Just had a wonderful experience thanks to the help of Isaiah! I was struggling a little with printing out my label and packing up my shipment at the postal desk. Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure my package was ready, even offering me a label slip so I didn't have to tape it down with box tape, and a made sure I checked out at the self service printer so the next person doesn't come up and accidentally charge my credit card. Come here during the tax free weekend which is a mistake by itself. The parking lot loads of parking. Which gives me faults sense of security and I walk in the store. The store was packed and the lines are wicked. I literally walked around each aisles twice before I can find something !!! The staff is no where to be find, I actually attempt to find them, but they are no whereto be found. Pricing is not your cheapest around also. The aisles are poorly mark and literally more disorganized and products are in the wrong place everywhere. Come to the check out line the line is long and slow. They spend more time try to sign me up for the reward program then literally try the ring to me.up. We spend even more time to figure out the receipt should be mail to me or email to me. Rookie mistake coming here for printing services. I waited in line for 12 minutes before I was helped when literally the whole store was empty. It's really not shocking that stores like this are going out of business. She didn't have the correct size laminates she needed to help me with my printing order so of course, I ended up getting charged for the bigger size. I had to cut it myself because they charge .75 per sheet if they cut it. If this wasn't such an urgent project, I would have just walked out and found another printing service place. I spent over an hour here for TEN printed and laminated sheets that are 5x9.25 inches. Nostalgic walking in here because it's what I've grown up with. I love love LOVE office supplies so I'm not going to lie and say I won't return because I probably will. I just won't be returning for the printing service. read more

Went to buy office chair today. The only one they had was the display. This item was out of stock and I'm back one per the home office. So I asked the manager Miranda if I could buy the display but at the box price I did not need it assembled. She said no that's what it is.She walked away and that was it had to call the main office to get the unassembled price. I was in the market for a new printer that I could print wireless from my tablets and phones. My current one was @8-9 years old and it was time for an upgrade. After researching several places and reading reviews I came across the HP Officejet Pro 8610. It was priced slightly higher at most places but it is a $200 printer that was on sale for $79.99. It was a can't miss for me. I ordered it online for local pickup at the OfficeMax which are now connected with Office Depot.When I went to pick it up I was told it was out of stock? The manager told me that the nearby Office Depot had 4 of them and would honor the online price which they did. I even bought the extended warranty with my savings. I think I'm a pretty positive person who sees the glass half full, but I can't think of anything positive to say about the customer service here. I asked someone for help locating a product I was ready to buy, and she looked put out that I would interrupt her important task with such a thing. Then she asked if I had a sku number. No, I'm a customer. Sku numbers are for the business to track inventory. It's your job to find what I need. Then the guy who brought the product from the back brought something that was missing pieces. When I asked if he had another one in the back, he said there was a good chance there wasn't. I told him I wasn't going to buy something with missing pieces, and asked if he would please check in the back. Sorry, guy. Didn't mean to inconvenience you with a sale. Then he asked me if he found the piece, would I promise to buy it. Would I promise to buy it?! How about you smile and say, "I'd be happy to look for you?"! Just a little friendly advice--if you put just a little effort in, people will WANT to buy from you. You won't have to make them pinky swear. Good Lord. This was horrible. I am a senior citizen and needed to print couple of pages from my email. I went to the Office Depot on S Fry road. I emailed my pages to the email address and asked the employee to print them for me. He printed them and when I was ready to check out he told me it will be $2.95. I was surprised to know for just 3 pages it will be almost $3. He told me there is a minimum of $2.50 for the service and $.15 per printed copy! I asked him why he didn't tell me that he said there are signs all over the store. I told him I don't want the copies he said that's fine give them back to me. I told him since it's personal stuff I want them shredded. He snatched the pages from me and said gladly I will shred them. With evil smile on his face he shredded the 3 pages for me and asked me to go to the self service machine. There was a long line for the self service since one of the machines was broken. He knew all this and still made me wait. His name I was told is Dip. I wasted over an hour for the 3 pages!! Worst customer service ever!! He was evil and hateful. When I asked another employee to talk to a manager I was told Dip is the manager!! read more

This is definitely the place to go for office supplies - especially big items like office furniture. That alone gives them 5 stars for me! We have bought a desk here as well as 2 of the most comfortable chairs for our computer room. I admit it, I'm a computer gaming addict and this place has some of the most comfortable computer chairs you'll find. That being said, they are comfortable and they are NOT cheap! Selection of what I needed, easy to access did not have to crawl under anything or on top of anything to get what I needed. This place looks like it's trying to curl up and die. You'll go thinking it must not be that bad - once inside you'll realize they have clearly downsized staff, check-outs, even entrances/exits. Most of the staff looked like they hated their lives and wish you would leave. An older couple ahead of us was treated very rudely just because they were having trouble hearing. Once my turn for service, I was directed by the walking dead who then left to make a personal call. By that point, I decided to cut my losses and go to the UPS store down the road. I am however, updating this review, as my package was found 2-3 days later and forwarded to the recipient. This place is down right horrible for copy and print services. Expect 1 hour+ wait times, extremely rude service and staff working on 5-10 jobs at one time. Forget having them help you format anything for print. Most employees here do not know professional printing fundamentals. A message to the management at this location: STAFF YOUR PRINT CENTER ACCORDINGLY! There is absolutely no reason for a customer to be waiting over an hour to get something printed. The poor guy in print service is literally the only one there. How the hell do you expect him to manage 5-10 jobs at one time and effectively complete all of them with perfect quality? Stop trying to cut back on staff costs and get more people working in print center. I run a business and use this location for a variety of services. I've been coming here for over 4 years now and I've just had enough! I expect better. You've lost my business and all the business of my associates. I will make sure to spread the message about this place. I expect a resolution from corporate. If I do not hear back in 24 hours I'll be filing formal complaints until I get something solved. Do not go here. This place is an absolute joke. UPDATE: After having this experience, the corporate office reached out to me in a timely matter and was able to understand my position and very swiftly made a change to add additional staff to this location. The executive of customer service by the name of Paula as well as the district manager by the name of David both personally saw to it that these changes were made and that my job was completed the following day at no cost with exceptional customer service! After going through this experience and having it corrected I highly recommend this company as the corporate staff takes their customers experience very seriously. read more

I have Never written a bad review in my life until now!! The worst experience I have ever had 2 days in a row. 2 girls standing around talking to each other barely helping customers. 3-4 people in line are completely ignored while they allow customers to walk right past the people in line and they help them. They don't ask them to wait in line all 3 customers were so upset. I waited 45 minutes just to put in my copy order. Day 2 I came to pick up my copies same 2 girls waited another 30 minutes in line with 4 other people. Both girls were helping 1 customer and again 2 people walked up to the counter while we waited and they were helped first. The girl tried to double charge me. I told her she was double charging me and she said someone else wrote the price. She would not even look at my order. She would not get any one else to help me. She said there was no manager for me to speak with. I had to leave WITHOUT my copies and go somewhere else. I cannot even believe that they are allowed to treat customers this bad. read more

They have 6 employees here wondering around while there is only one person working the printing section, when I can clearly see another printer behind the counter. I am handicapped with a bad hip and had to stand there for about 20 minutes. When I asked if i could get some help an employee told me no and was very rude about it. sent in a print order online. they e-mailed and called informing me that they can't print because there is a copyright mark on the sheets. same sheets also clearly showed watermark with my name and purchase #. I had ordered the pdfs legitimately so not sure what the problem is. so if you send something in be sure to use a pdf editor and remove all traces of company names and copyright symbols. I told them to cancel the order and I'll re-submit and then they refer me to fedex kinkos lol. its like they just don't want the business no matter what and the copyright is just an excuse to cancel the order. if I'm willing to get the issue corrected and resubmit the order, why try to refer me somewhere else? yeah if I wanted to print that up myself I'd go there or buy my own color printer. but that's not what I want to do. lmao. there's lots of printer/copy places in my area - I'll take my business somewhere else. one day when your store closes, remember all the return business you lose over the years by basically discouraging customers from ordering prints from you and referring them to other businesses. what a lousy business model haha read more
