one time he even claimed my regular fedex ground packages scanned, but my fedex smart post account was shut down and informed us to "CALL FEDEX" to see what the issue was. The store manager Todd refuses to take any package that is not in a brown shipping box, it cannot have any advertising on it. EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE BEEN CALLED I TAKE MY PACKAGES DOWN THE STREET TO THE OTHER FEDEX OFFICE AND THEY SCAN JUST FINE!!!!!!, NO ACCOUNT ISSUES, NO RETAIL BOX ISSUES, NO SCANNING ISSUES EVER AT THEIR OFFICE!!! Not to mention the workers at that store tell me this is EXTREMELY WELL KNOWN and I'm not the only one who shows up there after being turned away. PEOPLE BEWARE! Fed Ex and the USPS accept no responsibility if they deliver your package to the wrong address. I have had this happen twice now and it is like dealing with dolts. It is their policy to "assume" that you, the consumer, have received the package and they refuse to look into it any further. I have had no problem with UPS and suggest you use them to ship & receive packages whenever possible. UPS has GREAT customer service! I, also, suggest that any time you do not receive a package FedEx and USPS say they delivered, that you file a formal complaint with each entity, call the store from which you purchased your item(s) and suggest the store use UPS instead. Then file a formal charge with your Police Department--even if the officers have a dismissive tone. Thievery is thievery...even if a package is incompetently mis-delivered. read more
