I hate fedex so much. Every time I have a package to be delivered on weekend, they always put this bs hold message on my packages for it to be delivered the next business day. It happened three times so I'm on to them. They operate with lack of integrity. Instead of admitting they put the hold on themselves, they tell me the retailer requested to hold the packages. I call the retailer and theyre confused then they tell me they had no reason to put hold on my packages. FedEx have done this with adidas, calpak and a Nike package. Get it together. Don't lie I have sent a complaint to retailers so hopefully they stop using FedEx read more

Good and friendly staff!!! I moved to Texas not long time before and I don't have the printer, so I googled the nearest place that provides the printing service, and I uploaded my printing file online. The whole process is pretty easy! I waited for only 15min and FedEx store emailed that my file was ready to pick up. I walked to the store, a staff welcomed me and gave the file to me quickly. I really appreciate it! Also, the printing papers they use is very thick and of great quality!! I have definitely a wonderful printing experience at this store. Needed to fax something and this was on the way home from work. It was hard to get to with all the construction going on. I walked in and there were two people working here. One handling the printing/faxing area and the other doing the shipment of items. I waited 10 minutes because the person in front of me didn't know what they needed to fill out and couldn't figure out if $30 was something they wanted to pay to get things printed. Once it was my turn, I gave the guy what I needed to get faxed. That took some time. And I was appalled at how much it cost me. Sure, faxing is done per page, but I had 8 pages in total and it came down to like 12 bucks? This place seems messy as well. read more

I created a print order on 3/6/21 for 250 business cards. They should have been delivered by 3/10/21. After doing my own investigation I find out that my order was never processed. It just sat in the print cue. I had the customer service rep cancel my order, but I want you to know how disappointed I am in your print & ship service. If this was an actual client, I would have lost business because no one took the time to see if there were orders sitting that never shipped. You need to look into your production quality control. read more

This location really needs to get more than two copy machines. I mean really. If they are busy, then there is a long wait for a machine. This time I was able to walk in and handle my business with no issue though so they get three stars. Love that you can print from a zip drive now. VERY convenient. read more

Had an amazing experience Dec.21 '18 Friday at 7:20pm. I note time because I hope all employees receive credit for my visit. I had an interaction with everyone working. Entire staff was eager to help and very clear/ thorough with their communication. On top of that the energy was positive & fun. Keep up the good work. They don't deserve any stars. My close friend moved here from Illinois and had shipped 3 large boxes to Euless and one got lost and he called them literally 10 times to check on the status and they acted like they didn't know about it and had to start a new case over and over due to incompetence. This is FedEx customer service over the phone. FedEx told my friend, after several attempts of my friend wasting his time with a company who "specializes in shipping packages" that he has to prove his items that he owned were in the box with receipts or proof of purchase?? He is missing dress clothes, cappuccino machine, trench coat, towels, etc. All they did is give him the run around and show piss poor customer service!! He and myself will never ever use FedEx again! We will use UPS or USPS. read more

Richard at this FedEx Office is my hero! I had used their services in October to ship some fragile items. They wrapped and shipped. Unfortunately, one of the fragile items arrived broken. I could hear it when I picked up the box from my front porch. I tried to contact my local FedEx in California for help, but the actual stores don't handle claims. I was referred to customer service. Let's just say that each of the 9 people I spoke with had different answers. In the end, the FedEx claims department was not helpful at all. To replace the item and ship it again, it would have cost me over $100. They sent me a check for $6.40. I tried to go back to the FedEx Office in Irving, TX, where I originally shipped from to see if they could help me. Richard went above and beyond and really made everything right! Even better! His kindness, professionalism and willingness to help me was extraordinary! Thank you, Richard, for helping me out! I will continue to be a loyal FedEx customer because of your help! read more

I wouldn't recommend this Fed Ex Office store to anyone. I called and asked basic questions about labels for my jars and kept getting cut off. The associate was also talking way too fast and had the audacity to say I wasn't giving him enough information. Now, how am I supposed to do that when you love hearing yourself talk? After i printed a prepaid label for shipping in $19 dollars .. i was charged 13 $ for a box over a boc more.. this is rip off for a domestic shipment. I would certainly won't recommend Fedex.. unless it is the last service of earth read more

Worst FedEx location I've ever experienced. They didn't call me, as they promised, when my proof was ready. I had to call them, 28 hours later, and was told by the worst phone answerer in the world to call back an hour later. I called back an hour later, asked where my proof was, was put on hold for 5 minutes, and was then asked what my question was again. This is customer service? This is a poorly run location staffed by people who are clueless as to how to treat the paying public. read more

On Thursday, June 9, 2011, I was robbed by a Fed Ex Office Print and Ship Center located at 3201 W. Airport Freeway #100, Irving, TX. It all began with a prepaid credit card that wasn't accepted by your computers. As a courtesy, I received a blue card to use with a ten dollar limit. My project consisted of scanning and emailing approximately 30 pages. Once my blue ten dollar card ran out, I promptly paid off the ten dollars and the employee re-activated the card. When I returned to my workstation, I was locked out of the computer unable to retrieve the pages I had already scanned. I was told that every time the blue card was paid off, I could resume my project. Unfortunately, that was untrue. Once the blue card is re-activated, the computer no longer recognizes the customer as being the one who was last active on that workstation. Therefore, it is impossible to retrieve the scanned pages off of the desktop. At the same time as I am discovering that my two hour project is lost, two other customers are complaining that the internet is no longer working. Once the internet no longer worked, my half completed scan/email project was terminated- with not as much as an apology or a refund. After spending twenty dollars in your location, myself and two other patrons were kicked out of our workstations and sent home. I've never felt so victimized in all of my life. I became so enraged, that I couldn't even complain to the manager. I was afraid that my anger would land me in jail. So I walked out. She and the other employees felt no obligation to resolve the issue and acted like this was something that happened all the time. I was shocked. My project consisted of scanning new hire documents to be uploaded and emailed to an employer. This paperwork was time sensitive. As I expressed this, the manager ignored me and the other employees and just looked at me with a blank stare. When I spend twenty dollars on ANYTHING, I expect a quality product. Fed Ex Office at 3201 W. Airport Freeway #100, Irving, TX did not provide a quality product- nor did they come to a resolution on how I could complete my project. My assignment was due to a future employer by 4:30pm on June 9, 2011. Oh boy, do I wish I had never gone into a Fed Ex Office location to complete this job. read more
