Rachel was a blessing to my day! I had a number of photos that I needed to be put on a disk or flash drive & gave up trying to do it myself! I called this location, got a quote & made my way from Woodburn to Keizer Station! Although I paid for the service, it was well worth every penny! Rachel's expertise & wonderful customer service made quick work of my stack of photos making their way into a flash drive...she even gave me written details that walked me step by step through downloading them onto my computer! I never write bad reviews, however I'm making an exception for FedEx office in Keizer Station. The manager was extremely unprofessional/rude. I have a disability and he watched me struggle getting the boxes into the store (there were no customers in the store at that time). When he told me the total for shipping I was shocked since I spent time on the phone with customer service regarding costs for shipping so I was trying to explain my situation about the shipping because I was told by the FedEx customer service it would be a certain rate and when I got there, it was not... so imagine my surprise anyway he had no desire to engage in any kind of conversation except do you want to pay for this or not. And he walked away. Then the associate comes up and we're talking and I'm trying to explain what happened and she's preparing the bill for me and I'm telling her how very disappointing this is because I thought I did all my homework and apparently the rates that were given were not the correct rates and I had to pay $391.78 Anyway Then the manager comes up to the counter and tells me I have a Bad attitude and then the associate chimes in and the manager continues to harass me. I am a very polite person, however I responded in a negative way using an impolite word... I immediately apologized and he told me he's going to call the police and that I need to remove my boxes because they will not ship them. Even though I have a disability he would not assist me nor would the associate but her daughter happened to be there and she was very kind to put my boxes in the car. (I did tip her) I will never ever return to FedEx office Keizer Station again and nor would I ever recommend anyone to do business there! Afterwards ... I wanted to go to UPS, however I was leaving town so I needed to get them shipped out immediately so I went to the FedEx office in Salem and it was a totally different experience. I am trying to be as fair as I can be with the three-star review. On most occasions, my experience at this FedEx location is only okay. The customer service is lacking; it is generally slow and not very friendly (but not unfriendly either). However, all of my packages have been handled properly and FedEx has always been reliable. Unfortunately, this last visit was terrible. I waited at the counter while the only employee was on the phone for fifteen minutes, aware that I was there and in need of assistance. Once he got off of the phone, I gave him all of the shipping information. He told me that I was free to leave and he would handle the packaging. I let him know that it was a fragile item that needed to be boxed and protected by bubble wrap. He said he would do all of that and sent me on my way. A few days later, I received a scathing message from the seller of the item that I was returning. He said that it arrived in an envelope without any protective materials whatsoever and that the item was completely destroyed. I am seriously disappointed. It's one thing to receive poor customer service. It's another to pay for materials (a box and bubble wrap) and have my fragile contents shipped instead in an envelope across the United States. However, I will be returning to FedEx as a loyal customer, and I am hopeful that I can update this review in the near future. read more

I used another location (very close to my home and less than 5 minutes away) and they were excellent. They always called and verified and would help me with adjustments to my documents. In January, I moved. My new location is 20 minutes away so I was nervous about getting my printing done here and I have to be strategic in my driving to the location. I didn't get a call on my first order, so I called them to verify my print order. I was skeptical. Jared showed me my order and they didn't call because Jared felt they understood my requests. I picked up...He was right. It was perfect! This order placed was simpler and I felt I could trust this location with the order. I picked up. Jared was there and recognized me immediately. He never makes me feel like I'm a crazy demanding annoying customer. My order is perfectly done and I can trust them completely. It makes my life easier! Before this new printing service, I would prefer to do the copying myself. But I make errors and could never get the discount to go through. Awesome customer service. The lady behind the counter was help when I was sending a package to Chico CA to my brother, I wanted to send it two day delivery but she was helpful enough to tell me that ground shipping would cost less and arrive in two days because I was sending to a location on the west coast. Anyone that can save me a few bucks on shipping is alright in my book. I will be only using this store to send all my packages. I was a loyal customer of this location for years - known by name by the staff - now the new manager has me taking my business elsewhere! He is abrupt, rude, and tries making simple tasks seem overwhelming or too time consuming for him. A word to the wise - Fedex Office is a wonderful provider, but until they change the manager there I will take my business to other locations, you should too. No need to waste time with negative people - I'm too busy to subject myself to that willingly in my day. Nah - rather go elsewhere. SEAN SAVED the DAY. I used to go to the Commercial St location where the customer service was awesome, the work staff : friendly and super helpful. But things,..have really changed. For the worse. Out of habit, I headed there at 6:30 p...it was deserted, but got terrible service, a filthy scanning bed glass that ruined every copy. Just...a mess. Hopped on the fwy and took a chance at The Keizer Station Kinko's outpost. Sean was the only guy on duty...but was personable, determined to get it right. Which he did. Management should send every worker fr the Commercial St. location to be tutored by Sean in Keizer.
